- stefania (6/5): - My overall stay was okay, I enjoyed the decor, the vibes, and the restaurant especially, the staff there was very nice, but I must highlight two things. The upon arrival the check-in process was a bit slow, and I did not find the personnel too friendly I must admit, perfectly polite and everything but not as enthusiastic or warm as they could have been, I appreciate it is fashion week and it IS busy, but I did notice that. Another important and more critical point for me is that the cleanliness of the room could have been definitely better. I found a hair in my bed, the room felt dusty and the floors were not super clean tbh, also the fact that a mere pair of slippers were not provided was a complete let down, I thought the class was 4 stars. So kind of dirty floors and I am supposed to be walking on them barefoot, not an exciting proposition if you ask me. Finally, I found the walls sort of thin so the sound carried quite a bit but I had ear plugs so I could sleep in the end. It was a one night stay that I paid 280 euros so it felt a bit underwhelming but not tragic.
- Lindsay (10/5): - I love to stay at this hotel when I visit Paris, because it is great value for what I spend, I like the location in proximity to the Gare du Nord (plus the beautiful view of the Sacre Coeur), and I like the fun/hip vibe of the hotel. It’s very convenient, clean, and the staff are generally friendly. I like the bustling noise outside my window, and if that is very bothersome to you, I would not recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back!
- Kara (8/5): Convenient location and spacious rooms. - Across the street from the train station, although it comes with a price, monetarily and their are several unhoused around the train station that could be loud at night. Rooms were spacious, shower had hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was good but the spread never changed, got boring after a few days.

- David (8/5): - Lovely boutique hotel right opposite of Gare du Nord. It is so handy if you are arriving or departing by train. The area is easy access to many Paris touristy sites and places to eat nearby. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, we had a room with the view of Basilica and it was great! I really enjoyed my time staying there, and highly recommended!

- Clare (8/5): - The service from this hotel is exceptional with all members of staff being helpful. I would happily return. The rooms are soundproof and the bed is extremely comfortable. The housekeeping is brilliant! We had a few challenges though when staying for a week- the first being half way through the stay when the hot water stopped for some rooms on the 5th floor so couldn’t use sink or shower. The staff offered a room move to a lower floor which I declined as still had days left and had unpacked or to use a shower in another floor while it was being fixed. It was fixed in a day but was an inconvenience considering the price paid for the room and having to walk with wash bags through the corridors and then discovering the room only had one set of towels so had to go find more. The lifts were also broken multiple days we were there which led to front desk staff carrying our bags down the stairs which was very much appreciated but shouldn’t be needed. I appreciate it’s an old building but this seems to be a regular occurrence which puts additional strain on the staff.

- Kenneth (10/5): Fantastic Hotel for Gare du Nord - We really enjoyed this quirky, boutique hotel, which is located directly across the street from the Gare du Nord. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we only booked an extra large room for one night in advance of a relatively early morning flight from the CDG the next day. This is a fantastic hotel if you have a flight from CDG because we can take the RER right out of the Gare du Nord. The hotel itself was great. The room was quirky and comfortable. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, and the mini bar was complementary. This was a small touch, but a nice one. The hallways are narrow, but our room was nice and large. This is a very nifty hotel that I would highly recommend, especially if you have train or air connections that are accessible from the Gare du Nord.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Convenient for Eurostar travellers - The area is pretty rough. Since we arrived late by Eurostar, it’s convenient for us. We don’t bother to move to another area, so just put up with it for few days. The corridor is pretty narrow and goes round and round. Think if there’s any incidents, it could be quite dangerous. It’s only one lift working. It broke down one afternoon. Too many unnecessary decos and cushions in the room which accumulate dust. The carpet is pretty dirty as well. The draining is slow in the shower. Although it’s very warm gesture to offer free mini bar, it’d be nice to have a kettle and some coffee & tea.

