• George (2/5): - It’s was so hot. The listing said it had A/C, however, it was controlled by the hotel you can only control the fan. The hotel kept the temperature at 72 degrees, this it ok for the lobby, but if you go higher up in the building it gets super hot. My room was on the top floor and it was unbearably hot. It was cooler outside and it was in the 90s. And I get it, it was hot during that time but you want to go back to the hotel and cool off not sweat more.

The hotel itself is stunning beautifully designed and perfectly located within walking distance of all the main attractions. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. My room was gorgeous, the bed incredibly cozy, and every detail made for a truly comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel it’s a solid 20 out of 10. An unforgettable experience that exceeded all expectations.

Room was a good size and we didn’t feel at all cramped. Location excellent and quiet. Air con not bad but perhaps a fan would assist moving air around.

• Joey (8/5): Convenient, but the room’s a bit too small - Everything is within walking distance here, as it is very close to a lot of shops and restaurants, plus it is minutes away from the Palace Garnier. The atmosphere is okay, though the space is a little bit small and dimly lit, so it’s hard to read inside. However, if small spaces are not a big deal for you and if you’re going to be out for most of the day, it shouldn’t be a problem.
• Ngoc (10/5): - I liked the hotel, it was clean, the staff was so nice, friendly and helpful and it is in a great location. Also, there are two elevators - a bit slow but there are elevators and AC which was very much needed during the heatwave. The room my sister and I was in was cozy but honestly, what we needed as we were not staying in the room long. The ONLY issue we had was a room down the hall was being worked on after people had left. New carpet and bedding was put in...no one came by to let us know about the noise or smell that would come from the room, we just saw it and heard it. They completed the work in a day and that evening it was as nothing happened at all. A great hotel and value.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great location but small room - I had a standard room and it was just enough space for one person. I didn't have a large suitcase and there's just enough room for my medium one. My room was clean but I couldn't tell if the carpet was really clean because it's a dark color. Not enough outlets though and the bathtub was very high. I was fine with it but might not work for old people. Location is excellent as it's somewhat between the Opera House and the Louvre. You can literally walk to anywhere there and public transportation is also excellent. Many buses and Metro are within 5 minute walk.

My girlfriend & I enjoyed every moment of our stay and found the staff to be helpful and accommodating. My only suggestion would be to have a place to refill water on every floor so guests dont have to go down to the lobby every time they want to fill their water. Highly reccommend this establishment for anyone looking for a simple, quiet stay in an excellent location of Paris!
• Ruqayya (8/5): - This is a great property with sights within walking distance. It is walking distance to the Louvre and the Opera area is beautiful to walk around. The front desk staff gave great recommendations for Boulangeries and coffee shops that we absolutely loved. The room was a nice size for rooms in Europe. The shower had a half wall which made it hard not to get the floor wet but not a deal breaker. The only issue with our stay was due to the Olympic race being on the main street and the entire area being blocked off which caused A LOT of transportation issues for us. We couldn’t get the train close by and had to walk to a different station to get to our Olympic event. We also couldn’t get an uber the next day because no vehicles were allowed to drive anywhere near the hotel. We walked 25 minutes with luggage to get to where uber could drive. • Anthony (4/5): Disappointing property - I'm assuming this cheerless hotel ticks some official boxes for being rated a 4 star in France. But it has the look and feel of a 2 or 3 star. The lobby and rooms look like they haven't been updated in decades. Do not recommend adding on the breakfast, which is expensive and kind of tragic.

• SALLY (10/5): Great hotel, great location - We liked this hotel very much. It is perfectly located near the Opera Garnier. We were able to easily take the Roissybus from the airport and then walk to the hotel. Check in was efficient. The room was cozy and clean and the air conditioning was nice to have. We had a small balcony. There was an option to get breakfast in the room which we enjoyed. There’s great shopping nearby and everything else is easily reached by metro. All the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.

Room accommodations were spacious and comfortable. We had a room with king bed. Breakfast buffet was very good with variety. Price for E17 was reasonable. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful with our needs. Would stay at the hotel again.
• Kiran (10/5): - I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was quiet but still in such a great area for walking and getting around. I'd happily stay there again. The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. As I was leaving in my taxi on the last morning, the gentleman at the front desk rushed out to ask if I'd like a croissant or something for the road. It was such a kind gesture and heartwarming final reminder of the lovely trip and many friendly people I met in Paris.

While we wished the aircon was working more efficiently, the breeze that came through the windows in the evening was sufficient. In hotter months, that lack of airflow would be a little more troublesome. There were many restaurant and bakery options nearby, and especially Asian cuisines within a short walk. We would definitely stay here again!

The bed was very comfortable, water was hot, it had tea and coffee making facilities and a chair, one club type and a desk chair. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but used the bar area and the nice lounge off reception. Both good. The area is fabulous, close to the Opera Garnier, restaurants, cafes and the Opera metro. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money? Not really sure that it is. Everything was lovely and you pay for being in that area. Couldn’t really fault anything but maybe a little overpriced with nothing extra in the room. Would still recommend if you want to stay in the heart of Opera. Down a quiet little street which is good.
