• Alexander (10/5): - Amazing location, easy to get everywhere. Simple ferry from the airport then a 5 minute walk. Diletta (the staff member who met us at the ferry stop and showed us the apartment) was excellent. Accommodation was very comfortable and a great size for our party ( 4 adults and 2 kids). The apartment was well equipped for our needs. Highly recommended. Honestly, very hard to fault!

• Katen-Narvell (10/5): Great value if you are travelling with a group. - We had a three bedroom suite shared with two other couples. The room was well equipped with all modern appliances including a washer/dryer. Two bedrooms did share one bathroom (the other bathroom was en-suite. The location was an easy walk to most of the major sites in Venice. While the building might be old, the rooms felt modern, and the common space was well appointed. We had an awesome dinner at the local restaurant right around the corner. The washer/dryer was hard to figure out, but we had no other complaints.

• Jean (9/5): Wonderful flat in a terrific location! Would stay there again! - We loved this flat! The location was terrific, a short walk to many restaurants, shopping areas, and the Accademia. Also, it's just steps away from the Gondola Traghetto di San Toma, one of the very inexpensive (2 euros) shared gondolas that ferry people across the Grand Canal. Super handy!! The flat is very spacious and well equipped, with a lovely living room/kitchen/dining area, large bedroom and large bathroom. The furniture and bed were very comfortable. We really appreciated having laundry available. Lastly, communication from Red House (specifically Martina) was terrific. They made sure we were comfortable locating the flat and gave us an early check-in. They also provided helpful info on restaurants, shopping, etc. in the area. Two small things: 1) The flat felt chilly. It has a stone floor and just one carpet at the foot of the bed, so I think that makes the space cooler. (The thermostat is controlled remotely by management, and we could have requested that they turn it up, but we didn't spend much time there anyway so we didn't bother.) Also, there were good blankets on the bed, so we weren't cold while we slept. 2) The pillows on the bed weren't great - they were flat and kind of lifeless. Neither of these things was a big drawback - we would definitely stay in this flat again!

• Bertola (10/5): Fabulous! Fantastic! Pictures don’t do it justice! - Very spacious, seating for 6 people at kitchen table, 2 sofas, extremely comfortable beds, great linens, fabulous location, fully equipped, shampoo, body wash, soap, plenty of towels, elevator to bring luggage up, cable TV, air conditioning that works very well, plenty of windows and lights. Very modern!!!!! Honestly nothing. It was perfect.
• Rubio (4/5): Rubio&Ivy - The apparrment was big. Spacious rooms. Bathroom size is ok. Shower cabin a little narrow. Big kitchen. Stores and restaurants very close by. Mini market and pharmacie close by. The appartment have 5 aircondations. Each room one, one at the entrance and one in the living room. The one at the entrance was not working from day one and the one in the living room and one of the rooms were not cooling properly. Water was leaking from the aircondationing from the lower room. They offer to come and dry the floor and put a bucket(what a solution!)They brought two air fans to help with the situation, but didn't help. After a hot day outside, you come to the appartment which was also hot in the living room. We were not able to enjoy time together as a family in the living room. You will sit and sweat. We stayed 4 night and the aircondationing were never fixed. No bathroom are at the same level of the apparment entrance level. Either you go 5 steps down of 9 steps up to reach the bathroom. They are not even considering a compensation for the aircondation problem we face. For them they consider having handled the issue properly. For them, properly means, bring two air fans and not fixing the aircondationing.

Tuvimos un problema con la presión del agua. Era ajeno a ellos y nos propusieron soluciones. Aún así, esperábamos que ofrecieran algún tipo de compensación por las molestias y no fue así.
• Steve (9/5): Very nice apartment in quiet part of city. - The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and modern. The elevator helped after long days exploring. Bathrooms were spacious and also clean. Kitchen was well equipped and the couches were very comfortable. Bedrooms were both as depicted and mattresses were comfortable too. Apartment was in a bit of a dead zone which made it a bit uncomfortable walking around at night. Plus there was some trash thrown around outside the area.The greeter could have been a bit friendlier and not on their headphones the entire time. Also, there was no laundry detergent. The company said that it was “due to allergies” but in all my stays over the years, this was a first.