- charles (8/5): - The decor is multi colour and not calming but it’s different. Room was quiet. Shower was great though the toiletries were average. No hair conditioner. Breakfast seating was too low in tub chairs. The buffet was good but nothing special. Cooked food and the yoghurt were ordinary for the €28 charged.
- Mary Alizen (8/5): - The room itself was very spacious given Paris standards and the convenience of being in front of gare du Nord was the main reason for our stay. Their check in time is also earlier which I appreciated and staff was very friendly. My only disappointment is that I thought my booking had an outward facing view of the station but we were booked in a room facing the inward courtyard. Not the biggest issue but it was due to the older classifications of rooms that have since been adjusted on Expedia at the time of writing.

The hotel is literally across the street from the Gare du Nord, where the eurostar pulls in. Very convenient for quick and easy arrival and transport around Paris during our trip. The hotel is well appointed. The the room was comfortable and a good size for a cental Paris hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again when we're in Paris again.

Very central to all the sites we wanted to see. Could walk to arc de triumphe, Eiffel Tower, Seine river cruise, artists square and Le’escargot for the most delicious snails. Would stay there again for the great transport links and the fabulous staff.
- Sophie Jade (8/5): - I’ve stayed in a few places in Paris and booked this fairly last minute for convenience arriving by Eurostar. I was expecting it to be close, but was honestly shocked at how close it was! Hopped off the train straight to check in - very welcome in a heat wave! Booked medium room with terrace which was huge by Paris standards. Open shower to the room though, which is worth knowing in case sharing with someone you’re not willing to shower in front of! Metro right outside but walkable to a lot of things. Amazing black out blinds, a bit of traffic noise but nothing too bad. It’s a main railway station so just be aware that there are nicer areas to stay in Paris and every city’s main stations are the same, but for the convenience, comfort, and cleanliness, if definitely stay here again.

Check in was quick and easy with very friendly staff. Room was clean and refreshed each day. Convenient to trains and Metro. Road construction outside was noisy but double pane windows eliminated it; just too noisy to stay for long on balcony.

- Robert (8/5): - We love the 25Hours hotels, particularly in Florence. The Paris Hotel has the same inventive approach to decor and finishings. The location is great if you're connecting through Gare du Nord, and it's convenient to all attractions in north Paris. The in-house restaurant, Neni, was a real treat. It's casual, the food was excellent and we had a view of the station. Our room was well appointed, with a serviceable desk, a good safe (held my laptop with a mm to spare), a good shower and a balcony (which is often hard to find in Paris). Our only issue was street noise. That can be an issue in any large city, but it was more noticeable for us this trip. We had a room facing Bd de Denain, and the sound of night life in Paris (shouting, traffic, the occasional dispute) was intrusive. Obviously that's not on 25Hours and there is nothing they can do about the noise, but when we return we'll ask if there are rooms that don't face Bd de Denain or Pl Napoleon III.

- Paul (10/5): Excellent Hotel choice and location - 25 Hours hotel is an excellent brand with quirky designed hotels. The hotel is directly opposite Gare du Nord and is in a typical Parisienne Haussmann block. The room had a balcony with views of the station and Gare du Nord. Rooms are colourful, comfortable and the toiletries smell amazing. There’s no real negative to this hotel, other than the restaurants and bars in the surrounding streets being fast food chains or complete rip-off places because of the location by the station. Just take the RER one stop to Le Halle / Marais for dining and drinking in proper Paris.

- BADRUL HISHAM BIN (6/5): - Noisy at night. Elevator out of service numerous times. I was charged “city tax” at check out and not made aware of it upfront. Water provided tasted like cockroach and my minoxidil lotion went missing inside the room

- Christopher (8/5): - This hotel could not be more conveniently located for the Eurostar terminal at Gare du Nord or for the short RER journey to the Stade de France for the rugby. We were delighted with our slightly larger room. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. It would have been nice to have some soft drinks in the free mini bar.

