O serviço de shuttle pros parques não é pontual e não é prático. Em um dia que usamos não apareceram para nos pegar no horário previsto de volta ao hotel, optamos em usar nosso próprio carro depois disso.

- RoomRoom (6/5): Decent stay, but a little old. - The location is amazing, a short drive form the Disney parks, tons of restaurants nearby and a Walmart right next door. The free parking was appreciated and the staff were always very helpful. The beds were clean and very comfortable. It was good value and did the trick to go to the parks and come back to sleep. The room we stayed at was very old, the furniture was in really bad shape and the bathroom could have used an extra hand in cleaning. They still have those old carpet floors, so it has that dusty smell. My other family members were given in a room that had a much newer bathroom and floor tiles instead of carpet, that would've been much better, but you get what you get.

- Tallita (8/5): Great stay - Excellent location to go to Disney. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only complaint I'd have is related to the toilet that had strong urine smell when flushed and we had them clean it during the stay and it didn't go away. But, it was bearable and we wanted the room to rest only. It was comfortable and it provided what we needed for a great price. I would stay here again. It had lots of convenience and the restaurant and bar with great food and reasonable prices. My mom and I enjoyed our stay overall.

- Marcelo (6/5): HOTEL ANTIGO COM CARPETE FEDORENTO E COM PÉSSIMA LIMPEZA. CAFÉ DA MANHÃ REPETITIVO E APENAS RAZOÁVEL - A localização é boa, próxima dos parques da Disney, com um Wallmart e um restaurante ao lado. O Wifi também funciona de modo satisfatório. O quarto possui carpete, apesar de eu ter pedido um quarto sem carpete. Me ofereceram no prédio anexo, onde a estadia é mais barata. As roupas de cama não são trocadas. Fiquei 14 dias e foram trocadas somente uma vez e a meu pedido. O quarto não é limpo, eles somente recolhem o lixo e arrumam a cama. É necessário pedir para limpar o quarto, mesmo assim, só limpam o chão do banheiro e da cozinha, o carpete não é aspirado nunca. O quarto tem cheiro de carpete fedorento, o que trouxe grandes problemas para mim e meu filho que temos rinite alérgica. Em um dos dias o hotel ficou sem água quente e tivemos que tomar banho frio. O café da manhã é extremamente repetitivo e simples, não mudando o cardápio e sem queijo ou presunto. E para coroar me cobraram uma taxa no meu cartão depois da minha estadia, sem informar o porquê e sem responder à minha reclamação.

También el desayuno supero mis expectativas, muy bueno y abundante. La limpieza de la habitación diaria fue genial. El menú de restaurante muy poco y precio excesivo, una comida básica, super básica para los cuatro nos costó mas de $50.00 sin bebida. Por lo que esta no se vuelve una opción viable.

- Pamela (2/5): Terrible service and stolen deposit - Avoid this hotel! - I had a bad experience at this hotel. First, the air conditioning in our room made an unbearable noise, forcing us to move to a different room in the middle of our stay. Even worse, they charged a $150 security deposit to my card and promised it would be refunded within 5 business days. It has been over 20 days, and I still haven’t received my money back. I have tried calling and emailing multiple times, but they completely ignore me. Extremely unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else!

Se pagó completo en booking, al llegar dijeron que se debía de pagar $.150.00 de depósito y al hacer check out se realizaba la devolución completo. Pero me cobraron $16.14 llame e indica que es por un paquete por persona NO lo mencionaron en recepción
