Excellent decor, we were met by a very friendly staff member with excellent food suggestions. Coffee pod machine available maybe the stairs, but we knew there would be stairs. Outside in the square there was some ‘riff raff’ but we felt quite safe

Dennoch ideal für Leute, die mit dem Alibus oder Zug anreisen.

I had no complaints - Alessandra was pleasant and helpful at check-in as well she messaged me with a list of activities for New Years Eve in Naples. She responded quickly to any questions I had via What's Apps. The lobby was nicely decorated with a Christmas tree, a coffee machine was available and tables to sit if you brought take-out. No breakfast was offered. The room was huge but minimal decorations so not much personality. Bed was comfortable and bathroom facilities were great. Close walk to the Naples central train station & metro station which was convenient. We felt safe enough there No real concerns as our needs were met. I thought it was a bit overpriced - maybe b/c it was New Years Eve?

• Ilai (9/5): Super big, spacious and comfortable room, with perfect location. - Super big rooms, perfect location right near the central station & the metro line, stuff was absolutely AMAZING! super nice and helpful The property is on the second floor, so you need to either use the elevator or take the stairs, I found the elevator to be a bit small for me and my luggage, so I did some workout to the it up the stairs, not the end of the world, but something to note.

We had one night in Naploli and a late flight the next day, we left our bag's again and collected them at 18.00, airport bus and Naploli Centrale is C. 200 metres, great location. The room was huge, spotlessly clean and comfortable in a beautiful building. City Centre location relatively quiet and spacious.

Der Garibaldi Platz ist sehr belebt und nicht die schönste Ecke von Neapel, aber für eine Zwischenübernachtung zum Flughafen verkehrstechnisch perfekt.

Trevlig personal, mycket bra städning. En bekväm säng. Finns allt man behöver för vistelse - kaffe och te, allt porslin. Mycket bra läge , väldigt nära tunnelbanan samt Centralstation, så klart. Tryggt område trots att det ligger nära station. Restauranger och kaffeer om man nu vill äta i närheten. Gillar man promenera så finns det annat i närheten. DEt fanns bara tre TV-kanaler men vi hade datorer med oss.

Immaculate, with a huge room and cathedral ceiling, as well as doors that fully open onto a balcony. Alessandra and Eduardo were so lovely- communicative, responsive, and so kind! My stay was for one week and I grew to love and appreciate this place and the hosts more every day. I booked it again for my next stay because it is so convenient to where most tour groups meet, as well as the ability to walk to anywhere and arrive quickly. Magical and wonderful!!!❤️🇮🇹🥰✨

Alessandra was very helpful for our late arrival and also to hold our bags after we had checked out. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. A great find, and reasonable.

Then on exit the elevator wasn’t working so I had to walk down both my suitcases. Area was in the bad part of town. Lots of beggars, graffiti, cigarette butts everywhere. Room looked over into another guest house and over a street with garbage bins and dug addicts.

It was incredibly easy to communicate with her using WhatsApp - she guided us prior to arrival - allowed us to drop off our luggage prior to the room being ready - gave us some tips, a map and was so kind to acknowledge our anniversary! The close proximity to the train station was crucial for us to get to/from the airport, trains to Sorrento and Salerno and subway to the Port and Toledo. The room was nicely decorated and met our travel needs. Yes, Naples is Naples - crazy - and being near a train station is usually a different world but we never felt unsafe! Thanks for your hospitality!

There was a common area with coffee available as well. Located next to McDonald's and very close to Garibaldi station. There is a number of stairs before you get to the B&b but it's not too bad.

• NEREA (10/5): - El alojamiento fue excelente, Alessandra la recepcionista nos aconsejó qué visitar en la ciudad. La habitación era silenciosa y con mucho espacio, muy limpia, cuidada y olía fenomenal. Estaba muy bien ubicada para poder ir en metro, andando o quedar con los guías de excursiones. El unico aspecto negativo es que la zona no es muy segura y a ciertas horas es peligroso caminar por ahí, aunque está vigilada por policía y ejército. Recomiendo este alojamiento!!

• Bianca (6/5): Beautiful apartment. Convenient, but not the best location. - We really enjoyed our time at Serendipity. The apartment was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had a little space to enjoy a coffee. The location is convenient to the train stations. That said, I personally didn’t feel very safe at night (not the hotels problem - but something to consider if you are travelling). There are groups of people hanging out nearby and quite a few drunk people lying on benches.

