• Irfan (9/5): Our 3 nights stay from start to finish was perfect! - The property was easy to find and the location very good! Very quiet, clean and comfortable beds. Fabio the host was very helpful through out stay and would be very quick to respond to any questions. Overall a great experience. Could have done with an ironing board and tissue box in the room.

• O'leary (9/5): An amazing place in an amazing city. - There was plenty of space in the apartment for me and my family. It's also fairly close to Napoli central station which acts as an excellent transport hub for both the bus routes and the underground metro station. But above all the highlight for me personally was Fabio the owner of the apartment, any questions we had were answered straight away, he also allowed us to store our luggage in the apartment while we were waiting for our flight. There is an elevator however it is coin operated and we didn't realise this until the end of the week. Also this is a minor thing but we all would have liked the option for an extra pillow, but that's mainly a preference thing.

• Kris (9/5): A great stay! - Fabio is a great host! Room was clean and we enjoyed the feel of the neighbourhood! There is Garibaldi metro station nearby which is convenient for most places of interest. If I had to note something, I would say that I would prefer shower handle/head rather than rain shower.

• Marica (10/5): Soggiorno a Napoli - Onestamente tutto. Struttura vicinissima alla stazione e quindi alla fermata dell'alibus per l'aeroporto (che dista 15 min). Noi eravamo al quarto piano, quindi senza fastidi legati al traffico o alla confusione. Gestore sempre presente, camera grande e pulitissima, palazzo molto bello e ben tenuto. Consiglio vivamente. Nulla. Segnalo, per chi non conoscesse Napoli, che la zona limitrofa alla stazione di sera non è molto sicura. Io personalmente ho girato anche a piedi e non ho avuto problemi. E' comunque un problema superabile col taxi.
• Arina (6/5): Near train station, but is unsafe - It was clean, there was workkng washing machine and place to dry clothes, there was iron and AC. It is near train station (walking distance) - we walked 5 mins. There was complimentary water bottle in the fridge. 1. There is common balcony parallel to the apartment. There is (tinted) window from bathroom to this common balcony. So when I was having shower once, someone knocked. I literally started shouting because I was so scared. There is metal rack on top of the window, but still it was very scary. Also there is usual window between kitchen and this common balcony, and once some smoking man was staring at me while I was in the kitchen. Terrifying experience. Women, please consider not booking this accomodation. 2. Internet didnt work when we arrived, I was told that i have to restart the router. Owner told that they can come and do it (router is like 3m from the floor). I told I would prefer they would come and restart it when we come back to the apartment, well we came. I wrote to the owner telling they can come and fix it, he sent me a message that internet was working. So I suppose owner did come and fix it without us... I of course dont know for sure. 3. Some sour smell in the kitchen. 4. Neighbours were loud (I guess its normal for Italy?) but I heard them so good as if they were in the same room with me. Couldnt sleep until 11.30pm.

• Ani (10/5): Tökéletescapartman! - Az apartman a Garibaldi állomás közelében volt. Minden könnyen elérhető, könnyű a közlekedés. A Host átlagon felüli volt mind kommhnikációban, mind peig figyelemben. Segítőkész, folyamatosan kontaktolt, hogy minden rendben van-e es amikor igaziból bajban voltunk maximálisan támogatott minket. Hálásak vagyunk neki ezért. Az apartman nagyon szép, tiszta volt. Mindennel felszerelt, amire csak szükségünk volt, sőt még azon felül is! A terasz az utcára nyílt, ahol reggelre eltűntek az autók és egy kis piaci forgataggá változott a tegnap délután még dudálástól hangos utca. Nagyon szrrettük, ha jövünk még, csak ide szeretnénk. Köszönünk mindent! Nem volt ilyen...

