Never again - This property gets 2 points for the following redeeming factors: the friendly team member at check in and the bed was reasonably comfortable. Do yourself a favour and avoid this hotel. Nearly everything was a disappointment. I arrived late at night and there was a huge queue at check in, with only two people on the desk. Eventually the guy was friendly enough. Then the elevators are not working so I had to get an elevator to Level 16 and walk down the fire escape to Level 11 and my room. In the room, not even a pen or a bottle of water. Then the following morning nowhere to have breakfast except an overpriced cafe and seats in a shut down bar. All this for nearly £400 a night. You can get a luxury hotel for that price or check yourself into the Citizen M for half the amount. Never again!

- Claudio (5/5): No parece un Hilton, pareció un hotel para adolescentes - La ubicación es lo mejor del hotel. Habíamos estado hace unos 8 años y se nota el paso de los años. Parece que no están invirtiendo en mantenerlo actualizado. Lo peor fue que durante el tiempo que estuvimos había algún tipo de encuentro de adolescentes en el hotel y todas las noches se juntaban en el cuarto de al lado muchos jóvenes y hacían mucho ruido. Uno no paga ir al Hilton para terminar en un hotel de viaje de adolescentes.

- Kelly (4/5): I would never stay there again during that annual conference now that I’m aware it happens every year. In the future it - Location, that it was a Hilton, Hilton executive lounge with continental breakfast and waters. The entire week was filled with teens for a young business convention they were super loud day/night and inconsiderate. What made it worse was the elevators not all being fully functional so we dreaded leaving and coming back up to our room everyday.

Absolutely highway robbery as they did not provide what was promised and when I went to complain the person was rude disrespectful and prejudiced beyond belief. Manager would not come out to speak to me. I went online to file a complaint and nothing, I called and they took a message but never reached out. To this day no one has apologized or even tried to find out about the experience. If you are not ok with antisemitism or hate absolutely do not stay at this hotel. Absolutely disgusting treatment

Cant beat the location, 15 minite walk to all Broadway, Time Square and Central Park activities. The only complaint...The RCI listing states there is a microwave and toaster in the unit. There are not. The hotel kitchen will do these things for you but there isn't anything in the room.

My main problem was the lack of food options for people with allergies in the soup/sandwich place downstairs—I don’t mean snacks…I mean actual food for meals. As someone with a severe gluten allergy and who is extremely sensitive to cross contact, I could not find anything safe to eat the several times I went there except some packaged gluten free crackers, yogurt, or a gluten free cookie. If there were other options available, they were not clearly labeled or advertised enough on the menu to make me feel comfortable eating them. Even with that issue, I would still stay here again. It was centrally located, and the staff was awesome!

- LindaI788 (6/5): Don’t stop if your room has 01 at the end! - Our room was dated but clean. Our biggest gripe was that we were next to the service elevator so was noisy 24/7! Luckily we were out doing tours during the day but even early mornings 2/3am the lift was in continuous use! Our one saving grace was ESCO at the Lounge lobby bar he was amazing worked so hard 24/7 and was so lovely he definitely made our stay! We’d come back to see him but stop somewhere else!

We had one little hiccup along the way with the gym, but Areanna at the front desk was able to help us out! She is an example of why we keep coming back to this hotel.

I left messages with the billing department and NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. When I finally got someone to answer the phone they told me they don’t process the refunds because I “Advanced purchased”. I booked through the Hilton app so not sure how I would have known that and no one at the hotel told me. Had to then call Hilton Advance Purchase... So after jumping through multiple hoops and being on the phone for far too long, I was told they were finally processing the refund. We’ll see if that actually happens or if I end up having to make more phone calls…

As someone who travels multiple times a month both personally and professionally, this has been the worst hotel experience that I’ve encountered to date. The hotel room was visibly dirty, we had something taken from our room by housekeeping, and at check out we were charged $2,000 more than the rate I had booked and received email confirmation for. Management was extremely rude and refused to honor the rate I had booked, arguing with me for over an hour. The only positive parts of my experience were staff members Rafael & Brian. Stay far aware from this place.

- Simon25061 (6/5): Very nice hotel but zero coffee making facilities and failure to listen to guest feedback let’s it down. - The hotel is very nice. Rooms are spacious, contemporary and very clean. The shower enclosure was huge and the bed very comfortable. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again as there are no coffee making facilities in the room which seems very very unusual and unnecessary to me. This is a basic facility to provide. I first asked concierge the day we checked in as I thought it was just missing and was told they don’t provide them. I was told I needed to buy my own coffee from the restaurant in the mornings. The tone of voice used was as if I was the tenth person that had asked that day. I probably was. Although I’m British and am aware that services and norms differ from country to country, I’ve previously stayed at more than thirty hotels in the USA in twenty two different states and all but one of the thirty hotels had hot drink making facilities in the room. And the one that didn’t have in room facilities, provided complimentary coffee in the lobby. This suggests to me that it isn’t normal to provide nothing. When you’re paying a few hundred a night you expect coffee in the room. Ironically, everything else is in excess: who needs nine towels in the room and five lamps! There is also a fridge which I wont be using. All I really want is a morning coffee. I am fully aware that Manhattan is full of coffee houses, but like most people, a morning coffee is one of those things I do when I first get up; I don’t want to be walking around in my PJ’s in search of a coffee. I can see other reviews for this hotel going back to 2018 that say exactly the same thing, so it’s really disappointing to hear that all guest feedback in regard to this have been completely ignored. Listening to guests and making changes is how to run a professional establishment. In summary, a beautiful hotel and if you don’t want a cup of Joe in the morning whilst you’re waking up and getting ready for the day, you’ll be ok.
- Jb1234562013 (2/5): Really Disappointed! - I am really upset by this hotel. I have stayed here over 100 times but will never do so again. I am a Lifetime Diamond member and can’t think of a worse experience at a Hilton. I was just informed that the gym is closed here. This was not mentioned on the website when I made the reservation. I would never have booked this reservation if this was disclosed. I was not even told this when I checked in. I was told I can go to a gym 6 minutes away in the morning. It is freezing outside, I am not doing that. Shame on you NY Hilton. This is an ethical breach. You have lost a customer for life. I will encourage everyone I know to avoid this hotel. I just can’t believe being treated this poorly.
