- Labidi (10/5): Fabuleux - Superbe hôtel !! Chambre très confortable et spacieuse !! Établissement idéalement placé dans Rome à proximité du Vatican et du château Saint Ange à pied. Pour le reste, ça reste à porter avec le métro à proximité. Mention spéciale aux barmaids Karina et Eduardo pour leur professionnalisme et gentillesse. +1 point pour le photobooth et la borne d’arcade en libre service très appréciable. La bagagerie nous a également été très utile le dernier jour de notre séjour. Dommage de ne pas présenter l’ensemble de l’hôtel lors de l’arrivée, notamment le Spa car il est caché dans l’hôtel et nullement indiqué hormis à un seul endroit caché. Manque d’un petit peu de vigilance sur la quantité des gel douche, shampoing et conditionner mis à disposition pour le client. Sinon très bien dans l’ensemble le personnel reste réactif à nos demandes et bienveillant
- Tihomir (5/5): Fair. - The location, its in a nice neighbourhood, near the vatican. The interior of the rooms was nice and modern. Staff was nice enough. Beds were nice and comfortable. The price is very high, they did not replenish water or coffee. How can you not give fresh water to your guests ? No tea. Breakfast was not included and for that price it is fair to be. Also the shampoo and body wash was not great quality and the bathroom smelled bad from the shower drainage.

- AFIK (8/5): ללא ספק נחזור - לובי מפואר ואופנתי, חדר הכושר מאובזר היטב הספא מדהים ביופיו דורשים 10€ על חביתה! במסעדה זה עולה פחות. כמות המאפים מוגבלת ונגמרת מהר ולא מספיקה לכולם. שילמנו המון על סוויטה אך לא הכרחי.

Le personnel de la cuisine était sympathique Chambre trop petite par rapport au prix payé La chambre donnait sur une petite cours avec un bruit de machine (ventilation?) permanent Coussins peu confortables Parfois, les couloirs n'étaient pas bien nettoyés. Nous avons demandé pour avoir un late check out et cela n'était pas possible pour notre chambre !

- Francesca (10/5): - Albergo appena riaperto dopo una completa ristrutturazione. Tutto nuovissimo e funzionale, secondo le più recenti regole alberghiere. Lo stile è un po' eccentrico, ma mette allegria. Stanze curate, ottima pulizia del bagno, asciugamani pulitissimi e soffici. Alla reception, personale molto gentile. La colazione merita una recensione a parte con il massimo del punteggio, perché è una delle migliori che abbia mai gustato in un hotel: pietanze salate (uova, riso, crocchette, verdure al vapore, salumi e formaggi), dolci di ogni tipo, anche vegani, un favo di miele, frutta di stagione già sbucciata, varietà di cereali... E una organizzazione impeccabile, con il signor Aldo e la signora Emanuela e tutto il personale in sala sempre gentilissimi e accoglienti! Ritornerò! Nulla

- Leo57 (7/5): buon hotel in zona pregiata - il buovo "cicerone" ha peso il fascio della storia di quando era un gioiello della famiglia sensi e noi come azienda già eravamo clienti . oggi è il tipico "americano" freddo, tutti uguali, tutto uguale e disumano ma resta una posizione ottima per zona prati e zona via del corso ad un prezzo giusto (per il momento) . nell'unicità segnalo il barman che a atarda notte regalo mojtos di gran classe eterna e irreversibile pecca di chi guarda ai 10 centesimi: la colazione: Pane scadente e marmellate di terza qualità, dolci immangiabili . vale la bene scendere nella bolgia turistica dei torpedoni cinesi per il caffè/cappuccino realizzato da una macchina di marca.

Such a shame there is zero option for st - Clean convenient and comfortable I appreciate check in is 3pm but we arrived early around 9.30am. Hotel could not accommodate luggage, first place I’ve known without a storage/holding room. Impossible to move around Rome with luggage so wasted 1/2 day of our very precious vacation. Staff did not make any attempt to make it more comfortable. There was no place to refresh, spent many hours sat in reception waiting for check in.

- Robert (9/5): - Prime Location: The biggest plus is the proximity to the Vatican. Being able to walk there in just a few minutes is a huge advantage. Additionally, the nearby Metro station makes reaching other landmarks like the Colosseum or Trevi Fountain very straightforward. Quiet Neighborhood: Despite its central location, the area around the hotel is surprisingly peaceful. It’s a relief to return to a spot without the typical tourist crowds after a long day of sightseeing. Pleasant Aesthetic: The interior design is tasteful and well-maintained. The decor gives the hotel a fresh, modern, and welcoming feel. Solid Breakfast: The breakfast was good and provided a nice start to the day. It offered a decent selection of quality options—definitely satisfying. One minor issue: I noticed that the toilets near the restaurant area had broken locks. It’s a small technical detail, but it could definitely use a quick fix for the comfort of the guests.

