- caroline (9/5): Très bonne adresse pour une famille occidentale! - Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel. Chambre spacieuse, literie très bonne , linge fourni pour le hammam. Penser au bonnet de bain pour piscine. Hôtel plutôt traditionnel mais complètement ouvert à d'autres cultures. En tant que femme, ils m ont autorisé à profiter de la piscine des hommes avec mes 2 enfants ( fille 10 ans garçon 9ans) sans aucun regard déplacé. Les garçons de plus de 5 ans ne sont pas admis chez les femmes. Et surtout nous avons eu un très bon accueil!!! Pas de petit déjeuner pour nous de prévu. Il y a avait une bonne boulangerie juste en face...

- Mariusz (1/5): - Ładny hotel z dużym zapleczem Spa , Siłownia ,Basen. Jedzenie też wporządku. I teraz za to za co Hotel dostał najwyższy wymiar kary to brak wyciszenia podanego zgodnie z opisem. Okna miały być dźwiękoszczelne,ale to tylko miały. Było wszystko słychać w nocy co się dzieje na ulicy ,jadące auta ,trąbienie ,śmiechy krzyki. Dodatkowo z korytarza i z innych pokoi też słuchać wszystko ,rozmowy ,awantury ,trzaski hotel w ogóle nie wyciszony i do tego dwie wisienki na torcie ,ktoś włączył alarm o 2 w nocy w hotelu (tylko chwilowo ,nie mam pojęcia dlaczego.) mogą sobie Państwo wyobrazić śpisz a tu nagle takie wycie alarmu, i kolejna wisienka to codzienne pobudki z meczetu ok 4 w nocy, nawoływanie do modlitwy. Tutaj byłem świadomy tego ,że to kraj muzułmański i takie coś ma miejsce ,ale dlatego wybrałem hotel wyciszony z dźwiękoszczelnymi oknami, które takie nie były jak się okazało. Cały urlop nie wyspany, także mogą mieć państwo to ma uwadze w wyborze tego hotelu.

Très bon service d'encas ou repas en chambre à prix correct, même à des heures tardives. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel - Très riche te varié. Le personnel de l'établissement est très attentionné et jovial. Nous y retourneromns lors de notre prochain séjour à Ostanbul et recommandons viuvement cet établissement.

Breakfast is perfect for a city center hotel Some small details are to be improved. We had empty boxes with soap, cotton buds in the bathroom and staff didn’t pay attention to these details. Upon requesting they provided immediately. The shower gel finished on the second day and was jot refilled. Small details that can be improved

- Maksim Avilov (9/5): Good value for money for families. - We got two connected rooms as requested. Rooms have large beds and clean bathrooms. We had breakfast included, and it was pretty decent. I would wish for more hot vegetarian and vegan options. The check-in and check-out processes were somewhat slow. Gym facilities are for children 16 years old and up only. Pillows were not comfortable for us - but we missed that Ottoman's could provide other pillow types.

- Elena (7/5): I would not consider this a five-star experience. - The entrance and lobby were very impressive and made a great first impression. .The breakfast was good, and the cleanliness was excellent. The elevator had a noticeable damp and moldy smell, which was unpleasant. The room was also very small, quite warm, and had a low ceiling, which made it feel a bit uncomfortable.

Scanning- exposing people unnecessarily to radiation. The price is also a little expensive as its location is not ok close to the markets and other sites.

- Alvya Hajirah (1/5): Bad experience - Only breakfast Poor customer care. Mishandling of luggage by bell boys and suitcase fell and was broken just before chekout.No coutesy. The hotel book a very misbehaved taxi driver. And we asked for a big car and received and old van with small boot unable to fit our luggage.

- Isabelle (10/5): Hôtel accueillant et bienveillant je recommande - L’accueil particulièrement chaleureux avec une personne qui parle ma langue et un service exceptionnel, porter ma valise depuis le taxi jusqu’à ma chambre . Piscine et spa. Un petit déjeuner diversifié et complet. Sécurité à l’entrée et très bon rapport qualité prix. Les jus de fruits du petit déjeuner, le seul bémol.

- Shamali (6/5): - es ist gut gelegen stadt nah die Einrichtung ist schön gerichtet. das Zimmer war oberflächlich sauber das Badezimmer war halbwegs sauber .. die Bar war ohne Inhalt und beim auscheken wurde gefragt, ob etwas gegessen oder getrunken wurde . im Flur hat es unangenehm nach Kanalisation gerochen . nicht empfehlenswert bei der Preis Leistung.

Păcat am fost de 5 ori la acest hotel înainte nu erau asa erau mai atenți cu nevoile clienților

- Howden (9/5): A clean, spacious and welcoming hotel with thoughtful touches and a great location, slightly let down by limited family - We had a really good stay at Ottoman Deluxe Downtown Hotel in Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, the place felt clean, well looked after, and honestly a bit more luxurious than we expected. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made a big difference throughout our stay. The room itself was a highlight. We booked a deluxe room and it worked perfectly for us as a family of five, which isn’t always easy to find. It was spacious, comfortable, and gave us enough room to actually relax rather than feel cramped. One of the most thoughtful touches was for my daughter’s birthday. The hotel surprised us with balloons and a cake, which genuinely meant a lot and made the day feel extra special. Small gestures like that really stay with you. Location-wise, the hotel is in the Fatih old town area, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There’s also a tram stop about five minutes away, making it easy to get into the main parts of Istanbul. The only downside for us was the pool setup. There are separate pools. One for women and children and one unisex. Problem is, in the unisex pool you can’t have children under 5, which meant we couldn’t all swim together as a family. I understand this comes down to cultural considerations, so it’s not really a complaint, just something to be aware of depending on what you’re expecting from your stay. Overall, we had a good experience. Comfortable, welcoming, and family-friendly, with just a small trade-off when it comes to shared facilities.

No - let us into our room early around 08-00 am free of charge which was well received as we had been travelling all night to get there, air con was good, hole in bed sheet, this was requested to be changed, but wasn’t done, the floor had dust etc on it for the 3 nights we stayed, no shower gel in shower dispenser in shower, no creamer for tea or coffee, when we asked a member of staff she replied- i am cleaning, not mini bar, breakfast was poor, eggs basically , tea, coffee & toast was about the only thing we could eat,

Staff extremamente simpático e disponível para quaisquer dúvidas, dicas de viagem ou quaisquer necessidade do hóspede. Serviço de limpeza diário, com oferta de garrafa de água diária. Acesso ao spa que apesar de não ser misto, vale muito a pena experimentar.
