• Mirko (5/5): Camere che necessitano manutenzione. - Le dimensioni della stanza erano buone e il parcheggio grande. 1) Bagno con rubinetto del lavandino rotto; 2) Presa di corrente non fissata al muro che usciva fuori; 3) led verde della luce di emergenza che di notte dava fastidio; 4) croissant della colazione simili a merendine comprate, per niente fragranti.

• FH - MONTAGEN (9/5): Top - Super freundliches Personal. Die Unterkunft ist in einem separaten Gebäude auf dem Grundstück. Highlight ist das Restaurant mit lecker Pizza und anderen Speisen. Der Parkplatz ist ausreichend groß genug. Das WLAN ging nicht so dolle, aber das fanden wir nicht schlimm. Frühstück gibt’s ab 7.00Uhr. Check in vom Hotel geht ab 17.00Uhr. Zusammenfassend können wir dieses Paket von Unterkunft und Restaurant sehr empfehlen. WLAN geht nicht so gut.

Colazione da migliorare, purtroppo l'offerta non è molta. è presente l'essenziale, ma secondo me vista la bontà della struttura è possibile offire qualcosa di più

• Miroslav (10/5): - Very helpful owner. I arrived two minutes before midnight and he checked me in. The breakfast was good, and the location is ideal, just a short distance from the highway.

• Berndt (8/5): Sehr gelungen - Parkplatz vor der Türe Super Restaurant, sehr gute Bedienung, gutes Frühstück Wartezeit bis Restauranteröffnung in einer kleinen Kneipe für Aperitif verbracht, sofort mit allen Einheimischen Besuchern Kontakt gehabt und sehr gut unterhalten ( bei wenig Italienisch) daran werden wir uns lange erinnern
• Pinzon (5/5): - La atención del personal del restaurante que al mismo tiempo eran del hotel El aire acondicionado lo reporte 2 veces y nunca lo acomodaron,menos mal y ya hay frío tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta
• Manfred (8/5): Ein guter Platz für einen Zwischenstopp mit einem ausgezeichneten Restaurant daneben. - Das Frühstück war sehr gut, aber ein besonderes Highlight war das Restaurant des Hauses. Wirklich sehr gut und alleine wert hier eine acht zu verbringen :-) In der Nähe befindet sich eine Disco welche am Wochenende erst spät in der Nacht die Musik runter dreht. Bei leichtem Schlaf ist das sehr störend und die Fenster müssen Nachts geschlossen bleiben.

The only issue was the bill I was asked to pay but wasn't mine. - The restaurant food was very good I was asked to pay a receipt from the restaurant which I was doubtful it was mine. I paid that bill but subsequently when I checked my receipts I was able to confirm that this was not my bill. I sent an email to Al Barco with photos of the visa slips for the food I ordered and paid for and asked them to credit the bill which was not mine. The amount was €19.90. It still hasn't been credited to my credit card yet.

• Curro (9/5): - Llegamos tarde y nos hicieron el favor de dejarnos entrar fuera del horario del Chek in ! Personal genial .
• Reinhold (3/5): Waren 2x Mal dort im Jahr 2009 (war gut), 2013 (weniger gut) nie wieder. - Zimmer war gross. Aber es war nicht ansprechend. Zimmer am oberster Stock war dunkel, und sehr veraltet, Renovierungsbedürftig. Badezimmer das Gleiche. Enge Dusche hatte keinen Tür, somit war nach dem duschen der Holzboden nass, . Dachflächenfenster über dem Bett mit einem Tuch verdunkelt und fixiert mit Nägeln. Es war nicht besonders sauber. Hotel Besitzer unmöglich und nicht kompromissbereit. Essen war triefend vor Fett (Tagliatelle mit 3 kleine scampis). Begründung das Fett kommt aus den Scampis und keiner hat sich bis jetzt beschwert. Somit keinen Anspruch auf eine andere kleine Speise, gegen Preisreduzierung. Bemerkung vom Hotel Direktor: Wenn Ihre Frau das italienisches Essen nicht schätzt, braucht sie nicht mehr nach Italien reisen. TOP Mitteilung. Er weiss wie man Klienten behandelt.

• Simone (9/5): - stanza molto grande e pulita. molto bello il parquet in tutta la stanza. ottimo ristorante sia per location sia per qualità e quantità cibo. personale e titolare gentilissimi le stanze al piano terra hanno finestra sul passaggio pedonale (quindi è impossibile aprire le tende). bagno con wc per diversamente abili e mancanza bidet. letto matrimoniale con 2 letti divisi un po' morbidi
