Francisco (2/5): El peor lugar - Horrible lugar, el baño no funciona bien y huele mucho a humedad. La cama está en mal estado, como todo el departamento. La ubicación es buena y el chico que nos atendió fue amable. Pero el lugar parece abandonado.
Verified traveler (10/5): - The apartment is in a fantastic location, very close to the Spanish Steps and in the heart of Rome. Marco and Sissi were awesome to deal with. They were both very prompt, professional and polite to deal with. Sissi met me at check-in and provided me with some helpful tips, provided me with a detailed map of Rome, and took the time to explain where everything was in the vicinity of the apartment. There was a supermarket located nearby which was great too.
Verified traveler (8/5): - Appartement bien situé, proche de nombreux commerçants et de la Place d’Espagne. Le propriétaire est attentif aux demandes des locataires ponctuels. Nous y retournerons.
Akemi (2/5): 泊まれませんでした。 - 現地に行っても施設に看板も名前も見当たらず、迷った挙句近くのホテルに聞いたところ、住所からそれらしきアパートビルのベルを鳴らしたりその他の部屋の住人に聞いてみたりしてくれました。しかし、手掛かりはなく予約確認書にあった電話も（スペインの電話番号?）繋がらずお手上げ。そのホテルのコンシェルジュがPCでその晩のホテルの予約を検索して予約してくれて宿を得ました（本当に感謝!!）が、結局ローリナ・スパニッシュ・ステップスには宿泊できていません。全額の返金を強く要望します。
