• Mary (10/5): - Comfortable bed in basic, clean, airy accommodations. Wifi and a/c work well. Bathroom is spacious as is the shower. Definitely recommend because of the location which is walking distance to old town, restaurants and tourist buses. A coffee maker and a few pods, salt and pepper shaker and paper towels would improve the kitchen.
• Lubos (6/5): - Great location right next to the Pile gate. Lots of dining options within a block or two. Communication was good and the apartment was quiet. The place is quite small and the bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked. We had some issues with the electronic lock and the safe was out of order

• David (10/5): - Location Location bang on, Pile Gate 1 min, a testy restaurant 10 seconds literally. Lovely clean and spacious. Great value, worth every penny.
• Laura (10/5): - Great location, a short walk to Pile Gate, but quiet as well (we had the windows closed at night). Lovely modern interior and clean. Great links for information and recommendations. Good communication with the property. We rented a car and parking is tough. We had flown from the US to Ireland to Dubrovnik so we had been traveling for hours by the time we got into town. We went to parking garage right where it turns to permit only drivers- I know it is a yellow parking garage- If you go there and keep your car overnight PREPAY otherwise they charge 10€ per hour- we were tired and just took our ticket:( We moved car to Dubrovnik Center Parking 3€ p/h and 24€ overnight 👍, it’s roughly a mile from town. We were traveling more so we had the car otherwise the property was close to all we needed. We would stay there again!
• Michele (10/5): Fabulous Sobe in Dubrovnik! - I can’t say enough good about this apartment. Our hosts were wonderful, easy to communicate with and gave us helpful tips. The location is perfect, no more than one - two minutes walk from Pile gate. Accommodations were wonderful! No complaints!

• Hai (10/5): - Very good location. 5 mins walking to Castle. Easy to find basic shopping nearby. Room is spacious with AC which is very important since Dubrovnik is hot in summer. And only 7 mins on walking from public parking which is super. As you know that parking is a big problem in Dubrovnik. Best way is to park in public parking (40 euro/day) and walk to everywhere if you travel with a car.

• Hilary (10/5): - A gem of a property. It's just a couple of minutes walk from Pile Gate which is a perfect location from which to explore Old Town Dubrovnik. I loved the fact that we had a separate lounge area in which to relax after long days out exploring. It also meant that on one day we could pop home to relax for a couple of hours in the middle of the day when the sun was at its hottest before popping out again later. Communication with the property was excellent and we were even able to check in about 20 minutes early which was timed perfectly with when we arrived at the property. If I ever went back to Dubrovnik, I would pick this property again for sure.
• Sherri (6/5): - The apartment was clean and basic. It's very close to the Pile gates and an easy walk. The staff were responsive in that they responded quickly to texts however there wasn't follow up. They said they could offer suggestions of tours and activities but when asked for them, there was no response. The wi-fi didn't work and at first they were very responsive with options of how to rectify it but after saying they would contact their carrier there was no response when I said it still wasn't working.
• Johnny (8/5): - We had a decent stay at Irundo Apartments. The one bedroom apartment is spacious and well furnished, however the bed and pillows were too soft for our liking and we had an issue with the Wi-Fi connection as only one device could connect and it was very slow. The staff did try to resolve the Wi-Fi issue but were only able to do so on the day of our departure. Not a huge issue for a 2 night stay. The property is only a short, onto to two minute walk to Pile Gate, an excellent location for access to the old town. Thanks to the staff and their efficient communication via WhatsApp. I would recommend a stay here and would consider doing so again myself.
• Rania (10/5): - Perfect apartment. Very clean. The location was great. Right across the road from the old town, Dubrovnik walls, bus stops, the beach and restaurants/shops. There where about 10-15 steps to get up to the apartment on the second floor. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - The location of this apartment is perfect for Dubrovnik - less than 5 minutes walk from Pile Gate. The view from the window is also fantastic. The reason for giving it a lower rating is because the photos on the booking page are a bit misleading due to the wide angle lens used. The apartment is very small and it doesn’t look as neat and new as it does in the pictures. If we knew that when booking then it wouldn’t be so bad and if you don’t plan on spending too much time inside then it’s all good.
• Niki (10/5): - Nicely renovated suite just above the Pile gate. Fantastic shower. Quiet. For 4 of us a bit of a squeeze, but manageable. The sofa is more comfortable to sleep on than it looks. Had to ask for more toilet paper already on day 2 (of 4), and while I think there should have been sufficient supplies the request was fulfilled quickly.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Amazing location, just two minutes flat walk from Pile Gate but little/no crowds or noise; newly renovated, modern flat; looks exactly like pictures; spotless; good appliances and hot water boiler; small but good shower; extremely responsive to emails before/during stay. Only negative was slight mildew smell in bathroom. The bathroom was very nicely remodeled and spotless clean, but probably didn’t have great ventilation.
• Kathryn (4/5): Needs some work...but, great location.. - The location is great, just know you will be walking your bags about 3 city blocks down and back upstairs! Also, the photos are not accurate...there are several properties all different looking. It is good for 20 somethings...that are not accustomed to cleanliness and things that make sense. Toilet literally was flush up to a wall so you had to sit on it sideways. No shower curtain on a glass shower, yet hooks, I mentioned this after and the apologized that it was not qc’d and hound have had a curtain... 1st shower was a quick rinse because the drain was totally clogged and would not drain! They fixed Day two. Day two shower was ice cold....! When letting the manager know...we where told did you turn on the hot water heater switch? Ugh you had to turn on a switch each time to use hot water! Ceiling had water stains from roof damage. Bed side lamb, bulb was dead...so only an overhead light was available, not cool with two people in a room... Very dust.. Work needs to be done at this unit..D1....but, those things handled it would be great!
• Grace (8/5): Close to Old town - Very close to The old Town. Lots of stairs that you have to deal with so minimize your luggage. Instructions about checking in are easy to follow.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - I cant fault the customer service, and being only a few hundred yards from Pile Gate, the location of this property was superb. The main bars, cafe's, bus links, tourist attractions and ports are within a few minutes walk and getting around was easy. The property on the otherhand was not as described or as shown in the pictures. Firstly, the studio apartment was tiny so there was definitely some clever photography done to make this look bigger than it was, therefore, first and last impressions were that of disappointment. Being 6ft 3, it was near on impossible to walk through the property without knocking into something, let alone being able to use the shower comfortably or to stand to use the toilet for fear of hitting my head on the boiler that protrudes from the wall. Whats more, i could literally stand in the middle of the appartment with my arms out and reach both walls, whereas the photos suggest the property is much larger. The finish of the property wasn't great either - there were marks on the walls, ripped bed sheets, the skirting boards were coming off the walls, the tiling round the sink was unfinished, and more worringly, there were several exposed wires hanging from the walls (mainly in the bathroom). The bathroom was also hazardous as any excess water failed to drain away, meaning there was a constant puddle on the floor. You can tell this has been an ongoing issue as the skirting board and door surround in the bathroom is mouldy and could do with replacing.
