- Nicky (1/5): Arrived at 1am with 2 small kids and told there are no rooms despite our confirmed booking - Honestly the only good thing was the close proximity to the airport. We are a family of 4 with 2 small kids. Spent 6 hours driving from Sapa after getting stranded there with the typhoon. Booked this hotel because of its close proximity to the airport. Notified the hotel we will be arriving late at 1am and received confirmation that they will be waiting for us. Arrived at 1am and was told that despite our confirmed booking, they had no rooms available. Heavy rains outside in a relatively deserted part of Hanoi. Had to sleep in their lobby on the chairs until a room became available at 5am. Really unsatisfactory and especially difficult with 2 small overtired kids. Still not sure how Booking.com and the hotel can confirm a booking when there are no rooms available. Not happy at all.

- Marivien (10/5): Best place to stay in Hanoi! - Mr. Andy Hung is simply the best host! He is the calmest, happiest, and most positive person I’ve ever met. I truly enjoyed my short stay with him, his lovely wife Mai, and their only daughter Im. Although it was just a layover, it turned into one of the most memorable experiences—especially our wonderful trip to the Old Quarters of Hanoi and the unforgettable Vietnamese food! Visiting Mega Grand World was also a great highlight. I can confidently say: when I return to Hanoi with my entire family, it will only be with Mr. Andy Hung. Nothing.

Getting to the city wasn't a problem either, as Andy is an excellent host—he can arrange taxi service at a much more affordable price than what you'd pay with Grab, and he's always ready to help you with any issue. He offered assistance no matter the time, day or night. I really enjoyed the area; there's a local market nearby, and if you want to experience real Vietnamese life beyond just the tourist spots, this is the perfect place. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious The bathroom could use a bit of renovation, and having a shower cabin would be a great addition. However, overall, I would definitely come back.

- Tasfia (4/5): Disappointing - Closer to airport I had an absolutely dreadful experience at the Noi Bai Ville Airport Hotel. We booked it specifically for its proximity to the airport, arriving at 3 am. While the room itself was adequate, the electricity went out between 5 and 6 am and remained off until we left around 10 am. This meant no Wi-Fi, which was incredibly inconvenient. To make matters worse, around 8 am, someone (presumably the cleaning lady) randomly opened our room door, startled us, and then simply closed it. This was quite unsettling. Having been awake all night, this power outage and intrusion made for an extremely uncomfortable and sleepless stay. I cannot recommend this hotel.

- Dillon (10/5): Epic and this is right up there as I’ve been traveling solo since May. - This accommodating hotel,owner and staff his brother are really an example of of affordable luxury.And not just the rooms but how far and beyond you go to make some ones stay really special.In my case: I got my self in a pickle with taxi at airport with the chaos of 100s of of people about to travel . Mr Tobi arranged a taxi for me and got me out of there. I also had issues with my visa not coming through for India and my Vietnam visa was expiring the next day.Mr Tobi helped me with that and many more things.Lift to ATM,Got my cigarettes which were the cheapest I’d paid in my whole month in Vietnam,offered me a discounted room if I wasn’t aloud to leave the country and got me out of a financial issue at the airport which I’ll keep the story to myself but with him,his knowledge for the tourism trade (his job once he was a major reason it wasn’t disastrous!. The hotel its self has every thing close by.Off the Beaton track temples,restaurants,shops,ATM and km away and even a couple of karoke bars. It has lift and breakfast is brought to you room after you WhatsApp Mr Tobi.Mini bar (small fee for drinks)Amazing bathroom with a bath that is jacuzzi like and the lighting in the room is so state of the art you can create a mood with the room.Warm colours or neutral white. I can’t thank them enough I really can’t. If you want a hotel near airport this is the place to stay.There is cheaper but there cheaper for a reason.A longer stay next time as it’s more that just a room near the airport. I can’t fault any thing.Even the passing traffic daily traffic is silenced because of the double glaze windows.

- Marija (4/5): Good location, but rooms need renovation - We liked how close the hotel is to the airport, guys at the reception were nice and helped with our luggage Compared to the pics, it is very outdated and you can tell furniture has been there for a while. AC is very dusty and room was covered with flies. I killed a random bug that was on the floor too.
- Ibrahim (9/5): Superb - There is a loud disturbance on the microphone by one of the neighboring speakers, which is broadcast twice a day at 6:30 am and 6 pm. This disturbs the tourist guests while sleeping in the morning in hotels, and is also annoying for the elderly and children. This practice must be stopped by the local authorities.

