• Thomas (10/5): Excelente departamento en zona céntrica de Roma - Ubicación excelente. La habitación siempre muy limpia y destacable la atención del personal!
• Oddbjørn (7/5): The location is the reason for staying here - The location is very good; very central to the location of historical attractions in Rome. OK small refrigerator for cooling water and foot etc. OK air-condition, even though it could not be adjusted and was quite windy and noisy. Relatively quiet neighbourhood, with the exception of the squawking seagulls on the roof. Very small beds; the "double" bed was only 120cm, which is too small to be called double. The duvets were not good; only a shared, sheet which we find very uncomfortable to sleep with. We ended up with me sleeping with the dirty duvet that is always on the bed for all the guests, while my wife slept with the clean sheet as her duvet. There was no kettle in the room for making tea or coffee, even though this is indicated on several of the pictures. Having a kettle in the room is a very cheap and easy thing to do to lift the satisfaction score No wine opener in the room, but this could be borrowed from reception. Elevator was not automatic, but was dependant on that all the users were closing both the internal and external doors when leaving it. Half of the time that was not the case, so we had to walk 6 floors down because the other users had left the doors open. TV was not working. It was not possible to turn off and was locked to some totally not interesting poor quality channel. It also crashed and rebooted if you tried to click the home button. We had to pull the cord to leave it off.

• Anna (10/5): Η κατάλληλη τοποθεσία για να εξερευνήσεις τη Ρώμη - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική. Όλα ήταν πολύ κοντά. Μπορούσαμε να πάμε παντού με τα πόδια. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καλό και πολύ καθαρό. Πάρα πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση από τις υπαλλήλους του καταλύματος.
• CARLOS AUGUSTO (8/5): A estadia foi boa, custo benefício muito bom, fizemos tudo a pé!!! - Localização e atendimento! Elevador. Tem que subir um andar para pegar o elevador que mal cabe duas pessoas com duas malas!
• Taylor (5/5): It could be better - I liked how close it was to everything! The rooms aren’t as shown, they’re smaller and dirty/older. The shower is small and the curtain touches you the whole time and water goes everywhere. We had ants everywhere (we reported this & they sprayed), whenever they “cleaned” the room they just re-made the bed no fresh sheets, their were spiders on the ceilings, pretty sure mold behind the toilet… and they didn’t have a fitted bed sheet just a flat one barely covering it. ALSO no wi-fi, it was available but hardly worked. We were in the “Classic” room on the 5th floor.

• Mary (8/5): - Nice reception staff, comfy bed, in an old building which has character. Small lift. Location is very good, we were at Italian Open tennis tournament, easily accessible by bus. Communication by WhatsApp. Location is excellent for sites...walkable. Lots of restaurants nearby. Bathroom is quite small, shower is very close to toilet so getting in & out can be a challenge. No kettle in room although there is one available at reception. No glasses provided, you can pick up paper cups at reception.

• Cassidy (9/5): Quaint little room in perfect location - This property is a great location perfect walking distance to all must see locations and different choices for meals all near by. It was clean and pleasant. The size was much smaller than I expected, pictures make the space look bigger, it still worked for what we needed but very cramped even with 2 people. Also shower pointed out and made a mess every time and also had trouble draining so it would flood out.

• May Britt (9/5): We stayed here for a week and had a good stay. And would consider it for our annual trip to Roma next year. - Very good location. Large room. Very clean. Nice and helpful staff. Remember, it is a Guesthouse, not a hotel. We like the independently feeling. And would stay here again. Not really disliked, but it is some things to improve. It would have been nice to have a kettle or a cofee machine. And some glasses/ cups. The bathroom is very small, the shower is minimal, but you get used to it😃

