On a quiet side road, Not in the centre as that would have been too busy. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The balcony only overlooked a service area. The reception staff were polite. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The breakfast staff were mostly young girls and disorganised. They needed an obvious Maitre’D overseeing everything. Hot drinks had to be reminded for. Smiles and eye contact were not evident.

It was two blocks from the train station where we caught a train to the airport. Very clean with a gracious and attentive staff. Wonderful to have a restaurant on the premises when you’re jet lagged and not quite ready to venture out. I couldn’t get any daylight into our room.

It is just a minor gripe but as this is an old historical building the electric points were a bit limited. The hotel have done their best to provide points whilst maintaining the historical character but there were not any next to the bed. The points were next to the tv so we were easily able to charge things so I am being a bit picky

We stayed 9 nights and became friends with several. Hi Lisa and Leonardo!!! The breakfast, and the entire restaurant is as good as anything you will find out in Florence. The food is wonderful, as is the management and the servers. Hi Amanda and Raul. Miss you guys. It's a short walk to the cathedral and the highlights in Florence. It's 5 minutes to the train station, which was important to us since we took some day trips. It's not the hotel's fault, but the streets are full of garbage, cardboard boxes and paper by midday, almost every day. Florence cleans it every night, but it's back starting the next morning. You walk through a gauntlet of cheap street vendors around the market on your way between the hotel and the city center. We found a different route. It added a couple of minutes but was worth it.

Staff foarte amabil (recepție, restaurant, curățenie), breakfast excelent. Vom reveni oricând ajungem din nou în oraș.

- Valeria (10/5): Unvergesslichen Tage in Florenz - Schönes, historisches Haus, sehr gepflegt in top Lage. Das Frühstück war mit einem riesigen Angebot einfach fantastisch. Das Personal war sehr professionell und bei jeder Angelegenheit sehr hilfreich. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert! Einige von uns empfanden die Matratze etwas hart.

- ぴょんのすけ (10/5): 地獄に仏のホテルでした - 当初、フィレンツェではセルフサービスのアパートメントに滞在していたのですが、そこで階段から足を踏み外して落ちそうになったところをもちこたえたことで足首を骨折し、救急受診した後、同僚と相談して引っ越しするホテルがないかをBooking.comで探したら、最後の1室で出てきたので、そのままタクシーでチェックインしました。片足歩行しかできない状況や、帰国までの2泊は部屋にずっといることなど説明すると、食事をルームサービスにして追加料金なしとなりました。ベッドも大きなベッド一つの部屋でしたが、骨折のことを知ってソファを急遽二つ目のベッドにつくりかえてくれたり、対応が早かったです。特筆すべきはお風呂で、ちょうど良い場所に丸椅子が置いてあり、手すりもあちこちについていたので、少々身体不自由でも十分使えて、かつ何かあったとき用のブザーがありました。部屋の広さも日本のホテルぐらいで小さいのですが、使いやすかったです。 全体的に照明が暗く（ヨーロッパとしては平均的ですが）、書き物をする机については、もう少し明るいものがあれば良いと思いました。また電源が机のところに集中していて、ベッドサイドにないのはベッドで充電しながらスマホ見れないのがやや難点です。

- Paulo (10/5): Ótima hospedagem em Florença. - O hotel está bem localizado e próximo a diversas atrações de Florença. O quarto tem um bom tamanho. O café da manhã tem uma boa variedade de produtos. A equipe do hotel é bastante atenciosa. A hospedagem ocorreu sem problemas.
- Thien (10/5): Ub bel hôtel, bien placé et une excellente équipe ! - Le personnel était formidable, très serviable , bien à l’écoute des clients et efficace! Une mention spéciale pour Emma, avec l’équipe du restaurant, à qui nous devons deux agréables dîners, les plats et le vin étaient parfaits. Et contrairement à certaines critiques, l’équipe du petit-déjeuner était aussi très accueillant, sympathique, souriant et le service rapide. Le buffet était fourni et de bonne qualité, la salle au sous-sol pas désagréable du tout. Cela fut une bonne surprise surtout que la veille, lors de notre arrivée, l’accueil par l’un des réceptionnistes nous paraissait un peu « mécanique », sans chaleur. Mais le lendemain, nous rencontré Massimo qui a rehaussé notre opinion de la réception en prenant le temps de nous aider à chercher un hôtel à Bologne où nous devrons aller un jour après. Les femmes de chambre étaient aussi très aimables. Le staff de l’hôtel est ce qui est le plus marquant . Notre chambre était propre et il y avait un support pour poser chacune de nos 2 valises. L’emplacement était bien, tous les importants sites à visiter sont accessibles à pied, et nous n’avions eu aucune inquiétude relative la proximité de la gare. Il y aurait juste 2 petits points pouvant être améliorés à notre avis: a) la pression un peu faible de la douche et b) l’écran géant du téléviseur ne laisse qu’une place minuscule pour poser quelques affaires et écrire sur le bureau, déjà encombré par le plateau et la bouilloire ainsi que les prises.

- Christine (9/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist super, fast am Bahnhof und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich . Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und ausreichend. Es war trotz Klimaanlage sehr warm im Zimmer , man konnte aber wegen der vielen Mücken nicht das Fenster aufpassen, da keine Gaze vorhanden war. Beim Frühstück fehlte vegane Milch.

- Maurizio (10/5): Soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo verificato in diverse stagioni dell'anno. - Da anni frequentiamo questo hotel con piacere per l'ottima qualità dei servizi che offre e la disponibilità a soddisfare eventuali richieste dei clienti. L'unico piccolo neo è la doccia che andrebbe resa più funzionale.
