• Anneke (9/5): Een heerlijk sfeervol appartement op loopafstand van waar we wilden zijn. - De locatie was zo centraal, schuin tegenover het British Museum en op loopafstand van Covent Garden. De kleine entree hal en het trappenhuis vonden we zo sfeervol! De gordijnen en de douche hebben aandacht nodig: de handdouche in de hoofd badkamer hing omlaag. een rolgordijn in de woonkamer kon niet meer omhoog en van een paar andere waren de optrek kettinkjes kapot.

• Delane (8/5): Comfortable Flat in the centre of the action - The location is perfect: within walking distance of the theatre district and directly across the street from The British Museum; Tottenham Court Road station is a 5 minute walk away so anywhere else is an easy tube ride away. Plenty towels were provided and the beds were very comfy and clean. The decor is tasteful, in keeping with the period property, especially the wood panelled stairway to the flats. The welcome package was much appreciated and the kitchen was well equipped and rather lovely. If you want a quiet stay then this isn't the place for you! Its proximity to The British Museum makes it a very busy street, full of souvenir shops, including the one directly below the flat which plays dance music all day. We were out most of the day and the street is quiet at night so this wasn't a problem. I'd suggest earplugs if you don't want to be woken by workmen at 7.30am; this is evidently an area of perpetual renovation...but who goes to the centre of London for peace and quiet? You'll paying a lot more if you do, that's for sure.
• Meredith (9/5): Great stay - perfect for small families. - The location of this apartment is exceptional. A lot of attractions are walkable and the British Museum is right across the street. The large, open den and dining area is great for having meals and spending time together as a family.

La plupart des fenêtres dont celles des deux chambres ont les verrous cassés. Problèmes signalés aux gérants, personne n est venu durant la semaine. Nous avons dû cacher nos effets personnels durant nos absences.

• Nancy (9/5): Great location and very clean - The location was great. Close to attractions and easy to get to transportation. Also VERY easy to get an Uber quickly. The property was very clean and the welcome basket was a nice touch. Would stay here again The sofa bed was terrible. Very, very uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced. The lighting was inadequate other than in the bedrooms and hall. More and better lighting is needed in the kitchen, living area and bathrooms.
• Ofer (10/5): Highly recommended stay in a London apartment - This is a very nice apartment. The owners are communicative and extremely helpful. The apartment is well equipped and heated. It is located near the British Museum. There are so many things to do in a walking distance. There is a Sainsbury supermarket nearby for groceries purchasing. All good. There is nothing to indicate here.

• Sara (9/5): Great location- confortable stay with friendly and helpful owners/staff - The location was great- the appartment was nice and clean and was decorated in a personal way that gave a homely feeling. The staff was very helpful and and let us store our luggage in their office just nearby after check-out. The sofa bed was a bit squeeky, ok - not bad but not super comfortable

The stairwell in particular felt like one was stepping back in time. Bathroom drains smelt a little stagnant - as often happens with these older properties and I think is probably unavoidable!

• Irene (9/5): Great place to stay - totally recommended! - The location is great and the flat is really charming, with quirky paints, prints and small details all around. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable but the sofa-bed could be better. There is a fire alarm close to the entrance door that seems sort of easy to trigger. We were unlucky enough to have very noisy guests staying in the other apartment sharing the staircase and they triggered the fire alarm before leaving the house to party so we had to fix it ourselves. Thankfully, the owner & agency were available to help us restart the system remotely, even though it was quite late in the evening.

• Ha (8/5): We love our stay here and the staff were very helpful. The instructions for the trash can be a bit more clear. - The location is great. The decorations are tasteful and cosy. It feels like a real home. The noise from the street at night can be considerable at times. And the neighbors from the next flat should remember to turn off the light in the corridor if you use the sofa bed in the living room.

Slightly fusty smell on entry to building and damp smell in bathroom. But I’m being really picky here. A lovely flat.

• Patrick (9/5): High quality property, opposite the British Museum. - The property was located directly opposite from the British Museum, and about 7 minutes walk from Tottenham Court Road underground (ideal for Heathrow on the Elizabeth Line). Close to lots of shops, amenities and obviously Oxford Street and Soho. Really well appointed, clean, apartment with high quality finishes. Easy to collect the keys, too. The stairs might not be ideal for those with heavy luggage (such as us), and it's obviously a bit pricey due to the location - however, these were relatively minor gripes.

• Chin How (8/5): - Location of the property is their greatest proposition. Cleanliness and amenities of the apartment were alright. Couldn’t bathe in one of the toilet as the mixer was faulty and some of the doors need a lil lubricating or servicing. These are small issues which can be easily resolved. Overall was a nice experience as the apartment is located at a very prime area accessible to many of the places we love visiting in London.

• Jesper (10/5): Underbar vecka - Vi hade en perfekt vecka på detta lägenhetshotell. Låg mycket centralt och nära till centrum med många restauranger i närheten. Välutrustad lägenhet men vi saknade dock bara ett duschdraperi i lilla badrummet. Vi var sex vuxna personer och det var OK men absolut bäst om man är fyra så har man gott om utrymme. Vi kommer gärna åter.
