Em comparação às outras localidades que visitei na Itália, Veneza é mais cara e, para nós brasileiros, com o real muito desvalorizado, acaba que o preço da diária pesa, mas vale a pena.

• Claire S (10/5): Would recommend this apt to friends - Homey apartment. Kitchen has everything we need. We slept well. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms were clean. Washer was a big help. There is a dryer rack to hang clothes dry. Very good location. Easy check in. They were helpful with water taxi reservations. Unit is exactly what you see on the pictures posted. It is on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator. One minute walk to the apt from where the water taxi docks. I felt safe in the area even during late night.

Pillows were nice but beds could use an upgrade. Property was just perfect though, location and condition.
• Melanie-en (8/5): It was a transit stay, on route to Venice for a cruise. This stay allowed four adults to feel homey. - Very near (within 100m) to a jetty for water taxi drop off. Also in San Marco area where there are lots to do.
• Jennifer (6/5): For the money and the location the proerty was a good value compared to other places. - Well it took a bit to reach the host and find the correct stop to get off the water taxi. We had to wait for the person with the keys and it was a bit unclear but we finally got in and all was good less stairs, bigger elevator but that is a function of the building. The stops in Venice are confusing and streets aren't well labled but that has nothing to do with the host There was only one dish at the property and directions on how to use things were a bit confusing.