• Linas (9/5): It was amazing long weekend Venice escape! - Very spacious apartments in a very good location. Street is calm and not crowded by a tourists, however it is just a few minutes walking distance form famous places of interest. Nearby there was a fabulous small local Italian grocery store where you can buy local vegetables, ham, wine, etc. If you don't want to be busy in the kitchen - there are many restaurants around. Our Host was very polite and gave us lots of valuable information, where to have a good and tasty breakfast and what places around are best for a nice and cozy dinner. 3 recommended restaurants we really enjoyed and advices are highly appreciated - food was amazing. We were traveling with a kid - there was plenty of choices for our kid as well. And kid said that food is super fantastic. There is an elevator, and it is very useful if you are travelling with heavy luggage. Apartments do have a canal view and there is a nice and cozy inner yard. There was no bad surprises or anything we don't like. One small disadvantage was that electric towel heaters in bathrooms were cold and we haven't found how to turn them on. Host manages everything remotely via mobile app, however even she was not able to turn on the heaters.

• Maria (8/5): Overall nice place, and good location, lacking some details and poor Wi-Fi was a real problem for us - Property arranged for a water taxi which met us at the airport and took us to saint angelo stop which is closest . We did the same for our return journey..very smooth. The place is well located out of the main busy tourist area but still very close to everything. Good Sized apartment with plenty of towels, toiletries etc kitchen facilities adequate except the coffee issues and could do with more cups and glasses. The Wi-Fi only worked on the main floor. Not in upstairs or downstairs bedrooms. The air con only worked barely in the upstairs room…couldn’t get it to work at all on main level and downstairs. The coffee machine appeared broken and as no pods were provided, we couldn’t test it. we couldn’t get the stove to work to heat coffee pot..hosts were not very responsive when we asked. Ended up drinking instant Nescafé all week!
• Suzette (8/5): Lovely property but inquire about use of AC. - Upscale decor, very nice kitchen and bath! Comfortable beds, linens and couch. All the comforts of home! Property was not able to provide AC even though advertised as provided. Was told Mosquito repellent would be provided but was not. We visited in the two warmest days this spring. Mosquitos were an issue in the rooms. Bring repellent! Windows open! Property manager said govt did not allow use of AC but hotels and other condos had theirs on. Met many people with AC on. I am sure during summer months no issue. Was just a negative on our stay.

• Brent (5/5): I had good expectations but was dissapointed by responsiveness of host on several issues. - I liked the location and that the unit had an elevator and air conditioning. Although the air conditioning did not work that well in the bedroom upstairs. The host contact was not that responsive at all. The apartment had kind of a funky smell to it. The toilets did not work properley the entire time we were there. I asked several times about getting them fixed and did not receive any response or correction to the problem. I asked the day before our departure if the aparment would be available for the next night because there was a possiblity that our flight might get canceled. I did not hear back from the host until mid day the next day. By that time my flight was already cancelled and I had to find a new Airbnb in Venice to book. We had to move from this apartment to another one in Venice where the host was terrific and very responsive to our needs.

Extremely difficult to confirm reservation. Unclear messages from host. Bad smell in bathrooms and all plumbing. Could not control temperature, either freezing cold or way too hot.
• Scott (10/5): I highly recommend staying at Ca' Moro Salina - The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Very spacious, beautifully furnished and well maintained. Marco was waiting upon arrival with keys and to show us around the apartment. He even arranged our private water taxi to the airport upon the end of our stay. The location is very central and easy to get to all destinations.

The location was central and minutes walk from river taxis and old town. Great access to places of interests, restaurants, cafes and shops. Nothing really…would have like a bit more table top space in the toilet if I really have to come up with one🤗

Excellent location and close to coffee shops, San Marco square and numerous delicious restaurants. Very easy to get to and an elevator for all our luggage. NOTHING!

• Kishen (9/5): Great apartment in a convenient location. Check the flush works before the management company leaves - Great amenities in the apartment, everything you need for a trip away. Location was central but not too busy. Apartment was secure and had a safe to store valuables. Washing machine, dish washer and fast broadband. Person who met us with the keysnwas knowledgeable and gave us great tips for our stay. Even though we called 1hr before key collection and text when we got on the boat, we still had to wait 20min for the keys. When we called to say we were at the meeting point, it seemed she hadn't even left yet to meet us. Minor point but we were tired from traveling. The flush in the apartment was temperamental and did not always work. When I text the management company, about the flush, they did not even respond. I asked about a late check out on arrival and was told to text on the penultimate day to see if they had a booking or not. I complied but my text was ignored. When I called that evening to follow up, I was told it was booked for the next day (which is fine and understandable) so we had to be out by 10am. No issues with this but it would have been useful to have that information earlier when I text so we could make alternative arrangements. These are minor points and overall had a great stay at the apartment.
