- Ching Ching (1/5): Totally a nightmare place, and I won't stay to this hotel anymore. - I can't say too much here, but whoever that stay at this hotel just need to be careful. Check every spot especially those angle facing to the bed. There are something bad happen here.... God bless to everyone.

No window... yes no problem without window as it is just a sleeping place to retire but it has moldy smell as we enter the room. I have to spray perfume to over ride the moldy smell. Please place some anti mold air fresher spray in the room.

- Lawrence (5/5): - A bunch of Indian guys checked in and left the glass door open and the alarm keeps beeping. I closed it and they open it without closing it. They were very nosy and the rooms are not very sound proof. Can’t sleep well. Location is good

- Liyana (10/5): Overall is very good! - The counter people are sweet and very helpful. The facilities are good.. The room are clean and comfortable.. The place overall felt very safe and secure so it won't be a problem if you're planning on a solo stay especially for women. The parking was so expensive.. As there is no hotel parking, and the hotel was inside The Link Bukit Jalil.. So, I had to pay rm35 for 1 night.. Maybe the hotel can provide a ticket or anything, that could give a discount or a fixed maximum pay like rm20 if you park more than certain hours like in the mall.. That would be a great bonus

- Tinna (1/5): Bad - When I arrived there was a sign on the door of the reception that they are fully booked. No one was there. I called the number listed and the person on the phone said he could not check my booking for around 2 hours because their system was down. It was 7pm and I had already paid for the room. I ended up getting a room somewhere else.
- Wei (6/5): Enough to feel comfortable with easy access to food - No breakfast provided but there were alot of food around the area. Hoped to have hair dryer. Air con were took quite sometime to cool down the room on the first night. But the rest of the days were fine. Shower room choked on second day during showering. But other than that, the stay was good. Good location and view facing the garden

- Rachel (10/5): Big thanks to Steve - Loved this hotel, small but very clean & helpful staff especially Steve on reception. Road can be bit noisy if you are light sleeper ask to go at back of hotel. Mokka cafe lovely place for brekkie, the Japanese food stunning especially the ringit one.. Great shopping mall pavilion bukit 20mins walk through the beautiful park opposite the hotel. Free bus service to the metro muhibbia best one to get into down town. Just do the open Top tourist bus don't bother with private tour! I had nightmare! Mokka hotel is great place to stay when you first arrive! Thank you Steve

- Irina (9/5): Convenient, clean, comfy, nice room design. - Room was clean, comfortable, modern style design. Location is very good. Check in out was easy n smooth. Security is good. Water pressure good. Parking outside the shops in front of the hotel is very costly overnight. Guests should be advised to park in the basement where the rate is more reasonable if you are staying overnight. Based on the photos, I thought I chose a room with big window and a view, the room 403 has one small window overlooking the roof next door. Can hear loud people talking in d next room so soundwise not so good. The shower drain slow.

I have no choice but need to rush for the meeting and after the meeting only able to bring the key back to the hotel for check out. This make me rush in between 2 locations and about 40km++ wasted.
