• Silviu (9/5): Superb - We spent 4 nights in this location. Apartment is very clean, it has everything you need and is located in a quiet building very close to all touristic landmarks ( 10-25 minutes walk range). Metro station -direct airport access- is only 2-3 min easy walk. A convenience store with all you need just across the street. Comunication with the staff was clear with quick response. Many thanks to them who made my holiday a breeze. Nothing to complain about.

• Anastasiia (9/5): Overall, I’d rate this place almost a five out of five — and I definitely recommend it! - The location of the apartment is simply perfect! The neighborhood is close to the city center and all the main sights and museums — just a 10–15 minute walk — yet it’s quiet and pleasant. There’s a bakery nearby, and in the morning, if you open the window, you can smell the scent of freshly baked pastries. Just to the right of the building, there’s also a lovely bistro with a super friendly owner, delicious food, and great coffee. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you need. There’s a balcony, but unfortunately, you can’t step out onto it because of the mosquito screens. The only small downside is that the boiler isn’t very large, so if you’re staying with others, the hot water might run out and you’ll need to wait a bit for it to reheat — but it doesn’t take too long.

• Daryl (9/5): Superb - Location is very nice, only 3 mins walk to the metro. Easy access to groceries and food stuff. Complete in terms of daily needs. Management is easy to contact as well. The only thing that disturbed us the most is the neighbor noise at the bedroom. Almost every night there were loud noises that sometimes made it hard to sleep.
• Carmen (10/5): Overall, our stay in Athens was great and enjoyable. We hope to be back and we will stay here again. We hope - The property is near the tourist attractions but is located in a quiet district. Convenience store and grocery is within walking distance. The metro and bus stations are also nearby. The facilities were great. The kitchen was well equipped. Most especially, instructions about how to access the place were very clear. Christina was very helpful in giving us recommendations about where to eat plus allowed us a late check out when circumstances permitted. Nothing to dislike

• Rebecca (10/5): Great central modern apartment - A great sized apartment right in the centre of Athens, just 5 mins walk from the mainline metro, with 2 supermarkets very close, a great little bakery and some quieter bars and bistros. The kitchen area was so well-equipped - the first place we have rented in Greece with a cooker, a hob, a microwave, a nespresso machine and a kettle. It was very spacious inside and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely modern decor. There was some low level noise at night - people chatting in nearby flats but this is to be expected in a central city area. The flats in the block aren't numbered so we had a moment of panic not knowing which one we were staying in - it was written in the check-in instructions (raised ground floor level) but not immediately obvious.

It's corresponding exactly to the pictures available and was actually more spacious than I expected. Apt on elevated ground floor keeps cool in hot days, so that the fine adjustable air-con was rarely needed. It's facing a beautiful oleander in the inner courtyard, blocking out any noise from the street. With very calm neighbors and full mosquito nets on all windows, I had wonderfull night's sleep with tilted windows. I enjoyed the modern walk-in rain shower with adjustable shower head and super soft towels provided. Thoughtful host easily available, if any questions arise. My only "misfortune" is that I could not have stayed longer. Everything was just fine :)
• Mac (9/5): Great place in great location. - This is the second time we have used the apartment. It was great for two of us. It is in an great location close to the centre of Athens. The street it is on and the surrounding area have many facilities and suited us perfectly. Communication from Christina before, during and at the end of the stay was excellent. Nothing to add.

Perfect explanations from the Luca (the house owner) to enter the house when we arrive there and using the equipments (boiler, washing machine, coffee machine vs..) Just 5 minutes to the Evangelismos metro station and perfect free car park places near the apartment pavements.

• Georgia (9/5): Superb - Very nice and comfortable apartment. Very convenient location and easy check-in and out. Fully equipped for everyday needs. Included a tablet for washing clothes. There was central heating turning on a few hours in the evening, airconditions in both rooms and floor heating in the bathroom. Shower mixer. Just a slight movement was changing the temperature drastically. Burnt myself a few times. Would like to have some shower gel, at least for the first day.

• Rosanna (8/5): Great apartment, near metro station - Before arriving the host sent a few short videos to explain how to enter the apartment and how the water heating works. This was very helpful and made everything very easy. The apartment is clean and quiet. There is air-condition, and the kitchen and bathroom windows have mosquito screens. Even though I did not made any diner, everything seems to be at hand to do so. On the same street, some three blocks away, there is a supermarket and there are a few bakeries near by. A bistro with kind service is almost next door. The apartment is 5 minutes from Metro station Evangelismos, which is the blue line (M3) with goes from and to the International Airport (one way ticket EUR 9; 2-way ticket EUR 16) directly. It is only two Metro stations from Athens old city center Plaka (Monastirakis station). The apartment is on the first (ground floor), but to the enter the apartment there is first one step and then a a few more steps (so not really convenient for wheelchairs or strollers even though the latter you may still be able to lift), which is really too bad as the apartment would probably suit except for the shower. Free WiFI and easy access to Netflix (if you have an account). The shower door opens into the shower and the shower head prevents it to open all the way, which makes stepping into and out somewhat awkward.