- Shimrit (10/5): מלון מצויין למשפחה מפלט מההמולה של המרכז העתיק - בשל אילוצי המצב נאלצנו להזמין ממש בדרך לשדה התעופה. הגענו מוקדם מאוד בבוקר וציינתי שאני רוצה חדרים עם דלת מקשרת עבורי ועבור הילדים. אמרו שישתדלו ובצהריים כשקיבלנו את החדרים הם הודיעו ששידרגו אותנו לסוויטה ענקית כי רק בה יש דלת מקשרת לחדר נוסף עם שתי מיטות. הצוות נענה בזריזות לכל פניה. ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת וכוללת ביצה מקושקשת ומבחר מספק בהחלט של תוספות. מי שרוצה יכול להזמין אומלטים אישיים בתוספת תשלום מהתפריט אבל לא ראינו צורך. המיקום שקט ולא במרכז שזה מה שרצינו כי אני אוהבת לסיים את היום רחוק מההמולה. תחבורה ציבורית בשפע באיזור ומוניות זמינות בכל רגע דרך אובר. הותיקן היה 10 דקות מהמלון. מסעדות מצויינות בסביבה ושני סופרים במרחק הליכה. המיטות סופר מרווחות ונוחות. המקלחת מרווחת ומים רותחים כל היום ובשפע. בהחלט ממליצה ואפילו חוזרת לשם כבר ממש בקרוב לביקור נוסף הדבר היחיד היה בלילה האחרון נסתמה המקלחת בחדר של הילדים וזה לא טופל באותו הערב ולמחרת כבר יצאנו. אבל גם לא חזרתי לבקש שוב שיסדרו את זה כי היה לי את החדר שלנו אז לא טרחתי והם התקלחו אצלנו לילה אחד.

L’emplacement super à côté du Vatican (10 mns à pied), le bus juste en face de l’hôtel très pratique. Rien à dire, tout était ok
- MIRIAM (5/5): - la posizione e l'albergo Ho soggiornato in questo albergo per una notte e, considerando il prezzo pagato, mi aspettavo decisamente un livello di servizio più alto. In particolare, ho trovato inaccettabile che il minibar fosse praticamente vuoto, con solo due bottiglie d’acqua disponibili. Inoltre, l’assenza di un kit di cortesia in bagno, fornito solo su richiesta, mi è sembrata una mancanza poco giustificabile per una struttura di questa categoria. Sono dettagli che fanno la differenza nell’esperienza complessiva e che, a mio avviso, dovrebbero essere garantiti di default. Nel complesso, il soggiorno non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative create dal prezzo.

V druhom rade chcem poukázať na to, že cez týždeň sa prerábal hotel (celé poschodie nad nami) čiže cez deň keď sme si chceli po spoznávaní mesta trochu oddýchnuť, tak si viete predstaviť ako nás “potešil” hluk, vŕtanie, búchanie…chceli sme požiadať z tohto dôvodu o zmenu izby, avšak nám to nebolo umožnené lebo údajne mali na ich stránke oznam o plánovanej rekonštrukcii (podotýkam, že ubytovanie sme si vyberali a rezervovali na stránke Booking.com, kde nič takého napísané ani uvedené nemali a aj samotná platforma sa ich snažila s týmto kontaktovať ale neuspeli ani oni)

- Saif (8/5): Overall, a fantastic and affordable stay when visiting Rome! - The rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Felt like there could have been more variety at breakfast. Room was quite hot and the AC took a while to cool the room down.

- BG_CH (8/5): - Pulito, posizione, cordialità e spazio in camera assenza totale di armadi e cassetti. un appendiabiti con 4 "omettio" per 2 adulti mi sembra poco davvero. Peccato !! il fatto di dover lasciare tutto in valigia ha contribuito molto sulla valutazione del comfort e dei servizi.
- Shahab (8/5): Great comfort, cleanliness and location, but service fell short - The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location worked really well. The suburb was quiet, with plenty of restaurants nearby, while still being within reasonable walking distance to the centre. The main issue was the lack of professionalism from the bar and restaurant staff. On our first day at the café/bar, the staff member was unapproachable and, when we asked about drink options and seating, simply replied “I’m tired”, followed by minimal service, which made us feel like a burden. We experienced similar behaviour at breakfast the next day, with staff appearing disengaged and not welcoming. While we understand hospitality roles can be demanding, the experience continued to decline. The most concerning moment was when we were unwell and tried to order room service, but were told they were “busy” and asked to come downstairs to order and collect the food - which defeats the purpose of room service. It ultimately comes down to professionalism. Delays are understandable, but this could have been communicated more appropriately, for example by advising of a delivery wait time. I raised this with reception, who were apologetic and explained that food and beverage services are operated separately. A manager was meant to follow up, but we did not hear back. It is a shame, as the hotel itself is nice, but the customer service does not meet expectations.
