• Brigitte (5/5): FW zu dürftig ausgestattet - Gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt,Zimmer war ruhig Wir durften bis 11.00 Uhr das Zimmer belegen,aber bereits um 09.30 Uhr funktionierte die Zimmerkarte nicht mehr.Der Empfang war nicht besetzt. Leergutflaschen wurden aus dem Zimmer ohne Rückfrage entfernt.
• Danilo (7/5): - La mia impressione è che si tratti di una struttura sovradimensionata mirante ad ospitare lavoratori o persone in temporaneo soggiorno più che turisti. Le stanze sono accoglienti e luminose ma con un arredamento essenziale, deludente l’angolo cottura, frigorifero minimale e dotazione stoviglie appena adeguata: bene la presenza della mini lavastoviglie, male la mancanza di tavolette di detersivo. L’isolamento acustico è buono anche se non abbiamo capito se la “tranquillità “ sia dovuta a mancanza di ospiti oppure sia effettivamente valida. In conclusione consiglio la struttura come alternativa agli hotel rispetto ai quali ha prezzi più competitivi e la posizione favorevole essendo vicina alla S-Bahn e a negozi e centri commerciali. La reception funziona solo part time … il parcheggio sotterraneo è sovradimensionato e quindi potrebbe essere gratuito, per finire: perché chiedere agli ospiti di portare la pattumiera al piano sotterraneo vicino ai box anziché servirsi di un addetto a ciò dedicato? La struttura è di costruzione recente ma la moquette nei corridoi è molto sporca e piena di macchie e strisciate di liquidi… particolarmente nel corridoio che conduce all’ascensore che serve per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti, insomma hanno risparmiato sul personale e adesso si trovano con una moquette da sostituire perché a mio parere troppo sporca per essere ripulita.

• Jami (8/5): - Very close to the train and stores Staff was friendly We had a room cleaning service with our booking, and it did not meet our expectations. There were no soaps, and after using glassware from the cabinet, we left it on the counter for cleaning, but it was never cleaned, so it kept piling up. There were no washcloths. Maybe Europeans do not use them. The fitness room had old cardio machines that did not work properly and made loud noises. Wi-Fi did not have a strong signal in the apartment and kept dropping out. You are only given one keycard and this is used for electricity in the room so if there are two people it be best to get two cards. It was a good stay despite the inconveniences above. We enjoyed the German restaurant Bier Garden a mile away, walking on the path.

• Marcopolo (8/5): Clean, quiet, and well-located hotel - I stayed at Vonder Munich for 3 nights and 4 days and overall had an enjoyable experience. The hotel is clean, quiet, and peaceful. Its location is excellent – right next to Freiham train station (served by S8 and S5), with Rewe, DM, cafés, and restaurants just a short walk away. The facilities matched the description on the booking page. The apartment comes with some useful amenities: a hairdryer, a few glasses, plates, cutlery, a small frying pan and pot, a mini fridge, an electric stove for cooking, a very small sink, and a small electric kettle. There’s also a fitness room available, which is a nice bonus. There are a few minor downsides: no balcony, no slippers, and no dishwashing or hand soap provided. There is also no microwave, and the heating/cooling system cannot be adjusted individually. Personally, I didn’t find the mattress and pillows very comfortable, but that may depend on personal preference. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you don’t mind these small issues.

• Alina (7/5): Apart from the incident at the reception, which ruined that day, everything else was fine. - Convenient location for us, near the train station, minimalist but clean rooms, modern building. This review is intended for the lady who worked at this hotel on June 5, 2025. Later, I asked her colleague to tell me her name, but he refused, quoting: “I understand how you feel, but just write: the woman who worked on that day.” He witnessed her behavior and later admitted that the boundaries had indeed been crossed. I won’t go into details, but the insolence, bossiness, rudeness—not to mention the complete lack of a smile, greeting, “thank you,” “please,” or any other basic gestures of politeness that are normally standard in this business—were shocking. It felt more like she trying to vent her personal problems and take them out on the guests around her. There were three of us standing there, and we were all astonished. This lady would be better suited to work in a prison or some other institution where her harsh, cold, and commanding tone—devoid of any warmth—might actually fit better. I seriously suggest reconsidering her suitability for this line of work.

• wilsonjunweil (2/5): Unacceptable Condition for Housing - The reception isn't available 24/7 like you'd expect. I got locked out of my room during off-hours and had to wait several hours until the next morning to get back in. Plus, the basement -2 entrance doors are frequently broken, and despite multiple repair requests, the issue often goes unresolved for days or even weeks, inconveniencing everyone who had to take a detour to enter the building. The laundry rooms especially at level 1 is also often dirty. The mattresses and bedsheets in my room are so dirty and are stained! The cleaners can still tell me that these bedsheets are "new" and are "clean". Overall, it's been a frustrating experience with poor maintenance and service.
• Marion (8/5): Comfortable room in a very handy location. - Very close to the Sbahn, a bakery and a Lidl supermarket. The facilities were good, bed extremely comfortable, room was quiet, and everything spotlessly clean. A message to management: Supplying 1 toilet roll for 6 days, no dishwashing liquid or teatowels is a bit on the mean side, although in your favour I was given some complementary drinking water. Staff were almost non existent, I only saw someone on the day I arrived.

• Shiva (7/5): Good - The location is quite far. The rooms don't have a terrace. The sink design for washing the dishes was not comfortable. The other things are good. There is a good access to s-bahn (tram).
• Wiley (5/5): This hotel is located near S bahn and had a spacious room that made up for poor location. - Big room, clean amenities TV did not work, location far from Munich (perhaps my fault for not researching better)
• Egill (2/5): Subpar room with at an establishment with abhorrent accounting practices - The location was what convenient for this particular trip. The bathroom smelled like sewage from the day I came until I left. Although the room has a kitchenette, you will need to bring almost everything necessary for cooking and cleaning. The temperature in the rooms cannot be controlled and neither can the height of the blinds. Finally, the worst thing about my stay was the fact that when I asked for an invoice it took the staff several DAYS to produce one although I had paid several days AHEAD of my arrival. I sent almost daily messages to the hotel demanding to be given the invoice and in the end I finally received it. This has never happened to me at any other hotel I have stayed at before and is absolutely unacceptable. Having worked in hospitality I know how hotels receive payments from booking.com and it is not a process that warrants taking almost a week to produce an invoice for a customer. I regret having booked this hotel and will not be returning to any of the Vonder establishments.

• Vedran (7/5): Everything good except room temperature - Nice cozy atmosphere in the lobby, good connection to the city using S8, Lidl very close by for shopping. Room was too cold to feel comfortable in. Windows were not sealing properly, and cold air was cooling down the room more then AC could heat it up. Thermostat goes to 23c max but room was probably 18-19c max.

• Anthony (8/5): Adequate for a short stay. - The Hotel was located very close to the S-Bahn. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was fine but there was no cleaning equipment, a t-towel and dishcloth would have been a step forward. The carpets in the corridors were not very inspiring, there were a lot of staining on the carpet. If the reception was manned during the day there was little evidence of that. Also some of the facilities that were claimed in the hotel's web page were not openly signed that I could see. Because the reception was not regularly manned asking for help finding them was not easy.
