- Kristina (7/5): Nice for a stay outside the old town - On one side it’s near a pier which has restaurants and a nice walk the other side is a strand with restaurants and sunset beach. Took a while to figure it out however it is beautiful. Nice location if you want to be OUTSIDE the old town. Bus 6 takes u to old town in 10 mins. It’s hard to find but host was very helpful with this. The pool isn’t usable as it’s full of dead wasps and ants which was disappointing. Very cold at night as sheet is very thin and air con machine doesn’t give heat

Supermarket round the corner and about 45 minute walk into Old Town. Host was really lovely too. Can’t wait to come back!

- Leah (8/5): Lovely Dubrovnik - Lovely apartment. Great bedrooms and bathrooms. Close to restaurants and the beach. Easy to get on a bus to the old town. Quiet location and pool was an added bonus. The living/kitchen area was small and the sofa was not very comfortable to sit on. The TV channels didn’t work. The wi-fi was a little inconsistent. The price considering this was maybe a little too high.

Most importantly the host / apartment manager was so lovely and accommodating, it made our holiday all that bit easier. If you don’t mind a small walk, the apartment is in a great location with the marina and the beach in short walks each direction. And a local shop is just around the corner. N/A
- Karen (9/5): - Quiet location, excellent apartment lovely to come back and relax by the pool to recharge before heading out again. Bus stop to old town 10 min walk away and run every 15 mins, be sure to get the Dubrovnik 3 day pass and if you can start at 8am for the tour of the walls, magical to have those views to yourself. Good eateries within walking distance. Head for Levanat bar for cocktails and sunset views. Thank you for a wonderful stay, which we thoroughly enjoyed!!

- Leona (9/5): Great stay in apartments St Thomas - The apartment was in a great location, close to restaurants and shops and only 10 mins in a taxi from the old town. Apartment was very clean and great communication with staff for check in, check out. The apartment was located close to beaches and in a quiet and peaceful area. There was no light outside our apartment (5), not sure if this just needed a bulb changed so it was a little dark walking down the stairs at night. But this did not inconvenience our stay at all.

The cleanliness of the apartment, the apartment had everything you needed big fridge/freezer, air conditioning, safe and pool towels. The apartment was a good size a fabulous terrace and clean pool. The apartment was very close to local beaches and a shop was less than 5 mins away. There are lots of bakeries bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The number 6 bus is less than 10 mins away from Dubrovnik old town. Highly recommended. Leaving

Some of the cups and utensils were dirty. There was a half opened packed of ham that was stuck in the back of the fridge that really smelt.

The pool was great and we enjoyed the privacy. We liked everything . Andrea and her sister are the most lovely hosts . And all the cleaners were so kind.

La réside de seulement 4 logements est située dans une rue très calme et en même temps très proche de tout (supérette à 100m, supermarché Tommy à 15mn à pied, 5/10mn du port de plaisance et ses nombreux bars et restaurants, de nombreuses lignes de bus à proximité). Andréa la responsable est joignable à tout moment. C'était tout simplement parfait 👍

We had the 2 bedded apartment, which enabled our children to have their own room with ensuites No private terrace, table & chairs positioned in a walk way. Little niggles such as no plug for sink in kitchen and no tea towels so washing dishes a bit of a faff. Pool area good, although smaller than I imagined

- Paul (10/5): - A lovely apartment that catered for all our needs. The pool was great after day trips out and the pool area is very clean. It has enough shade and enough sun traps. There is local grocery store which covers the basics. It’s about a 10 min drive to the old town and a 10/15 walk to Lapad beach, which has a row of restaurants and food places. It’s a very quiet area and very relaxing. Communication with the owner is excellent.

We loved having 2 bedrooms both with ensuites (great for teenagers). The area is great like the other reviews state. Inbetween the beach and lapad centre with some lovely restaurants. Our favourite was Maskeron. Would definitely recommend for easy access to Dubrovnik. No balcony, however there was a terrace area for our apartment, but this was not private, and a walk through for other guests. The sunbed area around the pool has limited space. If all occupants are down there at the same time there is not enough room for the number of guests. Unfortunately our safe didn't work either.

Rooms were as per the photos on the website. Neighbour in other property didn't seem to like any noise at anytime. The terrace was not private as it was just a table outside the appt which was the path to and from the main entrance and the pool. Gap between bed and wall was the width of my iPad, my husband had to crawl over the bed to get in, not good for a 73 year old with a bad back.

We had everything we needed at the apartments and the location was great. We got an uber into the old town each night, and we did the coastal walk as advised by Andrea. Our children loved the pool and the ice machine! :-) Beautiful place! Only thing I can think of is a microwave as we like to make porridge, but this is me being very pedantic.
- Nicola (9/5): Superb - We hired a 2x bed apartment and the studio apartment. Andrea arranged the transfer to and from the airport and was there to meet us at the accommodation. The apartments had everything we needed and were in a great location. We caught the no. 6 bus to the old town which was just 10 minutes away; it was good to get an early bus to avoid the big queues though. Also just 5 minutes from a supermarket, 10 minutes from various restaurants and 3 minutes from the water. Lovely to be able to relax at the small pool after a morning of exploring. Fabulous accommodation and a lovely host. No views but we weren't promised any so that was fine.

