- Verified traveler (2/5): - On April 1, 2019 (more that 3 months before), I reserved Apartment on Sretensky Bulvar, Moscow, by Expidia.ca and on July 20 (3 days before check-in) Apartment on Sretensky Bulvar sent mi the following message: "Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept you due to the repair of the water supply system in our home". I could not use Apartment on Sretensky Bulvar services. Reservation money was withdrawn from my account on April 2, but was not returned to my account.