Was greeted very nicely and simple breakfast brought up to our room. I had booked this hotel for our last night in town specifically because Description said free airport shuttle, but they tried to charge us for transfer to and from the hotel even though we arranged our own transport there with Grab. When we showed him the free airport shuttle they said that was only for transfer from airport to the hotel not for hotel to airport. Quite disappointed
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great place for a last night stay before heading to the airport early the next morning. The check in and check out was super easy. There were a number of dining options in the immediate area, we ate at the pizza place down the street. Our family of four got a good night’s sleep in the two queen beds and the staff even got up early to make us a simple breakfast at 6:30 even though they usually don’t start serving until 7:00, thank you!

- ?? (6/5): - 夜中に着く便でホテルの送迎なしでした。とてもわかりづらいところでタクシーの運転手もわからず、スマホのナビでもわからず、同じ名前の怪しいホテルの前で降ろされました。入り口はしまっていてちがうといったらまたお金を請求されて結局一時間くるいかかってやっとホテルにつきました。 空港からタクシーで9分とあったのに、結局25万ドンしはらわされました。空港から近いから予約したのに涙がとまりませんでした。 怖くて、悲しかったです。 夜はwifiつながったのに、朝はつながらずこまりました。

- Abdulrahem (9/5): Book this if you want a comfortable stay near the airport! - I give this a 9.3 rating as an airport hotel! The manager is responsive and accommodating. I had a late flight coming around 11 PM and he made sure that I can check in into my room. We also arranged a private pick up service from the airport at 100,000 Dong. Normally, there is a free airport shuttle service before 11 PM but I arrived late at night. The room was nice and clean. It was also quiet even though the hotel is on a main street. The breakfast comes straight to your room and it was delicious. The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure that my stay was comfortable, carrying my luggage from the car all the way to the room. The staff really tries to make sure you are comfortable, but this was excessive, especially when I was tired after the long flight and just wanted to take a shower and sleep. It would be better to let the guest come to the reception with questions and inquiries. If you have things to offer, like tours or currency exchange, it's best to advertise them in text instead of verbal offers.

Save money and have a better vacation in Vietnam! - I booked this hotel because of it's close proximity to the Hanoi airport - after a very long flight from western Canada, I needed rest before further travelling. The manager of the hotel responded to all my messages within minutes, and he even arranged an airport pickup, saving me having to run the gauntlet of aggressive taxi and Grab drivers surrounding the Hanoi airport. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and I was able to buy a very inexpensive and good Vietnam SIM card right from the hotel. The best part is that Mr. Tobin, the hotel manager, is also a travel agent with over 15 years experience! Tobin arranged a complete tour of North Vietnam for me, including many exciting activities, buses, taxis, hostels, hotels, trekking, motorcycle loop, cruise ship, and flights within Vietnam. Tobin negotiated lower rates for everything and his services cost me nothing! I am sure that Tobin saved me a lot of money, and stress. The hotels, cruise ships, busses, airlines and hostels paid Tobin a commission directly. Also, I was able to pay Tobin for everything in one secure payment using my credit card, saving me the hassle of exchanging a lot of money at numerous ATM machines and costly currency exchanges. A win-win situation! I know if I had to arrange all of this myself, I would have ended up paying a lot more money, and would have been frustrated by my inability to speak the Vietnamese language. Throughout my trip I am able to contact Tobin at anytime for free travel consulting! If anything goes wrong - my personal travel consultant will sort it out quickly. I am very happy that I stayed at the Noi Bai Ville Airport Hotel! The whole experience made my trip to North Vietnamese so much better! Every morning room service delivered a great breakfast right to my room. Tobin even let me ride his motorbike for free! Now that's fantastic customer service! I truly felt like one of the family!

Checked in quickly which was very important to me as I was tired from the journey. They also organised a transfer to the airport at a good price. The room was cosy, there is everything you need, even a toothbrush The breakfast was very good, it was brought right to the room I recommend this place
