- Ann (7/5): Nice room and is central location for shopping and restaurants and buses. - Near the Taipei Main station The hotel is not on the same side as the Taipei main station. So getting off the Taipei main and go across the street on the surface is impossible. Need to utilize the underground walkways. The exit to the hotel from the walk way is not equipped with escalators so it is hard to carry your heavy luggage to the Taipei main for the airport shuttle. However you can take your luggage and walk further down the block which will have escalators to the underground which will lead to the station for airport shuttle. A bit not so convenient.

Mitten in einem quirligen Viertel. Viele Shops und Restaurants. Es gibt da viel zu entdecken. Im Hotel gibt es ein kleines Fitnessstudio. Das ganze Personal war sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir mussten spontan die ganze Buchung mehrfach ändern. Hier wurde schnell, unkompliziert und großzügig geholfen. Nachts nicht ganz leise wegen Ventilatoren. aber ok.

- MASAKO (7/5): 利便性に優れているが自己努力がいる。 - 帰る日大雨だったが、MR I桃園空港に行く駅に地下だけで行けたことは素晴らしい👍台北駅の地下は複雑極まりない。Googleも地下は不得意で教えてくれないから、地図見て自分で歩くのみ。 ただ、ホテルは、ポロく新しく見せているだけ。水は自分で汲みに行くことになっていた。 備品は最低限。ルームサービスの清掃が17時頃にならないとやってもらってなかったので、1日はゴミ収集とタオル替えだけにしてもらった。 日本語堪能なスタッフがつねにいる。 親切で利便性は最高😀 せめてペットボトル2本程度は準備してもらいたい。TVの使い方が、難しすぎる。 説明書がなにもない。 時計もなく、最低限の物しか無い。

Also, next to the hotel is a department store with many good restaurants. The staff was neither friendly nor helpful. They were not willing to help their gusts unfortunataly. There are no stairs between the first and the second floors.

- ECMm (6/5): It's okay. A good place to rest from a full day of sightseeing. - Can't beat the location of this hotel. The Taipei Main station was below the property. The rooms were old and needs updating. The carpets could use some thorough cleaning and vacuuming.
