Tran (4/5): Not recommended - A wavy room floor that requires proper and immediate fixing otherwise visitors would get slipped over Curtain in one bathtub was not properly fixed and it got fallen over. Bathroom sewage was not good and bathroom floor got flooded easily after a few minutes’ bath. Customer service was unsatisfactory. Our request for assistance in tracing left behind luggage after check out was not handled properly. We had to go to speak to the guests who were staying in that apartment. Luckily the luggage was still there and by the time we arrived, they were about to check out.
