• AMEM (7/5): Comfortable stay in Firenze - Our room was large with a seating area [bed settee] and table and chairs. The bathroom was quite large too with shower and bath, all spotlessly clean We sleep with the windows open so some street noise. The team were very helpful and friendly which we appreciated. Breakfasts were pretty good too 😊 The shower was very good but water drained away slowly so became a foot bath!

Le confort du lit principal d’un côté était affaissé et le café de la chambre n’a pas été remplacé.

• Bixel (9/5): Lovely stay - would recommend. - Everything was lovely. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was enjoyable. It's a nice comfortable little place. I am thankful for the good instructions for finding and check-in, otherwise it would be difficult to find. But all worked well and they let us store our luggage. Not the hotels fault but our stay was a bit noisy on the street outside.

Não gostei do ruído, muito barulho da rua e o facto do nosso quarto estar localizado ao lado da porta da entrada para o alojamento. A porta abre com um trinco que faz imenso barulho , sempre que alguém entrava ao saía acordávamos.

Det føltes som om ens ben lå højere end resten af kroppen, hvilket gjorde det næsten umuligt at ligge på siden. Ovenikøbet blev vi placeret lige op ad receptionen. På trods af vores reservation i meget god tid, var der larm fra tidlig morgen fra receptionen. Service og faciliteter Der blev lovet gratis vand i køleskabet hver dag, men 3 ud af 4 dage måtte vi selv gå og bede om det. Morgenmaden smagte dejligt, men servicen her var meget svingende. Ο χώρος του πρωϊνού ήταν μικρός και άβολος. Δεν αντιστοιχούσε σε κατάλυμα 300€/ημέρα. Οι υπηρεσίες περιορισμένες. Το στρώμσ ήταν ελαττωματικό.

Perhaps one thing to think about is to have milk available, without having to ask for it, as you have cereal available. Probably not an easy solution, but the hot water took a very long time to come through in the bathroom/shower, felt bad wasting all the cold water waiting for it to heat up.

• Jasmin (6/5): - Lage war sehr gut Die Unterkunft ist sehr schlecht ausgeschildert und eine Beschreibung gibt es nicht. Am Klingelschild ist die Unterkunft verzeichnet, anschließend werden einem zwei Türen geöffnet bis man im Treppenaufgang steht - auch hier ist nichts ausgeschildert. Lediglich im Aufzug steht der Name des Hotels - 3. Etage. Es ist sehr hellhörig und die Bettdecken sind lediglich mit einem Laken unten, wie auch oben versehen also ein richtiger Bettbezug ist nicht gegeben, sodass wir das als sehr unhygienisch empfunden haben, insbesondere da die Decke an sich Verschmutzungen aufgewiesen hat. Preis-Leistung daher nicht empfehlenswert.

• Florian (7/5): - Sehr nettes Personal Parken war etwas kompliziert wegen dem vielen Verkehr, hat aber im Endeffekt dann gut funktioniert Leider hatten wir in der Nacht ein unangenehmes Klickgeräusch im Zimmer, wahrscheinlich von den Leitungen. Am späten Abend hat außerdem jemand ca. 10x bei der Eingangstür geläutet, was auch störend zum einschlafen war.

La habitación cuadruple estaba muy bien, era amplia y muy bien decorada. Un estilo muy bonito y ambientado en florencia. El desayuno... habia mas gente y tenias que esperar a sentarte... no habia mucha variedad para escoger, y el tiempo para rellenar la comida era demasiado lento, el personal desaparecía constantemente y tampoco te miraba a los ojos.

Situated in an historic building, the room was absolutely gorgeous with original windows with shutters, floorboards and a painted ceiling. • Mickael (9/5): Bon emplacement avec une équipe sympathique - Bon emplacement. Calme. Taille de la chambre. Petit déjeuner simple dans une salle un peu petite. Panne d’électricité pendant 20minutes mais action rapide de l’équipe (qui a du être contacté par téléphone car l’équipe est absente après 18heures). L’équipe a réussi à remettre l’électricité rapidement.

• Špela (9/5): - Nice place, friendly people, delocious breakfast. Good location for exploring Firenze. For guest without bikes very good place. We were with bikes and in whole great building, with lobbeys, tete is no place for bikes. The rules of master. Although the staff provide us a proper garage, where we left bikes ( for a fee), but it's about 1,5km away.

• Jean-Louis (10/5): À découvrir absolument! - Un très bel établissement sis dans un ancien palais, qui a su préserver un certain rapport au luxe, en aucune façon ostentatoire. Les personnes en charge du service étaient très accommodantes. Le quartier est agréable et mérite d'être visité, ne serait-ce que, après le centre de Florence, forte attraction qui unit la plèbe dans un kouavoir! de bon aloi... Les seuls bémols ne sont pas le fait de l'hôtel où de ses employés, mais plutôt dus au comportement inconvenant des clients, qui n'ont pas toujours l'éducation en rapport avec le lieu, c'est ainsi que lors du petit-déjeuner, la personne qui me précédait a fait main basse sur certains articles qui n'étaient plus proposés par la suite, tout en me regardant, bien sûr...Pour ce qui concerne l'hôtel lui-même ou ses employés, je ne vois rien à signaler, si ce n'est une réelle volonté de rendre service.
