- Nicolas (9/5): Parfait pour se détendre, bel établissement. - L'hôtel est très beau, très propre, la chambre spacieuse et plus que conforme à mes attentes. La piscine est fantastique, le personnel agréable. Bref, c'est un hôtel où l'on se sent bien. L'emplacement n'est pas idéal, loin du centre-ville, et peu de restaurants aux alentours. Cependant l'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant (que nous n'avons pas testé).

Their warm hospitality and professional behavior made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what really makes it special is the amazing team who work here. They created such a positive atmosphere and made my experience unforgettable. I sincerely thank the entire staff for their excellent service and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both comfort and outstanding hospitality.

- Rami (9/5): Good, clean and safe hotel. - I first and formost appreciate how kind the staff were, they spoke perfect English and were really helpful. The hotel was very clean and the service in general was good. The location was ok, 30 minutes from the main city in Yerevan which is like 3000k amd on Yandex. However if I were to write any points of improvements I would recommend to improve the selection and quantity of the breakfast section.

Обратилась в ресепшн и проблему решили ( пришлось конечно настоять на своем, иначе не получилось бы) , дали кажется люкс за туже цену.У мужа был юбилей и хотелось как-то комфортно его отметить. Получилось. Спасибо работникам ресепшена. Замечательный бассейн в гостинице.
- Caro (1/5): - Nothing Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The hotel did not provide the free breakfast advertised for Genius Level 2 members. The staff were unfriendly and snobbish, and the spa facilities were dirty, which was especially disappointing. The property is also located quite far from the city centre, which may not suit most travellers. I would not stay here again.
- Ahli (1/5): Disappointed stay at Aghababyan’s Hotel - I had a very disappointing stay at Aghababyan’s Hotel. I had made clear requests in advance, especially since it was my honeymoon, but almost everything went wrong: 1. I paid extra for a honeymoon room setup, but it was not done as I requested. 2. I specifically asked for a king bed, yet I was given two twin beds pushed together – which was uncomfortable and unacceptable – and was still charged extra. 3. The minibar was switched off, making it completely useless. 4. Basic amenities like water, glasses, tissues, and ice were not provided unless I asked every time, which is very unprofessional for a hotel of this level. 5. The reception staff were cold, unhelpful, and very slow to respond to requests. 6. The lobby and corridors were extremely noisy from early morning, disturbing rest. Overall, the service and attitude I experienced were far below what any guest should expect, let alone for a honeymoon stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for professionalism, comfort, or proper hospitality.
- Hampus (2/5): Absolutely Not a 5-Star Hotel – A Terrible Experie - I travel frequently and have stayed at many hotels around the world. This was, without question, one of the worst experiences I have ever had – and it is absolutely not a five-star property as it claims to be. To begin with, our room had no window. Selling such a room under a five-star label is misleading at best. Breakfast was another disaster – poorly prepared, tasteless, and nowhere near the standard expected at this level. When we raised these issues with the staff and pointed out that the hotel does not live up to what is advertised on Hotels.com, their response was essentially: “Too bad for you, we won’t do anything about it.” The lack of accountability and professionalism was astonishing. But the most alarming part came on our last night. We returned to the room to find that someone had been inside, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being placed on our door before we left. Our bags had been moved, the room hadn’t been cleaned, and most disturbingly – the “Do Not Disturb” sign itself had been taken off the door and left inside the room. This left us with the very real impression that an unauthorized person had entered while we were away. Needless to say, this destroyed any sense of safety or trust. This hotel markets itself as luxury, but in reality it is unsafe, dishonest, and far from five-star quality. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to avoid it at all costs.

- Irina (4/5): Ist leider keine fünf Sterne wert !!! - Nettes Personal. Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster. Das Hotel ist leider verwohnt und enthält viele Schäden. Hatten zu Abend im Hotel im Restaurant gegessen, mussten leider zwei Stunden auf das Essen warten.
- mikrause (6/5): Ok, mas não se encaixa em um padrão 5 estrelas nem de conforto nem de atendimento - Camas confortáveis, quarto com bom espaço, chuveiro bom. Atendimento, tanto da recepção quanto no restaurante, falta de paciência e não sabiam falar inglês. Atitudes ríspidas e falta de respeito ao cliente. O hotel é bom, mas não pode ser considerado 5 estrelas. O café da manha é razoável. Os travesseiros não são confortáveis. A localização fica um pouco longe do centro. Fizeram bastante confusão com nossas reservas.

Trotz der Buchung der Zimmern vor 6 Monaten, wurde die Buchung nicht gefunden. Die Zimmern waren leider bereits vergeben. Es hat unheimlich lange gedauert, bis eine Lösung gefunden wurde. Das Frühstück ist dem leider nicht wert, was es an Kosten verursacht hat. Das war sehr schade…

- Emma (1/5): - Je suis extrêmement déçue par cet hôtel. Nous avions réservé notre séjour depuis plusieurs mois, avec une arrivée prévue aujourd’hui à 15h. À ma grande surprise, l’établissement a annulé notre réservation à 12h le jour même sans aucune solution alternative proposée. C’est totalement inacceptable et très peu professionnel. Cette annulation de dernière minute nous a mis dans une situation très compliquée, surtout après avoir organisé tout notre voyage autour de cette réservation. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel, ni pour son sérieux, ni pour sa fiabilité.