Everything was clean and the mini bar prices were very reasonable and also free tea and coffee station in reception. The owner was extremely helpful and lovely. It was easy to locate and taxi dropped us right outside but even if coming via the train or bus station the location would be perfect for this too. I would recommend this hotel if the location is where you want to be in Naples - we used this as a 1 night stay after arriving by flight but leaving by bus so perfect for our needs.

• Claudio (9/5): Superb - We really liked the room itself. It was clean, with all modern - fairly new - appointments throughout, including the bathroom. The location is very near the train station, (only about 5 minutes' walk), which would be quite convenient to many. But Alessandra really merits a fine mention, as well! She was really helpful in responding to anything that we needed, offering advice and assistance. Really great, thank you Alessandra!! Unfortunately, in some older buildings, it is difficult to get easy, convenient room access. The building does have a (very small) lift, but we still needed to go down a flight of stairs and up again, to reach the entrance. (Thus partially negating having the lift...) This would be the only inconvenience we found. Overall, a sound bnb!

Getting up to the room involved several flights of stairs, though there was a rickety one-person lift which took you up one flight. Although it’s a “B and B” only bed is available, and no breakfast apart from coffee.

Lovely Alessandra offering a great service and a lot of advice. Her restaurant suggestions are great. Would highly recommend this place, it’s pristine and very nice.

Solo el acceso hacia el piso de serendipity es con escaleras o un elevador muy reducido. Son solo dos pisos. No es tan grave pero si tienes una condición que te impide subir escaleras no es un lugar para ti.

• Kshitij (8/5): - The B&B was great. Its kept clean and nice. All amenities are great as well. Whilst the location of the B&B is good with reference to connectivity, the area around can be too noisy later into the night and early in the Morning. Overall a good experience.

The area around Serendipity was unfortunately dirty, appears unsafe, and would not be somewhere I would venture out of at night. With that said, I experienced Naples to not be tourist friendly and unfortunately, is littered with graffiti and trash.
• Martha (10/5): - Even before I had got to Serendipity, Alessandra had messaged me to see if I needed help and to update me that I could check in early. She continued to provide this level of information and friendly support all the way through my stay. Her restaurant recommendations were stellar. The property is ideally located next to the station so I could roll out of bed and explore Pompeii and Herculaneum before the crowds, and also walkable to the historic centre of Naples for food etc. The hotel is tucked away in a classic old building which adds to its charm and keeps the noise down. My room was spacious and clean with lovely chic decor and all the facilities promised. It was a delightful space to rest up after a hard day seeing the sights and eating pizza. Some of the features may need updating soon (shower control was a little wobbly) but overall incredible value and a classy product.
• Nathan (8/5): Nice bed near the train station - Check-in was seamless and the staff were so helpful and kind providing tons of recommendations for food/drinks. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was a tiny bit of mold in the shower but nothing terrible. Location near the train station makes this a good choice for 1 night before a train.

• Ebba (10/5): Fantastiskt - Felfri vistelse, speciellt personalen var så hjälpsam med tips på restauranger och saker att göra, hjälpte oss med transportalternativ, väskförvaring mm. Fint rum, väldigt rent och fräscht, fanns liten minibar på rummet samt kaffehörna i receptionen. Sköna sängar. Rekommenderar starkt!

• Carole (6/5): - The area is sketchy. There is a self serve coffee but no cream or milk. Good if you like your coffee black. They have 2 carafes of water to share between everyone staying there. Staff comes in to check on facility morning and evening. The room is clean so if you are only looking for a bed this would work.

• Bryce (10/5): - It is a very quaint hotel. Staff is not around. Area is a bit sketchy. Lots of doors and codes to get you to the room. The hotel is very nice. It’s great if you just want a place to sleep and shower. That’s we needed it for so it served that purpose nicely.
• Paolo (8/5): ok - Posizione Strategica (vicino alla stazione dei Treni Napoli Centrale quindi a due passi dalla Metropolitana). La Responsabile è molto disponibile e professionale. Le camere sono pulite e spaziose, per il mio viaggio in famiglia è stato tutto ok, se fossi stato in coppia avrei forse preferito un livello superiore di camera, questa era carina ma basic. Pulizia ok Prezzo della camera nella media, Napoli non è mai economicissima