There’s a supermarket nearby within a 5 min walk and the bars and restaurants are only a 15 min walk away. To get to the old town is easy via uber and only takes 10 mins. Would definitely recommend!

Restaurants and a shop within walking distance as well as lovely beach areas and the marina. The apartments were clean and modern. Everything we needed was included No complaints about the apartments at all.

- Margaret (10/5): Fabulous stay in Dubrovnik - Andrea was a most helpful host. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment for five nights and loved it. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. My son used the huge double bedroom and my daughter and myself used the twin room. Both bedrooms had their own separate ensuite bathrooms which were great. Bright and airy with a powerful shower. We enjoyed two afternoons relaxing on the sun lounger by the private pool. Beach towels were provided by Andrea. There was a supermarket just two minutes walk from the apartment which was very convenient. We didn't use any public transport but opted to use Uber taxis instead. An uber to and from the old town in Dubrovnik was at most €7 sometimes €6 so very cost effective. We loved our time in Andrea's apartment and check in was so easy and accommodating as we arrived early from Ireland. If visiting Dubrovnik again I will stay here. Nothing to dislike

- Anne (10/5): Exceptional - Andrea, the property manager greeted us on our arrival. She explained everything and gave recommendations of places worth visiting. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The bus stop is about 7 mins walk from the property and you can take bus no. 6 to the old town. However if you are a group/ family, it's worth it taking an uber to the old town. We paid about 7 euros one way. My children enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed our stay. Andrea was also accomodating to our needs which was greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend this apartment and will stay here next time should we come back to Dubrovnik.

- Derek (10/5): Pleasant dubrovnik stayp - The apartment was spacious and had a good shower cold air conditioning and the pool area was great and always loungers available. The host Andrea was friendly and informative but left us to ourselves but was only a message away. The location was quiet, a moderate walk to the No 6 bus. I probably would like the option of a larger and heavier quilt. .

The picture don’t do the apartment and pool area justice. The pool was wonderful, clean and very welcoming after time exploring in the heat. Space that it gave us as a family. The host, Andrea, was fantastic. Attentive, easily contactable and thoughtful. The location was good as well, in a quiet area with a shop very close by (2 minute walk) and restaurants, beaches and bigger shops a little further walk away. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. If I could have changed something, it would be a gate between our veranda and the pool - our three year old just wanted to jump in the pool.

We really appreciated that the host included some basic supplies, like tea/coffee/salt in the kitchen area. The pool area was small but lovely. The host was quickly contactable by WhatsApp. The supermarket and harbour are really nearby, just a short walk away. It took us a while to find the harbour/restaurants. Perhaps little map could be included in the accommodation information to highlight the 5 minute route to walk there. The safe wasn’t working and although she tried, unfortunately the host was unable to fix it in time.

It was super clean and tidy - ready when we arrived and had everything we needed. Close to-the Marina in Lapad Bay. Not far from the old town either, so location was good too.

Andrea was very helpful when arriving and was very accommodating, especially on our last day. The pool was incredible - we swam everyday and it was perfect for us! Thank you Andrea!

- Dylan (10/5): 3 days in Bol - Apartment was comfortable and clean. The kitchen is fairly basic but unless you are planning to cook it is perfectly adequate. The balcony is nice but think they could have some screening to give privacy between you and your neighbours. The supplied breakfast is excellent and the pool is small but a nice extra. The location is excellent for Bol centre and the beaches.
- Ellie (10/5): Exceptional - The apartments were excellently air conditioned, clean and well equipped! We were met by the lovely host who provided lots of information to make the most of our stay in Dubrovnik. The pool was a great area to spend a hot afternoon after exploring, and there was a small supermarket a couple of minutes walk away to pick up any essentials and food needed. An Uber to town was under €10 during off peak times/depending how busy it was. Thank you for a lovely stay!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Lovely place at Babin Kuk - Good location close to beaches, market and bus stop. Nice clean room and a lovely peaceful pool. No reception but it was very easy to be in contact with Andrea and she made sure everything was ok.

- Lynda (10/5): Relaxing, quiet & peaceful with bars, restaurants and public transport within walking distance. - The apartment had everything we needed for a mini break. I particularly appreciated the aircon as a relief from the 30+ degree heat and the canopy on the balcony to shield from the sun while having breakfast. And the pool area was great for relaxing and cooling off. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

- Hayley (10/5): - We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the proximity to Lapad promenade. It took about 10 mins to walk there to the various restaurants and the beach. There is a small supermarket just around the corner as well for basic needs. Andrea the property manager was very helpful with providing a late arrival check in.

It is only a ten minute drive to the old town, with a bus stop near or a €6.50 Uber ride. The owner was amazing and answered any questions we had. The area is lovely and quiet with lots of good restaurants close by. The apartment itself had everything and was very clean. Would highly recommend.
