Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort entspannen konnte. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und alles war gut organisiert. Auch der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
• LYNN (9/5): Handy and comfortable - Two delightful gals run this clean, comfortable suite of rooms. Just half a block from Roma Termini it is handy with the train and metro just steps away. There is a common area with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker - and the rooms have a small frig. I struggled with the check in app. It was much easier when I asked and just sent passport copies.

• Cristian (9/5): - La habitacion y el salon de desayuno. Lo mas destacable es la atencion de Fabio y Maria, son geniales y ayudan en todo. Al comienzo nos asustamos por que llegamos caminando, y las calles por donde pasamos no se veian muy buenas, sucias y estrechas, pero es seguro... Napoles es asi. Recomendaria subir por la calle Duomo y doblar en Tribunali. En la entrada del edificio hay un restaurante que tiene unas pizzas muy buenas! y pastas tambien. Circulas muchos turistas por el sector hasta muy tarde. Nada que decir del hospedaje, solo la basura en las calles.

As instruções que passaram não funcionaram. Nossa sorte foi o senhor do bar ao lado que ligou na propriedade e conseguimos entrar. Só soube que era no quarto andar sem elevador, depois que fiz a reserva. Poderia sim ter cancelado. Mas como não vi o email, não cancelei a tempo. Só vi o email no dia anterior. Aí já não dava mais. E subir 4 andares, com as malas, sem elevador... ninguém merece.

Room was spacious and very clean. 47 steps are required to climb to reach the property but these steps are very easy to climb with luggage. Shower area was small and not comfortable for tall people.

• Simonetta (10/5): Sistemazione perfetta! - La posizione ci preoccupava un po' visto la vicinanza alla stazione Termini, ma sinceramente la stazione era veramente presidiata e non abbiamo avuto assolutamente alcun problema e venendo col treno la posizione del 47 Steps è davvero ottimale. In una Roma davvero caotica per il periodo natalizio abbiamo trovato la sistemazione al 47 Steps veramente più che positiva: alloggio raggiungibile in due passi e pulito, confortevole, camera ampia per noi che eravamo in 4 e la comodità di avere articoli minibar inclusi nel prezzo tipo una bottiglia di acqua! Il piccolo soggiorno comune è stato veramente piacevole per la colazione con possibilità di farsi té e caffè a disposizione in capsule e poi anche per un attimo di pausa prima della partenza col treno. Tutto davvero Top. L'acceso in autonomia all'alloggio era veramente comodo e al tempo stesso sicuro. Ci siamo fortuitamente fermati a chiacchierare con l'Host prima della partenza ed è stata veramente carina e piacevole. Complimenti! Sinceramente niente.
