• Beatrice (10/5): Bel appartement à recommander - Bel appartement situé près du centre entre un petit canal et une ruelle donc au calme Joliment décoré et très bien équipé avec le souci du détail. Tout était impeccable. Une personne est venue nous chercher à l'arrivée du bateau taxi tout près de l'appartement. L'agence a réservé pour nous un transfert aéroport aller retour en bateau taxi. Je recommande ce service très appréciable. C'est vrai. Une odeur se dégageait dans une des salles de bain mais rien de très dérangeant et puis c'est le charme de Venise !

• Solène (9/5): Genialissime ! - Nous avons particulièrement aimé la localisation de l'appartement,il est idéalement situé ! Et l'accueil de l'hôtel était super agréable, très flexible pour nous convenir et à donner plein de bons conseils sur la ville ! Merci ! Nous n'avions pas de chauffage dans les salle de bains et nous avons eu un peu froid...

• Crispian (10/5): Venice stay elevated by wonderful accommodation - Our hosts provided us with excellent communication prior to arrival and during check-in. A reference folder was also provided. Apartment was clean with all appliances working perfectly. Beds were comfortable, extra blankets readily available and heating worked well which was important with temperatures either side of zero. Location was really good, quiet surroundings, but only a short walk to major sights and also very close to Accademia bridge and water bus stops. All of our group commented on how the online photos didn't show how good this apartment actually is! Nothing

• MATTHEW (10/5): - Great location, the company who own the property arranged a water taxi to collect us from the airport, took us straight to the apartment, met by one of the staff, who showed us the location, talked through everything and gave us the keys, all very professional, made it all very easy
• Julia (10/5): Beautiful, comfortable apartment in the heart of Venice!! - Very clean, well equipped, comfy beds, aircon that worked(always a bonus) Two bathrooms was good too. Very helpful owners, ordered our river taxis and allowed case storage, can’t thank them enough 😀

Or personne ne nous a prévenus et nous avons du négocier un décompte ( qui nous a été accordé) sur le total et vivre dans un appartement aveugle. Par ailleurs il manquait de nombreuses ampoules, pas de lumière dans une des salles de bain au bout du 2eme jour. Une location qui n’est donc pas vérifiée entre chaque locataire. Dommage car l’appartement est grand et merveilleusement placé.

• Heide (9/5): Beautiful apartment in grand location - Execptional location, lovely staff, great apartment! The little bathroom constantly smelled bad, cleaning and ventilation didn‘t help, therefore the whole apartment smelled.

Gave a good introduction to the property. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The internet is erratic and very frustrating. The towel heaters didn’t work. The lights over the basin in the main bathroom were not working. The apartment was a bit cold but we were told not to adjust the heating.

• Susan (8/5): Good base for exploring - Nice location, easy walking to all major tourist attractions. Number of restaurants and bakeries nearby. Beds are clean and comfortable and apartment is spacious with two full bathrooms. Quiet location. Decor is typical of the style and age of the building, lots of stairs to be aware of if you have mobility issues or small children. Didn't need the air conditioning when we visited so can't comment.

They have a local book with tips and were very available via text when we had a question. They also helped arrange water taxi for our departure. Location was fantastic for all the sites and great local restaurants.

• Gina (1/5): would not choose this apartment again, if you would like to see photos happy to share - the location once we worked out our way home was an excellent location the person who handed us the keys was not helpful. my daughter had left her bag on boat and we ran to get a water taxi and follow it up and then the lady accused us of asking her to carry my 14 year old grandson and 9 year old granddaughter not likely. my husband and i went out and it got dark at 16.30 not like Australia i called the check in agent at 6.10pm and she stated that i rang at middle of night, i have call log as evidence and she stated that i demanded and i was not friendly, this is not the case i called to ask for direction as i was very distressed and worried could not find my way back to apartment. i also called to advised that the rooms had not been vacuumed as there were dust on floor to show how bad it was my 9year old granddaughter stated she could not walk on the floor without shoes on. when i called i did not expect the manager to reply and state that i was rude, i sent photos of the dust on floor as in places it was easily seen, i do have photos to prove that the floor was dirty and the coffee table had dust on it and my husband cleaned it with a tissue and i sent it to the booking agent. i do have photos of all these claims which i sent to them. the reply i received from the booking agent was very upsetting and she was immature as you would want to get the problem solved and not state and blame the client that i was rude i am far from a rude person and have photos of these problems.
• Nelson (9/5): Great location in a awesome place - Location it’s great, quite close to everting we need to have. We arrive after 8PM so we paid a late check in fee of 50 euros, we met us in an encounter point but the person wasn’t there. Think 50 euros, or the property value, should deserve a better service.

We (6 women) loved it! 🙂 Also the rental company treated us extremly well, allowing us late check out and recommending us free visit in a glass factory which was great experience too. We'd book again for sure.

It was in an ideal location for sightseeing, shopping and waterway access. It was immaculately kept and provided all the necessary amenities. It was just perfect for our large family. When returning to Venice, we definitely will stay here again. This location was truly a medieval experience. Like walking back in time. Nothing it was great . At first it felt a little unsafe because of the narrow dimly lit entranceways but soon found out by walking around the location, it was all part of an amazing historical experience.

• Carrie (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for 6 people. The location (once I found it) was convenient. It was hard to find the property upon arrival. I used the address provided on the Booking.com confirmation email and Google Maps to try to navigate and it led me to a completely wrong location. When I finally met up with the host he told me not to use Google Maps; I only wish he would have told me that in advance. Once I had the correct location stored in Google Maps, it was fine. It was also hard to communicate with the host as I was receiving messages from them via Booking.com, SMS texts, and Whats App messages. However, once we got checked in and settled, everything was fine.

Many dining options in the nearby square. The guided walk from our initial meeting point was a little confusing. As first timers to Venice we could have used some pre arrival guidance on the water transportation system

• Marlene (9/5): excellent choice! would recommend! - Spacious, comfy and clean! loved the location! Juliet balcony overlooks a small canal! very close to accademia bridge and valporetta stop. Around the corner from a nice plaza with restaurants, bars, cafes, gelateria. About a 12 minute walk to St. Mark’s Square. Hosts were very communicative, helped arrange a water taxi from the train station and met us right on time! Also, there were nightly orchestra concerts around the corner in a gorgeous church. With the windows open, we could hear the lovely music from the living room. The a/c could’ve been stronger. Also lots of rules like when you leave you, you can’t leave any garbage in any trashcan - You can only do laundry during certain hours….seemed a little excessive.

The host answered many questions in advance of our stay, and then was very helpful once we arrived. He also arranged a water taxi for us from the airport. I would definitely recommend this property. • Murat (10/5): Her yere çok yakın - Evin yeri çok iyi San Marco ve Rialto’ya yürüyerek 5 dk mesafede. Etrafında çok güzel restaurantlar var. İç dekorasyonu ve konforu gayet iyi olup sadece ilk eve girişte hafif bir rutubet kokusu var. Isıtması çok iyiydi.