• Fuling (10/5): 非常感谢房东的优质服务！民宿地理位置太棒了，火车、地铁、大巴、渡轮就在6-8分钟的范围内，老街、景区均可以步行20分钟内到达……非常 - 房东是位热情、负责、善解人意的帅哥。学习能力很强，了解到我们中国人习惯使用微信后，立马下载微信，以便沟通交流。 我们是四位不懂外语的退休教师，依靠翻译软件到意大利旅行一个月，房东亲自在楼下大门迎接我们，耐心、仔细地介绍民宿各种物品的使用方法、注意事项。 每天房东都关心地向我们问候，用心回答我们遇到的困难、问题。 当民宿需要添加物品时（比如厨房用纸、点火器），他都能及时补充……他是我们一个月来所遇到的优秀房东之一。 民宿距离那不勒斯中央车站很近很近，步行大约6分钟；楼下的街道就有品种丰富的面包店、蔬菜、水果街市（早市集）；楼下3分钟就有一个比较大、吃喝、日常生活用品的超市……非常方便生活，还能见识意大利普通百姓的烟火味……像是黑人、华人的聚集地😊安全性还好，我们几次游玩回来天已经全黑了，超市还开门，路上也安全……不是网络上说的车站附近脏、乱、差，当然，外面马路是脏，但其他地方也是这样脏的呀！ 民宿的价格也还可以，遇到三位中国姑娘，她们住得远，价格比我们的贵，出行很不方便…… 浴室的花洒出水量偏小了点；再多多一个出水口低位置的花洒就更完美了，哈哈哈，这是一个小小的问题，可以忽略不计

• BRUNO (10/5): Very happy with the stay and experience and would defiantly recommend and would personally stay again. - The property was large, clean, and in an excellent location and proximity to the railway station. The hosts were very was great and very friendly and accommodating. At times there was constant noise from the other appartments which is not the fault of the property host.

Nella was WONDERFUL! - We stayed here after landing in Naples and again the last night before boarding the plane early to return home to USA. It was the perfect hotel for so many reasons. The facility is clean, quiet, and comfortable like none other. Nella gave us links to GPS directions to the train station ( few blocks away) where took a train to Sorrento. We were able to drop our bags off at their baggage storage just blocks away from the hotel ( free of charge) so we were able to explore Naples. This hotel was so comfortable I slept about 12 hours the night before we flew back home. The hotel is about 7-10 minutes via taxi ride to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel. I am a coffee drinker so I would have liked to have accomodations for coffee in the room but that's no biggie.

L'unica pecca è che la sala da pranzo non aveva il riscaldamento, ma visto la temperatura e il poco tempo in appartamento non ci ha creato problemi.

Il wi-fi fatica a raggiungere la stanza più ampia, ma è un appunto giusto per rispondere alla domanda.

• Vincent (9/5): Ritornerò a Palazzo Ferrara. - Posizione comoda, estremamente vicina alla stazione ferroviaria, alla stazione della Circumvesuviana (utile per raggiungere gli scavi archeologici di Pompei e di Ercolano) e alla metropolitana. Di fronte alla stazione c'è la fermata del bus per l'aeroporto. Sempre di fronte alla stazione si trovano altri bus per muoversi all'interno della città e per località vicine. Il centro storico è estremamente vicino, il duomo si raggiunge a piedi. Nelle vicinanze della struttura è presente un supermercato e molti negozi. Ci sono pizzerie e ristoranti. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, vicino alla struttura, sono presenti pasticcerie di alta qualità. Camera grande, bagno moderno e ampio. Tutto pulito e in perfetto ordine. Il gestore è gentile e disponibile. Nella camera è presente un bollitore e bustine di the e di infusi. Nell'ingresso della struttura è presente una macchina per il caffè a disposizione degli ospiti.

Location was ideal being less than a 10 minute walk to the station and close to supermarkets and restaurants. The building had secure access.Would stay again.

• Jutta (8/5): - Sehr saubere, übersichtlich eingerichtetes Zimmer mit gutem Bad. Schön, dass auch ein kleiner Balkon mit Tischchen und zwei Stühlen dabei war. Durch die Lage zu einem Innenhof hin waren die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Vor der Haustür findet in der Straße ein Markt statt. Entfernung zum Hauptbahnhof minimal, fußläufig keine 5 Minuten, also sehr praktisch. Wir durften das Zimmer sogar länger nutzen, da wir erst mittags zum Flughafen mussten. Jederzeit wieder! Alles prima!

