Special thanks to Andrea Fasano at the Executive Lounge who was working alone during our visit but still provided efficient, friendly, and attentive service throughout. The location is great - just a few mins walk from Milano Centrale station and the breakfast spread was very nice. Nothing to dislike

- rubentko (8/5): Can't go wrong at the Hilton Milan - Excellent location, about 15 minutes by cab from the Duomo/Galleria area, real short cab from train station (could just walk, really). Service is great, too, esp. Chiara at the front desk. Concierge was also helpful during our brief, two-night stay with practical suggestions. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable, & well-appointed. They got you covered: mini-fridge, safe, hair dryer, outlets galore!. Top notch hotel at reasonable rate.

The waffle stood out—perfectly crispy on the outside while remaining soft on the inside, paired beautifully with homemade orange jam. The egg station was also impressive, especially the omelette, which was exceptional. To top it all off, the staff surprised me with a lemon cheesecake for my birthday 🎉, which was a thoughtful gesture that truly made the experience memorable. They also prepared a complimentary dessert with fresh fruit, adding even more to the experience. Early check-in was kindly arranged, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that the bed felt a bit too soft for my preference, though the pillow was just perfect.

- Quality_Matters76 (10/5): Pleasant experience - It was a very pleasant stay , very close to the Milan central station , excellent transport links and very convenient to most of things, very reasonable size rooms, very pleasant staff , very good breakfast , excellent place to stay , definitely return on our next trip to Milan, highly recommended.
