- JEMI (7/5): Weekend rendezvous. - The location is good as nice halal food restaurants are nearby. A housekeeper, Cherry a vietnamese lady was very accommodating with our requests. Thump up. The swimming pool is the best place to swim and relax. As stated there's a construction for a new building beside our hotel and worst still my room is facing it. So a bit noisy but luckily we're out shopping. So try not to check in during weekdays and sat. too. Best, request a room facing the swimming pool which is opposite the construction.

- Deepak (7/5): Business visit - The immediate action taken by Duty Manager Ms Hema on changing my room when i wanted to meet the manager on duty, as this room had no view window, just a small black glass behind the curtains, I refused to check in until i get the room image what was shown, when i booked on your website. I showed them the image from my Booking.com app. The image of room shown on your website is completely different from what i was offered. Was told my FO staff on check in that images differ from when I book from Booking.com. That they have received other guests complaints as well on the same issue. You need to update your images on your website for this hotel and check with them.

- David (4/5): Overpriced. Not recommended. - Location. Just by Orchard Road. Overpriced. The walk to my room is long and involves climbing stairs, making it extremely inconvenient for travelers carrying luggage. The breakfast is of poor quality yet comes with a hefty price tag. Furthermore, the surrounding environment is very noisy due to ongoing construction work in the next building.
- June (7/5): Overnight stay - I requested for a room with twin bed but was disappointed as there wasn't one available. The button to flush the toilet was tough to push in for me and my elderly mother. We only stayed one night but if we had a longer stay, it would have affected my stay. (So what if I'm a princess?). The phone cable was a bit wonky so I had to press it in when I wanted to phone reception. The pillows were very fluffy and air con in the room was very strong. On one end of Oxford road so I could just walk down and do Orchard road that way. Otherwise it was a pleasant overnight stay.

Staff were always friendly and smiling. Pool was a great size for the family and often not very busy. Would have enjoyed the pool bar better if there were staff to take our orders. All in all, a pleasant stay. We requested and confirmed an extra bed, which was not organised prior to our arrival. Thankfully, this was organised promptly shortly after we checked in. Also did not appreciate waking up early sunday morning to the blaring sound of what seemed like a music sound check for a rave or party in the function room of the hotel.

Great concierge (Hazali), nothing too much trouble 😊Reception also very good, allowing late checkout and we were able to shower in Pool area, after being out and about during the day, prior to flight.

- Christine (10/5): Wonderful , would rate the staff 5* - Location and staff were wonderful. Bus stop across the road, MTR station 10 min walk. Room was spacious and very clean, we had a club room which gave us access to the lounge and it was a brilliant choice. Nibbles and drinks every night between 6 and 8 and breakfast every morning. Samy who was the most consent staff member in the club lounge was fantastic. Customer service was wonderful and his knowledge and tips for things to do and what to see in Singapore was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Nothing

- Mark & Marika Bennetts (7/5): An excellent hotel that is well located. - Great location, friendly helpful staff, especially David the mixologist! Close to shopping, public transport and botanic gardens. We would have used the pool much more but the noise of demolitions next door was very annoying. Some more shade would be better too.

- LesleyCharlton (9/5): We loved our time at Orchard Rendezvous. - Staff were excellent. Lovely, well-equipped room. Very comfortable bed. Great location. Nice swimming pool. In the room overlooking the pool they were unable to open the cupboard and drawers containing the tea and coffee as it was too close to the bed. Some of the wardrobe doors did not close properly.

- CBB2401 (9/5): - The Location is perfect, when in Singapore. There are plenty of Shopping- Opportunities, as well as little 7/11, other Supermarkets (Takashimaya e.g.) or plenty of Bakeries if you're longing for a sweet Treat in the Afternoon at the Room. We've been very happy with our Room for our last Night in Singapore, after we first had one facing the Construction Site, but it has been solved very generously, a special Thank you to Azhar! We have been there about 2 Week before, already and we 've been very happy about the Service offered. As we booked a Club Room, early Check In has been provided, as well as Laundry Cleaning foc for 2 pieces per Night. This is really nice!!! The foc Minibar is priceless, as well- we've been happy about the free (Coconut-) Water, as we both do not drink those Softdrinks with artificial Sweetners, like in Coke Zero. The Minibar has been refilled everyday. Wonderful to enjoy some cold Water after being outside half a day. The Pool is nice to cool down after a Shopping- or Sighseeing- Trip! The Hotel might look "old-ish" to some Guests, as do the Rooms. For us they've been very comfortable and spacious, the Bed was really comfortable- not to hard, nor to soft. We prefer to stay in a nice Hotel, which has a Charme, like this Hotel- which has kind and lovely People working at, instead of a soulless Building with "High End, but cold Rooms". We don't want that "perfect Style", we prefer a Spirit- which is here, at this Hotel! The Staff at the Lounge has been very cheerful, we always had a nice, little Chat with each of them. They're all lovely People, thank you for being that kind! The early Evening Cocktail Service is lovely and attentive, we've been asked for a refill, frequently and the Snacks offered matched our liking, as the BF did, as well. We went downstairs twice to enjoy the BF Offer there, which is lovely, too- but prefered the Quietness of the Lounge, in the End. Nothing to complain. Should you have any Problems, TALK to the Reception- I bet, they will do their best to help you, as well!
