• CHIKA (9/5): いいローケーションです。 - 専用の洗面所付いてます、駅まで近いと観光地に近い。部屋も広い。ジュースは飲み放題 チェックインの時にちょっと苦労しました、一つ目の玄関は暗証番号必要二つ目と三つ目のドア暗証番号はいらない、力入れて押すと開きます、四つ目はアパートのドアそれは暗証番号必要であげれば部屋のリービングまで入れます、荷物は預けれます。

• Elin (10/5): - The rooms was so clean it was a joy comming " home" to the hotel. The location is perfect for the most historic places, shops and restaurants. It was quiet and we had a very good sleep in a very good bed. The hotel is so close to the tram station that you do not need a taxi to the airport. There are no breakfast included, still there was cold drinks, coffee/ tea and cereals, croasants to eat. This was a good surprice. We are so happy with pur stay, that we will return another time. After travvelling the world we are tired to big unpersonal hotel. This was just what we needed. Thank you Pink Wolf, for a wonderful holiday😃 There was nothing, we didn' t like.

Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto perfettamente pulito e curato: la camera e il bagno erano impeccabili. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo le attenzioni: acqua, latte, biscotti e tutto il necessario per la colazione, oltre a macchina del caffè e tè. Era davvero tutto organizzato nei minimi dettagli. Inoltre, ci ha fornito una carta sconto per un ristorante convenzionato e anche un voucher per una colazione gratuita in pasticceria — un gesto davvero molto apprezzato, anche se non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno perché la struttura offriva già tantissimo. Un posto che definirei il top. Ci tornerei senza esitazione e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno accogliente e di qualità a Firenze.
• 정은 (9/5): 강력추천 - 사장님이 친절하고 깔끔합니다. 거실을 공유하는지는 몰랐지만 이또한 즐거웠고, 엘리베이터는 유럽식 작고 수동 이중문으로 된 엘리베이터였어요. 숙소랑 smn역이랑 정말 가까워요. 웬만하면 도보로 10-15분 거리로 관광지는 이동할 수 있습니다. 엘레베이터까지 계단이 5-6칸 있어요. 제 캐리어가 너무 무거워서 오르내리기 힘들었습니다 ㅋㅋ 공유거실에는 냉장고, 간단한 음료나 다과도 제공되어 있어서 언제든지 편하게 이용할 수 있는 배려도 감사했습니다. 언어가 통하지 않아도 친절하게 안내해주시는 사장님께 감사드립니다. 강력추천!

• Patricia (10/5): It is a lucky day to be able to book a room with Pinkwolf. - Everything was new, super clean and it was especially nice that the owner was there to greet us - great hospitality! Many items available (most are complimentary) to eat and drink at anytime of the day. The location- half a block from the train station, easy walk to the main attractions- is excellent, and there was very little noise from the street at night, which is normally a problem in the center. For my personal taste, the mattress was too firm, and because we were two people, the room was slightly small, but had a huge window so it felt airy. For one person it could be considered roomy. In a historical center, rooms are always smaller than in modern buildings ... but there's so much more character!!

• CAROLINE (10/5): Amazing stay and facilities! - Pros: Lovely balcony with our private balcony room. Super modern, clean and spacious room within the shared apartment. Rooms equipped with everything we needed. Every small detailed catered for, even mosquito wall plugs to reduce their presence. Couldn’t hear any other noise from other rooms from our own room. The owner was so professional, friendly and on hand whenever needed. Plenty offered such as chocolates, sweets, coffee, tea, water in the shared communal area, along with bottles of carbonated drinks for purchase (paid at end of the stay). There was croissants and pastry’s available for breakfast which were complimentary which was ideal for us as we were in a rush to make a train journey, however there was also the option to have a free breakfast at the owners cafe. The shower wasn’t as powerful as we would have liked but this didn’t affect our stay too much. It still worked but not very powerful.

• Manzoni (8/5): Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay - excellent location and a welcoming and attentive host! - I stayed in the balcony room and had a wonderful experience. The location was excellent and easy to reach from the airport, which made the arrival very smooth. The host, Lorenzo, was exceptional - warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. He also checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated. The amenities were a lovely touch, with plenty of snacks and drinks that were restocked daily. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend it! One minor downside was my experience with the cleaner. During a few encounters, he came across as somewhat unfriendly, and at times I felt like I was in the way while he was trying to do his work. On my last day, he arrived and told me I needed to check out, even though I had already arranged a later departure with the host. This led to a slightly uncomfortable situation and left a bit of a sour note at the end of an otherwise very lovely stay.

Novella, less than 5 mins walk to the central Market, less than 10 mins walk to the Duomo. Giuseppe, the owner, very warm and friendly. There’s a wide selection of non-alcoholic beverages and snacks all included in your stay, very convenient! As we were staying in the Balcony room, we were gifted with a prosecco bottle which was much appreciated. Even before check in and after check out, you are allowed to leave your luggage in the shared area of the property, very useful for walking around the city if you have a late transport! My partner and I are really happy with our stay :)

They also offered some breakfast items like juice, pastries, and cereal, plus a welcome bottle of wine. The owner is very kind and explained everything very well. La zona comune mi è piaciuta tantissimo, fa sentire a casa e ha tutto quello che serve per una pausa e per la colazione Le piccolezze che non mi sono piaciute sono state già prese incarico e sicuramente saranno risolte dal nuovo gestore!

Ikke en viktig ting: men om jeg var eier ville jeg kanskje ha byttet ut speilet med et nytt, siden det så ut som om dagens hang på halv tolv pga at rammen var vridd i forhold til speilet.