- Sara (8/5): - I only stayed one night and booked a room with the balcony overlooking the train station. It’s a great view, the rooms are as described, the staff is nice. I didn’t try the food. My one piece of advice is that if you want the balcony room also bring earplugs. The room is well sound proofed but when every car outside the gare du nord is beeping at each other, you are going to hear it. I hadn’t considered the potential traffic noise in this area when booking.

Right across the street from the train station so you can’t beat the convenience. This was my 2nd stay with them and I will continue to utilize them as my place to stay when I visit Paris.

The multi-lingual staff was accommodating, friendly & went above & beyond. We will definitely be back! Perfect location next to metro lines made exploring Paris effortless & easy. Tons of restaurants & bars nearby. The bed was a dream, and the room far exceeded expectations.

- Steven (6/5): Quirky and cool but… - It’s a fantastic quirky hotel. Maybe a little pretentious but I liked it. Especially for its location. I am not sure I was given the extra large room that I booked though. And the shower was Luke warm at best, The corridors leading to rooms are a little claustrophobic

- Michael (10/5): Quirky, friendly and fun in an awesome location - We spent a lovely week here. Hotel staff were great and accommodated us showing up an hour early. The decor is wildly quirky - I felt like I was in the Red Room from Twin Peaks for a bit - but the longer we stayed the more it became clear that there was real thought and care put into all of it, and it tied in nicely to the surrounding neighbourhood and its people. A coffee table book commissioned by the hotel shared stories of the area and helped give a deeper sense of the place. Everything was set up in a fun way, right down to the rotary dial phone. The bed was comfy and the wifi was quick and reliable. Location can't be beat, you're steps to transit connections to anywhere you could want to travel in or outside the country. Great restaurants at all price points nearby. Street-facing rooms have some noise - it's Europe's busiest rail station after all - but surprisingly peaceful most of the night. There are some quirks you might not like - USB chargers only on one side of the bed, bathroom light can't be turned on without turning light on in the room, shower has little privacy and can be seen from the bed (IDK maybe that's a selling point for you!), but I loved my stay here and would 100% come back, or stay with this chain in other cities in the future.

- Azita (8/5): - Pros: Spacious room (by Parisian standards) with a balcony, easy and enjoyable communication with staff (via the door-hanging booklet), great location, and good cleanliness. Cons: Drying and allergy-prone shampoo and soap, no conditioner, no kettle or coffee machine, and the restaurant does not offer room service.
- anna (10/5): - This is a great hotel. The pillow was so comfortable that my two-month-old neck cramp went all the way away. No joke. It’s clean, it’s hip, it’s in an old gorgeous building, the staff are amazingly kind and helpful - Maude was only one shining star in the galaxy at 25hours hotel, but she may have been Sirius. I am sorry I didn’t have time to check out the restaurant or the DJ. Thank you!

- Verified traveler (8/5): A great place to stay - Excellent location, recently refurbished hotel in front of Gare du Nord train and métro station. Staff is friendly although we struggled with check-in (our request to be spoken to about the reasons for the delay was ignored in a very Paris Ian way). The room was impeccably clean, and the mattress and duvet so comfy. Bathroom was good size and very clean with strong water pressure in the shower cabin. All in all, a great stay given the inevitable Parisian staff experience :-)

- Denise (8/5): - Lovely helpful staff. Welcoming and polite. The room was attractive and the bed very comfortable. The shower and lavatory were poorly positioned, right next to the bed. Allowing for very little privacy, if sharing a room. Good ambient lighting but no focused bright lighting in bathroom area, therefore difficult to apply makeup, etc.
- Shaun (10/5): - The decor of the room is unique. we have stayed here a few times and the Indian vegetarian options around the area is a great. Very busy during the day and evening but Sacre Coeur can be walked from here. Extremely convenient for Gard De Nord.
- Guy (8/5): - This is a fine hotel next to the train station which does its job if Eurostar is your next step. However, the area around is awful and you are best choosing another location in a better area of the city if you plan to stay to visit Paris itself. Not an area for a lone female.