• Antonio (1/5): pessimo - Avevo una prenotazione presso l'host Locanda Parlamento a Roma dal 4 al 6 aprile. La scheda di presentazione della Locanda indicava in modo chiaro che "l'accesso ai piani superiori è garantito dall'ascensore. Informazione per me molto importante, in quanto per me non è facile salire bagagli per le scale e per mia moglie è difficoltoso salirle. Invece, arrivati sul posto mi rendo conto che l'ascensore c'è ma collocato al primo piano di un edificio con scale ripidissime. In più, per accedere alla stanza a noi destinata bisognava salire l'ultimo piano a piedi, l'ascensore si fermava al 4° piano mentre la nostra stanza era al 5° piano. Inoltre, sfortuna, mia moglie su via del Corso cade e si procura una slogatura alla mano ed una forte contusione al ginocchio. Cosa che rende assolutamente impossibile per lei salire le scale per accedere all'ascensore al 1° piano e per accedere alla stanza (percorso visionato da me per rendermi conto). Risultato dobbiamo rinunciare alla permanenza a Roma e rientrare a casa. Per ciò chiedo, per quale ragioni si inseriscono informazioni ingannevoli nella presentazioni delle strutture? A mio parere ho diritto almeno al rimborso del costo alberghiero che l'host aveva provveduto a pagarsi tre giorni prima, come era previsto.

• MCS (9/5): - Tesisin konumu tek kelimeyle kusursuz. Güler yüzlü ve nazik çalışanları, yüksek temizlik standartlarıyla birleşince ortaya harika bir konaklama deneyimi çıkıyor. Fiyat-performans dengesi açısından beklentileri fazlasıyla karşılayan, sadece konaklama odaklı seyahatler için ideal bir tercih. Tek dezavantajı odaların oldukça küçük olmasıydı; valiz açacak yer bulmakta zorlandık.

• Niamh (5/5): Excellent location, not too many other positives but it did the job - The location was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a safe in the room which was very handy. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Walls were paper thin and we were woken up every morning by people coming and going from rooms, out in the hallway talking, etc. The bathroom had no space to store anything and there was a bit of a sewer smell when we entered the room. The shower was also quite tight so every time you turned around, your arm knocked the tap and turned the temperature down.

No había vasos, cubiertos ni absolutamente ningún instrumento para poder comer. Cuando pedí al menos vasos me pasaron 2 de plástico. No considero apropiado ofrecer cocina, si absolutamente no hay nada para manipular alimentos. El wifi no era bueno.

Suficiente para dormir. En general calidad precio esta muy bien. Las camas podrían ser un poco mejores, pero estan bien ya que no estas en un hotel 4 estrellas.

Sensazione di poco mantenimento. Illuminato a pieno giorno dalle prime ore della mattina perché le persiane sono rotte e le tende non sono coprenti. Aloni di muffa sotto al condizionatore. Cassaforte non fissata a nessuna struttura, per cui se uno entra può portarsi via la cassaforte esattamente come potrebbe portare via una valigia.

• González García (9/5): Geniaaaal! - La ubicación es muy buena y la zona es muy tranquila por la noche. Todo muy limpio y todos los días hacen la habitación. El personal fantástico, Christoper muy cercano y facilito muchísimo la estancia. El único inconveniente que le pongo es el tema del ascensor, ya que si la gente no se mentaliza de cerrar bien la doble puerta, el ascensor queda fuera de servicio.

• Rocco (4/5): Se state cercando una base d'appoggio strategica per esplorare Roma è il top! - Posizione Imbattibile: La cosa migliore di questa struttura è indubbiamente la sua posizione centralissima. Essere nel cuore di Roma ha reso gli spostamenti estremamente facili e mi ha permesso di raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni. Staff Eccezionale: Devo fare un grande plauso allo staff. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e accogliente. La loro cordialità ha decisamente migliorato l'esperienza complessiva e sono stati sempre pronti ad aiutare con informazioni o richieste. Camera Troppo Piccola: La camera era davvero molto piccola, rendendo difficile muoversi e gestire i bagagli in modo confortevole. Per un soggiorno più lungo, lo spazio limitato potrebbe essere un problema significativo. Letti Scomodi: Purtroppo, la qualità del sonno è stata compromessa dalla scomodità dei letti. I materassi andrebbero decisamente sostituiti o migliorati per garantire un riposo ristoratore.

• Allison (9/5): Perfect location, great value - I absolutely loved the location. It was very central. The bed was comfortable, and the view was great. The staff was very easily reachable on WhatsApp. And we’re more than willing to help with anything and everything we needed. The shower curtain would stick to you when you took a shower. Lots of people say that the elevator was a downside to this hotel, but I thought that it was very convenient and worked perfectly fine.