- Yari Karate (10/5): - It’s nice and quiet there is a guy out there. His name is Nari He was so helpful and I’m really appreciate it for him. He did a lot of thing for me and their employer was very nice no helpful. I was in there for one month. It was a nice place and I enjoy it.
- Guest (3/5): Misleading photos, Disappointing - I booked this hotel based on the luxurious photos and 5-star rating, but unfortunately, the reality didn’t come close to matching the marketing. The images are quite misleading while the hotel might appear upscale online, the actual experience is far from luxury. The level of service is not what you'd expect from an international 5-star hotel. I had to ask three times just to receive a provisional company invoice, which should be a basic request in any professionally run hotel. Also, the TV navigation menu were in Russian. They sent me a "specialist" (actually the door staff). After 15 minurtes, the conclusion was that it's not available in English but Russian only. I have serious doubt that the Samsung Smart TV do not support English. No TV for me, Big fail. Another major downside is the location. The property is advertised as a 5-star hotel, but in reality, it barely meets the standards of a 4-star, and even that’s generous considering the overall service quality. Breakfast was a major disappointment. Juices were served in warm glasses, making them undrinkable unless you specifically request ice. There were no standard international options like bacon, omelets, or baked beans. Instead, a selection of unlabeled local dishes was offered, leaving guests unsure of what they were eating. I ended up having just cold cuts and bread. Location is another drawback. The hotel is situated approximately 7.5 km from Republic Square, and each trip to the city center takes at least 20 minutes. If you’re planning to explore the city, I strongly recommend choosing a hotel closer to the center for convenience and better access to attractions.

The shuttle service the hotel ordered to pick us from the airport was unprofessional and didn't have working AC, the hotel didn't care when I told them. Breakfast is definitely not worth including in your stay, only a few options that aren't so good. Our room wasn't available until 2 pm even though we said we would arrive earlier. We had to wait for the room for 2 hours. Location is not that great. We also ordered from the restaurant a few meat dishes that were expensive and too hard to chew and eat. Staff is very nice though, reception, doorman, servers, cleaning staff... all were wonderful.

- Najeeb (9/5): great hotel. receptionists were very helpful to make us happy. big thanks to Nairi at the front desk - the breakfast was very good... the location was away around 20 minutes from the center but that was ok as taxis are available with good price I can say about this hotel is perfect except if the single beds were a little wider but for tiny people and for those who don't move during sleep I think everything is fine

- Safa (10/5): Perfect staff and managrment, clean, excllent custumor service, - This is one of the best hotle that I live during my stay in Yerevan, The Manager Nairi very respectful, he answer us within the same day of booking, he was supportive with our requests of late check out, other staff are so kind, smiling and helpful, breakfast food was perfect and kitchen services was also prefect and staff are very good as well, they even happy to serve you with additional food or drinks if you don’t like the Buffet…… the room was big and good, also the dinner in resturant was testy and nice Minor concerns…….Looks like they have shortages of staff to serve quickly the room request, and dinner in the resturant…. The room smell was smokes as cigaret! Not that bad but we are sensitive and would be good if they spray it in better way…… the shower in bathroom need curtain or door to avoid water to go out side to the whole bath room …. Location not that bad, but you need car to go to the city

- batei (7/5): - الفندق هادئ وطاقم الاستقبال رائع ومتعاون ولكن ليس بيدهم حيله ولايملكون التصرف بمهنيه لاي شكوى الغرفه نظيفه التكييف سئ جدا ولاتقل درجة حرارة الغرفه عن 27 درجه رقم شكوانا عدة مرات لم يتم الاهتمام بهذا الوضع ولولا دفعنا لقيمة الايجار ل3 ليال مقدم لاخترنا تغيير الفندق مرتبة السرير مهترئه وتسببت بالام بالظهر

Оплата была наличкой, и якобы сотрудница на сдачу дала лишнюю купюру 10 тыс. Хотя у меня на руках вообще не было 10 тыс после расчетов с отелем!!! А сотрудники все два дня пребывания требовали вернуть эти 10 тыс, которых у меня физически не было даже… Никому не посоветую это место, берегите свои нервы!

- Albert (7/5): Все было хорошо.в целом рекомендую! Но, находится не в центре до центра минут 20 на такси,завтраки норм, хороший бассейн - В целом всё хорошо. Персонал вежливый. Лифты не работали во время пребывания) ну это так. И протекал немного туалет.

How could a hotel with rooms without windows be five-star? None of the photos are not related to the rooms that you are going to get. That part that they said was five-star, but it was a very low-quality and very basic place. And the photos were different from reality.

- Fomin (7/5): Зайдите как гости на завтрак в отель Националь - 4 звезды. Сравните со своим завтраком 5 звезд! - расположение неудобное, до центра нужно ехать на такси. Общественного транспорта не нашел. Завтрак очень скудный, еле-еле на 3 звезды :( Хотя в Букинге названо 5! Начало неудобное - 8:30. Но и в это время только половина блюд выставлены. Яичницу каждое утро приносили после 9. Обычно у меня в 9 уже назначена встреча с клиентами, в этот раз пришлось все 4 дня начинать работу на час позже :( Для сравнения, зайдите как гости на завтрак в отель Националь 4 звезды (останавливался там в прошлый раз). Поймете разницу, там просто супер, красная рыба и шампанское! А у вас написано 5 звезд и самого простого и распространенного блюда - яичницы в 8:30 нет!!!
