- 975julesg (8/5): Needs a bit of a refurb but rooms are comfortable - Hotel is in need of a refurbishment but staff are lovely, beds very comfortable, we had a complementary mini bar (which was nice touch), lots of space, some of the furniture needs replacing as it has seen better days but good that son had his own room. Breakfast was really nice and the price for two nights was really reasonable, much more so that in Rome. Convenient for the underground and amazing view from the room. Food in the hotel from the restaurant was a bit mixed, not sure the vegan burger was very well cooked so would not recommend that part. We had to get the power reset twice but the service staff had it back up in 5 mins (strangely only affected the mini bar and the tv!).
- robertlB3846YT (10/5): Great hotel, horrible restaurant I would avoid doesn’t give Naples any justice - We stayed there for a few days a couple days ago. The rooms were nice and clean. Staff were extremely friendly. My only complaint with the hotelwas the restaurant as a chef myself what they served they should be ashamed I had microwaved meatballs in Italy. Imagine to the point where I even cut them with my fork when I finally got one open it was burnt and hard inside. I let it go, then came the main course pork tenderloin came out. food was un edible very disappointed.

- tdiatrac (2/5): One out of ten stay - Room decor is outdated. Looks like it is 1970s decor. I stayed in room 905. Wall paint is peeling. Mildew in and around bathroom fixtures, brown grout in between bathroom tile, flickering light fixture in main bedroom. I had to ask maintenance to come in clogged my bathtub drain on my 1st hour within being in the room.if I’m going to spend 100.00 nightly I expect a nicer cleaner room
- 415mirceat (10/5): I loved it! - This was one of my favorite hotels around Naples. The rooms were incredible and very high, with some rooms even on the 22nd floor. The service was okay, but on the last day when I tried to have breakfast with my family, we were seated in the glass area, which was more light. Unfortunately, the staff stopped us right away because they said we needed to make a reservation. The location is great during the day, but it’s not as populated at night, which can make you feel a bit unsafe. However, the area is safe, and there’s security everywhere, including the metro, which is super close and very efficient if you want to travel around the city.
- kavim2016 (8/5): Good, but not near city center - Stayed for one night between our Naples to Amalfi transfer and worked well. Very nice hotel on the inside. It is connected to the metro station(but we never used it, just took a taxi to where we needed to go) and a short 8min ride to the Naples Central train station. Rooms are large, modern, and quiet. Worked well for what we needed, but if you want to be more close to the city center this isn’t it.
- sarahhQ9813YJ (10/5): Close to the airport - I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Naples. I had requested early check in as I was coming on a group transfer from Sorrento and was pleased to find I was able to check in at 10am and had been upgraded to the 19th floor. Room was comfortable and modern. Bathroom was very nice. There doesn’t seem to be a lot to do in the area and it’s not the prettiest area but it served my purpose well for an overnight stay before my international flight the next day. The restaurant was also very nice and reasonable prices.
- Sankara (10/5): - This hotel in Naples was in an ugly neighborhood but most neighborhoods in Naples are ugly. No other word for it. But inside the hotel was very beautiful; the restaurant is wonderful and the breakfast buffet is superb. If I had to go to Naples again I would stay here again. There is a wonderful plaza surrounding the hotel and the service is excellent.

It is not close to a lot of touristy restaurants but there is a nice restaurant in the hotel and another across from it as well. There is a convenient subway stop just a few minutes walk away - which took us everywhere easily each day. It felt like a safe area around the hotel and walk to the subway station. Taxis are also available- front desk will call. The staff were very helpful for info/advice, etc.

- ORD-TGU (10/5): Excellent and comfortable stay, steps from Metro stop - It is important to know that renovations have been done on superior and executive rooms on higher floors. If you book the cheapest room, you may not get a modern room. We had a fantastic renovated corner premium room on high floor with a massive outdoor terrace. It was a wellness room that included a yoga mat and weights. The sunrise views over Vesuvius were great. Room was clean and comfortable, had a small minifridge with access to one free bottle of cold water per day. AC and wifi worked well. Plenty of outlets. Bathrooms were great. daily housekeeping, fresh towels. Large windows. Breakfast was good, opened at 7am and was already busy. Staff was great and would offer made to order coffees delivered to table. Only suggestion is to rotate menu, during our stay it was the same offerings. There are dozens of options, so no concern. In terms of location, keep in mind that is located on the east side of city, further inland, in what seems like a municipal center with tall buildings, but very desolate and a bit gritty. I am not sure if those buildings are empty, but very few people. Hotel is less than five minute walk to the brand new Centro Direzionale metro stop. This area has a lot of police. We found taking the metro very easy and convenient, just exit the hotel, walk through the stores and there it is. Metro is affordable and can use credit card to tap to pay. We walked once to central station during the day, and area has a lof trash and graffiti, so decided it is just better to take metro which is clean. Staff was great, specially Eleonora, which checked us in quickly, efficiently and professionally. I loved my stay, would highly recommend you pay to get a superior room.

