• Danielle (10/5): Un enchantement, y revenir à chaque séjour ! - Appartement lumineux et bien aménagé, parfait pour un couple ( et peut-être un enfant). Terrasses avec vues merveilleuses, quartier agréable et vivant, plein d'étudiants et de vénitiens de souche. Un plaisir d'arriver à chaque fois. Équipement de cuisine un peu limité (vaisselle, poêles...)

The terraces were wonderful to sit out on & a real benefit of the property The bathroom had a flush handle that leaked, and the shelf to put things on was quite high up so not that practical. The kitchen is small but functional

• antoine (4/5): - Bonjour, Nous avons été grandement déçus par cet hébergement tant les avis semblaient très bons. Parmi les rares points positifs, l'environnement, la place, le calme l'hiver et sûrement les belles terrasses pour les beaux jours. Les points négatifs sont malheureusement trop nombreux. Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons récupéré les clefs dans une boite à lettres sur les indications téléphoniques du propriétaire et galérer pour ouvrir les différentes portes. Attention, il faut monter 2 étages. L'appartement est spacieux mais très vieillot. Il est bien équipé en vaisselle (nous n'avons pas fait de cuisine). J'ai pas vu de micro-ondes. Une employée est venue nous indiquer les consignes pour le tri et encaisser les taxes(?). Après, avoir fait le tour, la propreté laisse à désirer, nous avons passé l'aspirateur pour les trop nombreux moutons présents sous les lits et vers les radiateurs. Le froid est tenace dans l'appartement et les moyens de chauffage sont pauvres sauf dans la salle de bain et la petite pièce. Le sèche-linge prévu dans l'équipement est absent (nous avions prévu de voyager légers pas de bol). Le chauffe-eau fait un bruit d'enfer tout le temps (nous n'avons pas pu dormir la première nuit après, sous la couette et portes fermées on s'habitue...) Dès le premier soir, nous avons envoyé des messages au propriétaire, nous avons joint l'employée qui devait transmettre l'information. Nous avons contacté Expedia. AUCUNE REPONSE (inadmissible). Trop cher, grande déception

The apartment was spacious and fantastic decor We could have done with a microwave and maybe a Bluetooth capable speaker, but minor things as we managed to eat out most of the time.

• Mary Lisa (10/5): - An exquisite stay at the fabulous Three Terraces!! The Three Terraces was truly one of the most sensational, lavish properties my Boyfriend and I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. Truly a jaw dropping property. Refined and sophisticated on the inside with absolutely stunning views on the outside from every terrace. All the amenities you could need were included and then some and we were literally only 30 feet away from a town square which held exceptional eateries and a conveniently located market. Also, it was only about a 15 minute walk to Rialto Bridge and central shopping areas. Our assigned Agent Marco was exceptionally helpful and aided us in getting situated and feeling like locals straight away. It was a truly sensational stay and we could not be happier. Exceptional accommodations which I highly recommend.
