• Gabriele (7/5): Great location - great place to stay with a group, very close to the beach and the tram! There was some cleaning issues like the floor was very dusty, in the rooms too. The main problem was the washing machine, it ruined our white clothing with some yellow stains that are still not coming out. I would avoid using it.

• Maria (10/5): Hidden gem, best kept secret in Athens, posh flat, spacious for a family, sea view balcony, walk to beach and kids park - Elvita is a hidden gem. We came in August and I read that it might be too hot to stay in the Center of Athens, so Flisvos Park/Faliro Beach turned out to be the perfect compromise. Location was awesome, public transport within reach, a 1.5 hour ride via X96 from the airport, and then short walk u're there. It's 5 min to Tram (T6/T7), which so cute, AC, no graffiti, takes you to the metro/the center (30min), or ride along the Athenian Riviera to Glyfada etc. Family neighborhood with fruit trees (pomegranate), & occasional posters of lost cats; we walked back 12am, felt so safe. The building has marble floors & staircases, like a bunker with the codes, and 7th floor is yours, nobody on that landing, elevator is fast. Marilena - great communication, sent a video with instructions on retrieving the keys from the lockbox. For our family of 5 was a spacious place, with strong AC, wifi great signal, with gleaming hardwood floors, 2-level, 1.5 baths, 3 bedrooms (4th is locked ok), each with a queen-size comfy bed with fresh linens, blankets and plenty of towels provided. The master bedroom had a large balcony & huge wall closet, another has a mini-balcony, and another has windows, all of them have shades and curtains. The main bathroom has a deep tub and a shower with hot water on demand system. take comfy stairs up to the second level, you see half bath, a modern kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, and a living room decorated with paintings, large screen tv. In the dining area, a table with colorful lamps above it, and more wraparound balconies with sea view, another huge table to host a family occasion, bakery around the corner. 5min walk to Faliro beach, Flisvois & Volta parks, with anything a kid's heart desires (cars, bikes, roller skates, tramploline, playground), cafe- Viennese hot coco, brunch, stroll the boardwalk to the Marina with TGI Friday :), and Averof. microwave didn’t work but ok, there is a bakery around the corner. Everything else is new and beautiful! (see above)

• Aleka (8/5): Very nice place vilse to the sea and transportations. - Airy, plenty of space, nice view. Ants in the bathroom, not cleaned under the beds.

• Spiro (9/5): Felt relaxed and comfortable here. Would recommend and would stay again - Close to everything but not too close. Had water views. Clean. Big area to stay in so you weren’t on top of each other. 2 levels. Found parking every day outside. The pillows. Nowhere in Europe has good pillows or beds. The bed wasn’t too bad. The shower is in the deep set bath so you may have trouble getting in and out if you have bad knees.

• Oliver (10/5): Good location and value - I was hesitate to stay here because there were no reviews but we had little choice due to the fully booked hotels. I am glad we did. Its a great apartment over two levels with 3 bedrooms, one full bath and one half bath. Very clean with a large balcony and smaller bedroom balcony. Very close to the tram and to the marina for restaurants. We had a meetings at the SNF Foundation and it was very easy to get the tram there. There is an elevator to the top floor where the apartment is and sea views although you are a couple of blocks back. Well worth the price and would stay again.