- Jim (8/5): Last night in Italy - Staff was super friendly. The restuarant and bar were great. Our room was spacious and clean but in desperate need of an upgrade. We spent 2 weeks in Italy and this was by far the most outdated room we had. It was also twice the price of any other place we stayed due to what they said was their type of surge pricing. The area was also very run down. But once again,the staff and amenities were great.

I would not like to have stayed in a Standard room. The shower was very good and probably the only redeeming feature of an otherwise drab room. The staff were great, particularly the reception staff. They organised a taxi to the port very quickly for us. The buffet breakfast was not to our taste and was low in quality. It was a means to an end for this trip but we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

- Crystal (6/5): - The check in, lobby, and restaurant areas were well kept and looked amazing. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a staff member at the door. At check-in, we were upgraded to a suite at no additional cost which was nice and included the buffet breakfast the next morning. However, that is where the positive things ended. When we got to our room, it smelled very musty. Walking across the carpet in our shoes, we noticed some areas that made noise like we were sticking to the floor. The restaurant in the hotel looked nice but their food was bland and mediocre at best. And the area around the hotel looked like it had been abandoned some time ago since there were no people walking around the area at all. We were going to explore Naples on our last night in Italy and after seeing that, we decided that it was best to stay inside.

Taxi drop off is at reception which is best way to get there if late at night, the road area is less than salubrious. Walk to L1 station is from level 2 on a pedestrian area, but none of this appears on Google maps. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. Rooms fine but could do with a refresh which I believe is happening. Hotel staff were very helpful when at the hotel but never responded to my Hotels.com enquiry about getting to the hotel.

What made our stay even better was the staff — extremely friendly and helpful throughout. A special thanks to Mimmo, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend this hotel!

- Zetaks (10/5): Nice stay while transiting in Naples - This property fulfilled completely our needs, as we were only transiting into Naples after a long haul flight and then bound to Ischia the following day. All the staff we were in contact with were very attentive and all of our doubts and questions were answered to our satisfaction. Bar people and dining room personnel during the included breakfast of our stay was very effective on their duties. From my point of view, this property is very nice and would suit a guest either transiting (train station very close) or staying in Naples a few days.

- Ettore (6/5): Nice hotel in the wrong place… - The hotel was nice and comfortable but the location was not great. I understood from the Hotel.com app that it was 1.3 miles from the airport and easily reached. The reality is, it's a bit further but also requires going on the motorway. It cost €30 Euros in a taxi. Our party arrived on two different flights so incurred this charge twice. We also returned to the airport the following morning to pick up a hire car, so again had the €30 charge. There was no airport shuttle transfer. We had dinner at the hotel which was nice. The other members in our party arrived at the hotel after 10pm. There was no food available, the restaurant was closed and room service unavailable after 10pm. They got a pizza delivered to the hotel but were told they could not eat it in the seating area near the lobby. The area around the hotel did not feel particularly safe if you were leaving the hotel.

- Erin (8/5): Great hotel, questionable location - Room was great! Fridge was stocked, beds were comfy and bathroom was clean. The only thing to complain about it the location - the hotel itself isn’t in a very good location. It’s not close to a lot of food places and the neighborhood is a little sketchy.

Can take alibus 5 Euro to garibaldi. Then take metro for 1.5 euro from garibaldi to Centro Direzionale. Getting around is kind of hard. Taking a taxi is 10-15 euros inside Naples. Metro line 1 takes you to Toledo street and duomo street.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Good Proximity to Airport - Parking, Shuttle - Hotel is quite nice and modern and clean. It's in a more industrial area but close to the airport. I chose it because of 1) airport proximity; 2) airport shuttle; 3) parking - hard to find hotels with onsite parking in Naples. This gave us options to turn in our car early or not depending on how things went. Staff is very helpful - we had a car and chose the parkiing option. The valet service and staff were helpful with driving tips and information. Everyone spoke good English. There are several restaurants inside the atrium area but not really anything outside the hotel complex. We did not venture out. We spent 1 night before flying out the next day. We did the included breakfast and it was a buffet with many, many choices - breads, meats, fruit, eggs, espresso machines, tea, waters, and more.

When we brought up that we had been erroneously charged for parking we were told that charge had already happened so all they could offer were a couple free drinks at the hotel bar. The front desk is a horrific mess during check in and check out times, there’s zero consistency of how you are treated by the staff, and I’m wondering how many people have suffered the same situation as we did.

The front desk is located on a level where traffic is crazy, homeless people hang out, there is graffiti and trash everywhere. The buildings are abandoned and unsafe.
