• Maja (3/5): Not worth it - Location only nothing else The front of the building is used as a toilet by the homeless people in the area. The room was freezing and difficult to heat with the given heater. The heater was on all night and we were freezing in bed from the cold walls next to the bed. There was hair on the walls in the bathroom. We contacted the host several hours before arrival to ask for advice on parking, no response. We contacted them again upon arrival because the WiFi network didn’t work, the said network in the guest book according to the instructions did not exist. Again no reply. Messaged the given number, again no reply. The only thing good about this place is the view. But from what I can see up here there's countless other rooms with the same view. I recommend trying one of those instead.

• Elina. (4/5): Extremely dirty - The location is very central although loud. The room has a washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. The room was disgustingly dirty. There was hair all over the floor and lots of dust and mould in the windows and walls. Also some of the furniture was broken (e.g.the side table, so I could not put anything next to my bed) and many lamps were missing all together, so the lighting was poor. The coffee machine was also not working. The deterioration of the place is actually sad. This was the third time we stayed there. First was in 2021 and it was fine, last year it started to have some wear and tear, but this year was a disgrace. We even got spots on the face, I am guessing from dirty sheets or towels. Will not be staying there any more and I do not recommend it to anyone unless it gets a renovation.
• claudia (9/5): Appartamenti bellissimi e vista città meravigliosa - Posizione centralissima e vicina a tanti punti di interesse e alle fermate metro e dei principali mezzi. Dalla nostra camera all’ultimo piano c’era una vista meravigliosa. Gli appartamenti sono ampi, moderni, ben tenuti e dotati di ogni comfort. Il padrone è molto gentile e disponibile. L ingresso è un po’ nascosto e lo stabile andrebbe tenuto meglio.

• Lucia (6/5): Si può fare molto di più. - Ottimo posizione, strategica. Vista dall’Acropoli e la città impagabili. Molto vicina sia a Piazza Syntagma che a Monastikari. Camera molto umida e fredda. Possibilità di accendere il condizionatore per cercare di rendere l ambiente meno umido ma che purtroppo non abbiamo potuto azionare perché non c’erano le batterie. Muffa in bagno.

• Lilli Pauliina (8/5): Perfect view - We stayed in a loft with a view of the Acropolis. The view was incredible, and the terrace was quite spacious. The room had a comfortable bed and it was clean. For us it was perfect for a short stay. Also it is very centrally located and you find many nice restaurants in the area. You enter the building through an inner courtyard, and the hallway is quite dirty — it seems the building isn’t otherwise used for living except these tourist flats at the top of the building. That didn’t bother us, though. There’s a restaurant next door that stays open late, so going in at night didn’t feel “sketchy,” and there were no homeless people or anything like that near the entrance which was mentioned in many other reviews.

• Eleonóra (4/5): Elhanyagolt - Elhelyezkedés. Az épület bejárata egy udvarból nyílott, ahol halomba állt a szemét mindig. Az ajtóban szinte át kellett lépni az alvó hajléktalant. A lépcsőház borzalmas állapotban van, szinte ijesztő. A lakásban a vasaló nem működött, el volt törve. A tusolóban a víz nem folyt le, a fürdőből folyamatosan büdös csatornaszag áradt. Az ágyak borzasztóan kényelmetlenek voltak, nyikorogtak, különösen a kanapéágy. A gyerekek számára a ház környéke kifejezetten ijesztő volt. A képeken ugyan panorámás lakás van, de a valóságban egy harmadik emeleti lakást kaptunk, ahonnan kizárólag a szemközti házakra és alacsonyabb háztetőkre nyílt kilátás. Életünk legrosszabb szállása volt!

• Harris (8/5): We found our sweet spot in Athens - You can’t beat the location or view! The unit would benefit from some TLC. The kitchenette is minimal and there was a sour smell in the bathroom.
• Ruth (1/5): Central location, but the room and facilities did not live up to the advert - Although the host was responsive, the condition of the room and building was very disappointing. The property was not as advertised. Photos show balconies, but in reality only two rooms have them – something that was not made clear at booking. When I raised this, I was told I had booked a “superior room” and that it was my error, as it was apparently clear from the description (it is not). Even without a balcony, there was nothing superior about the room: plugs were missing and hanging from the walls (unsafe), the bed was uncomfortable and creaked constantly, and the hallway/stairwell to the third floor was dark, dirty, and in disrepair, with even a fridge left there. The whole area felt unwelcoming and unsafe. I asked to move rooms but was told this was not possible. After one night without proper sleep, I contacted the host to cancel and requested a refund, but this was refused. While the host did respond quickly, the overall experience was misleading and disappointing, and I would not stay here again.

