Newtown is about 40 minutes by bus and Marrickville is about an hour by bus and train. Room itself was superb, no complaints at all. Gym is small but has a good range of free weights and a cable machine. I arrived in the morning around 8am and was able to store my luggage until check in time in the early afternoon. There is also free flow still and sparkling water available in the lobby. Honestly, no complaints. I would definitely stay again.

- Ghislaine (10/5): Magic in Green Square - I've stayed in many places over the past 5 decades or so where the photos and descriptions lead you into a false sense of comfort. This is totally not the case here. Everything was far beyond my expectations. Everything was sparkling clean, in tip-top condition and of excellent quality. Motel rooms are often poorly lit and gloomy or so bright you need your sunnies. There were several sources of illumination, which could be easily adjusted to suit your needs. The bed was more comfortable than mine at home, and the pillows were dreamy. The convenience of a "real" fridge, hotplates, microwave and coffee maker was a bonus. I would say that instructions for the coffee (pod) machine would be useful for those who don't know how to use one. The only thing really missing was a hook or rail to hang your wet towel on. There is a convenient dropping off spot in the driveway, and basically a 2 minute walk to Green Square station, which is one stop to the city, and two to the domestic airport. Did I mention cafes, bottle-o and Woolies are all just around the corner? If you're into retro, vintage or antiques, That Antique Emporium is diagonally opposite. Wish my stay had been longer. Can't think of a thing.

So we had to take the lift to the ground floor and walk up the stairs to level 1 to get to the laundry facilities. didn't quite make sense to us.

Das Hotel ist sowohl vom Flughafen, als auch von der Innenstadt mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sehr gut erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten das Gepäck nach dem Check-Out bis zum Abflug noch im Hotel lassen. Das war sehr hilfreich. Leider scheitern die Bemühungen immer wieder an der Sauberkeit. Da kann das Hotel noch so gut liegen oder das Personal noch so freundlich sein. Wenn die Sauberkeit nicht wirklich ernst genommen wird, dann wird es eben schwierig. Zudem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass das Zimmer etwas 'schmuddelig' wirkte und die Aussicht an die gegenüberliegende Wand war auch nicht gerade ansprechend. Zudem können die gegenüberliegenden Zimmer und jedermann vom Gangfenster aus ins Zimmer blicken. Das hat uns gar nicht gefallen.

Room was very spacious and modern too! They even had QR codes to order room service which was cool! Nothing I didn’t like - it was a perfect stay!

- Christian (7/5): Well located to airport and central - Easy walk to train station and quick travel to Central Station and airport No tissues supplied in room. On-site coffee shop/cafe closed since last visit. Think it is becoming over priced for what it provides.
