• Des (9/5): Top class for an Air nB Guesthouse - The Decor and garden also the workmanship , facilities and catering . Friendly. , pleasant Manager, Sandy. The location was good served well by public transport but if you ve a car . Parking is limited

• yoanna (7/5): Good location for central line east and cheaper price than central London - The location was good for us as on central line - 7 minutes easy walk to the station - which was important - the shared kitchen is a good idea in theory … Don’t like the idea of shoes taking off at the entrance - and a selection of slippers for everyone to use - the porch area is too small and uncomfortable for this and the standard of cleaning in the house doesn’t warrant this demand - the room and the kitchen look clean and tidy but on closer inspection they’re not really that super clean - the shower is tired and falling apart - a selection of odd shampoos seems to be left overs from previous guests … grrr … there’re are cobwebs in the room and the insides of drawers, shelves are not that clean - nor is behind the bed etc - the towels don’t get changed often enough for the price … and there wasn’t enough toilet paper for the whole stay (6 nights) so the shoes taking off is more of a pretence requirement and an inconvenience …

• Giulia24 (10/5): Comoda ed economica per Londra - Susan è stata davvero molto gentile per tutto il soggiorno. La struttura si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della central line, molto comoda quindi per raggiungere il centro di Londra ( noi non ci abbiamo mai messo più di 20/30 minuti ) , è una zona molto tranquilla anche la sera tardi e piena di supermercati e qualche locale. Camera molto ampia e pulitissima completa di tutto, la casa è davvero accogliente abbiamo apprezzato molto il fatto di dover togliere le scarpe prima di entrare in struttura, aiuta a mantenere tutto molto più pulito. Cucina molto grande in comune.

• Maya (10/5): Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay! - The host was amazing, very friendly, responsive and helpful throughout our stay!! The place was clean, well organised and comfortable. She made sure we had everything we needed!! Nothing to mention.
• Natasha (6/5): Good accommodation and easy to get to. - The location was very easy. The host was lovely and easy to communicate with. The room presented very well and was decorated really nicely. The kitchen and communal areas was easy to use and had everything needed. The bathroom was really not great, no loo roll holder which is just strange. The shower was in a pod like thing with so many shelves there was little space to exist and rather claustrophobic. Rather than a shower, there was water which fell out of the pipe via gravity, nothing shower like about it. The kitchen needed a good deep clean, when expecting people to wash up after themselves there needs to be some oversight. I was also not warned about building in the back yard, they were fairly respectful and nothing major but I happened to be working one site one of the days so it was less than ideal. Communication would have helped me with my booking decision. The worst thing was the pillows, horrible lumpy and not much to choose from sadly.

There was no hot water in the shower and the shower head holder was broken so we had to hold it to shower and the soap dispenser was empty

Both stays were wonderful, and the location is perfectly central to South Woodford. The guest room was lovely and very comfortable, especially the bed. I really appreciated the convenient amenities—fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker—and the shared kitchen area was a great bonus. I would definitely stay here again. Sandy was very attentive to any requests or questions. The wi-fi connection was inconsistent; however, Sandy, the Manager, is very attentive and did everything to resolve any issues.

A metróhoz közel található, 5-7 perc séta, így kényelmes volt a bejutás a belvárosba, mely innen kb. 50 perc. Összességében jó választás volt, kellemesen éreztük itt magunkat.

La padrona di casa è una persona estremamente gentile, competente e disponibile. È situata in un quartiere tranquillo, molto servito e in una posizione comodissima per raggiungere il centro di Londra. La consiglio a chiunque, non resterete delusi!