• ISABEL (7/5): Muy bien ubicado - La ubicación es perfecta, estaba limpio, en general el apartamento está muy bien. Hay un restaurante buenísimo que hace esquina saliendo del apartamento y es tranquilo a pesar de estar en el centro. Éramos cuatro y el sofá cama era horrible, tuvimos que poner el colchón en el centro porque se hundía entero, el colchón estaba sucio y con bolas que se notaban hasta con la sábana. Le pongo un siete porque es imperdonable ese colchón pero el resto del apartamento está muy bien.

• Christopher (4/5): - We loved the view that was the best part. The room was nice. The entrance to the building was broken, anyone can pull the door open. The elevator was scary, the glass was broken on the bottom floor, check my picture. The staircase was disgusting, and it was not very well lit, I uploaded a picture. We stayed 3 days but only gave us one tiny shower gel bottle and no conditioner for your hair. The hand soap was pretty much empty, picture uploaded. No shower mat. They have an iron with no iron board.

• Angelica (4/5): FALSE ADVERTISING - Location Hard to find. Even our taxi driver who lived in Athens had a difficult time finding it. We booked this place thinking we would get a view of the Acropolis. Only to find out that the terrace with the view was only accessible to the private renters living on that floor. If I had known this I would’ve booked at another place. The bed was so uncomfortable! You could feel the springs on the mattress! So we decided to sleep on the pull out sofa, which was uncomfortable as well, but better than the bed. There were no extra linens available for pull out sofa so we took the sheet from the bedroom. There was not extra toilet paper, only had 1 for two people for 3 nights. And what was really disappointing was that property owner mentioned they would have cold water for us in fridge when we got there at 10 PM, only to find out no water. And no stores open close by to buy water. They also said information book was available in apartment but nowhere to be found. And the MOST disappointing was that host was not responsive to help with taxi needs. I asked them twice but no response. Other host from another island was helping us. SO DISAPPOINTED!! I WOULD NOT BOOK THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Entrada lúgubre, sucia y vieja, con frente a una plaza donde se reúnen los "homeless" de la zona, discuten, gritan y se pelean por la noche. Nulo mantenimiento del apartamento. Aparatos defectuosos y/o rotos (aire acondicionado goteando continuamente, ventilador roto, bombillas fundidas). Grave falta de menaje de cocina, etc.

• Rineke (2/5): - The view of the Acropolis and the apartment which is in a central location From the moment we arrived, our stay was undermined by the property's poor condition. The building's entrance was uninviting, dirty, and poorly lit at night, with empty food cartons and litter on the ground. We felt uncomfortable using the lift and decided to take the stairs instead. The staircase was not only dark and dirty but also smelled, was cluttered with discarded equipment and peeling paint, creating a poor sense of security. We needed to use a torch at times to see where we were going. Unfortunately, the disappointment continued inside the apartment, which was not accurately represented by the online pictures. Even though the apartment itself was very clean and tidy, the furniture, both on the balcony and indoors, was visibly worn and damaged, with several pieces seeming to be on the verge of falling apart. The overall state of the property failed to meet the basic standards we would expect, and we were very disappointed by the misleading portrayal
• Shaun (2/5): Wouldn't return - Good view of the Acropolis and convenient location. We arrived late, the entrance was hard to find and it looked very run down with a lot of rubbish at the entrance. The front door was broken, a previous tenant had ripped off the lock pad. The building looked very dilapidated and there was minimal lighting on the stairs. The property is on the 6th floor and there are lots of obstacles / rubbish on the stairs that we had to navigate to get to the door. Inside the property, it looks nice however the bins were not emptied, the air con doesn't reach the bedroom and leaks onto the balcony. The bathroom was mouldy and had bugs coming out of the sink hole. We booked to stay in a different hotel after one night.

As other reviewers said the common areas of the property were run down. Every time we went in or out of the room someone would be sitting on the stairs or smoking out the front

• Lisa (8/5): All in all, a great little room for a short stay, but the entrance needs work asap. - The view from the terrace was unbelievable! Perfect little room for a 1/2 night stay right on the heart of Athens. The access to the property was via a back street, through a very small garden. It was dark, dingy and didn’t feel very safe. Although, it’s important to stress that we were safe in the city and didn’t experience any issues. Some work on the entrance to the property would really benefit guests, invest in a light and sign for a start. There were several occasions when random men were sat smoking in the entrance way/on the stairs. We had no idea if they were staff working at the restaurant next door, but they must have had the door code or someone tailgated.
• Adrià (6/5): Buen apartamento rodeado de suciedad - Apartamento muy céntrico y que cubre las necesidades para estar un par de días o tres en la ciudad. La limpieza de la zona donde se ubica, pese a que hay un restaurante, así como de la escalera de entrada son pésimas, empeorando la calidad de la estancia

• María Rosa (7/5): Escala en Atenas con un dudoso descanso - El personal excelente súper educado e intentando hacer nuestra estancia agradable La habitación era pequeña las camas incómodas la c la climatización pasábamos de tener mucho frío a apagarla y sudar de calor el baño no era una excelencia y la ubicación era pésima