Only few steps from the central station and ten minutes in car to the airport. The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable and safe. The host gave us a very accurate description on the self check in which was super helpful. La ubicación no es la mejor, pero al menos está relativamente cerca de una estación de metro. Movilizarse en metro en Napoli no es la mejor opción, pero en taxi resulta muy costoso especialmente si estás alejado de los puntos más visitados de la ciudad, como es el caso de este hotel.

El elevador es muy pequeno y hay que pagar de las 7 a las 2 de la tarde 20 centavos para usarlo. Esta descrito como bed and breakfast y solo ofrecen cafe, lo cual lo hace confuso. • René Skl. (10/5): - Sehr schönes, großes und sauberes Zimmer mit einem sehr freundlichen Gastgeber. Die Lage ist super ein paar Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.
• Cristina (9/5): Cómodo y agradable - Está cerca de la estación principal de tren y supermercados. La zona es segura. La habitación es grande, cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario. Fabio fue un gran anfitrión, nos recibió personalmente y estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades durante nuestra estancia. Además nos enseñó que ver en la ciudad y alrededores y nos dio varias recomendaciones. Echamos en falta una plancha de la ropa y smart TV, por lo demás, todo genial.

• Di (10/5): Stylish and very comfortable room with own bathroom close to the railway station. - Easy walking distance to the railway station. Beautiful renovation job especially the bathroom. Friendly efficient host. -

• Jeya Rani (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft - sehr saubere und moderne Unterkunft, scheint erst kürzlich komplett renoviert worden zu sein. Ich habe keinen Unterschied zu Budget Hotels gesehen! Und preislich war es unschlagbar Die Lage war in unmittelbarer Bahnhofsnähe ( was generell sehr zu empfehlen ist ) aber der Bahnhofsbereich Neapels ist positiv formuliert gewöhnungsbedürftig, zu zweit allerdings kein Problem
• Yu Ying (9/5): Lovely stay near Napoli Centrale with a great host! - - Fabio our host was so accommodating and greeted us at the door, clear instructions were given to access the property and he checked in on us regularly to ensure we were ok! - Centrally located, only a 5 min walk to Napoli Centrale, location did not feel unsafe for 2 women traveling - Free coffee machine in the main lobby was amazing! - Lovely room - comfortable bed and strong AC that was much needed in the summer heat. Came with a balcony as well for us to dry clothes and sit outside and have morning coffee Minor issue is that there is no shower head, just a rain shower

• Gobbag (10/5): Faultless Stay - I don't do reviews normally but I'll make an exception. Communication was excellent, Fabio was great, we asked to drop our bags off before official check-in time and it wasn't a problem. The apartment was like brand new everything was beautifully presented and everything worked as it should. It was very clean and comfortable close to restaurants and the Central Train Station. The building even has a lift. Grazie Mille The only thing, which is more of a suggestion is a rack or shelf in the shower to put things on. 😁
• Domenico (10/5): Top. Consiglio vivamente a tutti - Credo sia stata la mia migliore esperienza con gli affitti da booking, l'host in particolare è stato attento e presente in ogni momento della mia permanenza a napoli, la pulizia quotidiana poi sono una vera chicca Nulla.

• Anastassija (10/5): Самые лучшие апартаменты в Неаполе - Невероятно уютное место. Здесь прекрасно всё! Сам номер, чистота, персонал, расположение. Очень комфортная обстановка. Владелец Фабио окружает заботой и помогает со всем. В качестве презента нам с мужем вручили очень вкусную выпечку :) В номере была очень удобная кровать, кондиционер и шторы, которые полностью не пропускали свет. Это мой первый отпуск, где я выспалась! Совсем рядом находится вокзал. Это позволяет спокойно путешествовать по всем окрестностям Неаполя и другим местам Италии. Минусов не было. Единственное, вечером в этом районе бывает сомнительные контингент и стоит быть осторожным.
