Pool and garden area were scenic, and chocolate hour was a nice touch & my family enjoyed it. Cleaning was average, laundry is slow unless we pay double the fees to receive within one day.

Philip (10/5): - This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. Fantastic spacious rooms, great value breakfast with a huge choice, very attentive staff and s great pool. Little touches like the chocolate hour in the afternoon and on site spa facilities make the difference. It took us 15 minutes to walk to Lumpini park in 1 direction and 15 minutes to Terminal 21 going the other. Will certainly stay here on my next trip to Bangkok and would happily recommend it.

Queena (8/5): Lovely stay as always. Wonderful staff - The staff and service here is world class. The gardens make you forget you're in the middle of busy Bangkok. We specific like this hotel because you have a balcony, rare in Bangkok. Highly recommend doing the buffet breakfast. I have a few food intolerances and still found it easy to eat a variety of foods every morning. I have chemical sensitivities and although the hotel doesn't smell as bad as others, I found it hard to walk around the pool and through the main hotel entrance because the fragrance they used is so strong. If they didn't use the fragrances, the hotel would be a 10/10. The first room we checked into smelt so overwhelmingly of water damage/mould. But the staff were super accomodating and moved us into another room.

You can really tell the difference compared to other hotels; the staff here receive consistent training. The pool is fantastic and the gym is very well-equipped. We especially want to highlight the fabulous breakfast. They cater to every need. Thank you!

653hannahc (10/5): Peace amongst sksyscrapers - A quiet low level hotel nestled amonst the skyscrapers that is a bit hidden away. Ideal for a short stay in Bangkok. Peaceful and relaxing. We had a family room, which comes woth a large lounge area and separate powder room. Being a wellness resort our room had a fitball, yoga mat and stretch band. Courteous and attentive staff especially Boy and And at the Bliss Pool side bar area. They make a great Lychee martini and the mocktail version is pretty refreshing too. We ate a few meals here during our stay, as the varied menu suited all different family taste needs. As a Movenpick Hotel you can bet the ice cream will be great. There is a free chocolate fo due buffet from 2-3pm each day, providing a taste of Thailand cocoa beans transformed into tasty delights. The in-house thai restaurant is high level, with all meals presented beautifully and taste amazing.

From the moment I arrived, I was consistently met with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine sense of care. It’s clear that hospitality here is not just a standard—it’s a culture. I would especially like to recognize a few individuals who made a lasting impression: Khun Wut at Reception, who was unfailingly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay; Khun Kwanjit in Sales, who thoughtfully took the time to ask for feedback; and Khun Aud at the Bliss Pool Bar, whose generosity and warmth added a special touch to the experience. The Be Well Spa was a true highlight. Khun Su at reception was gracious and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly, while Khun Suda and Khun Kratai delivered massage treatments that were not only technically excellent but also deeply caring and restorative. The breakfast is delicious, and the pool is beautiful and very relaxing. During a previous stay, I mentioned that my room felt cold, and they were very attentive and promised to take care of it. On this visit, I booked a deluxe room, and they kindly upgraded me, which I truly appreciated. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and thoughtfully handled. I genuinely enjoyed every part of my stay and will definitely be coming back. It really felt like a place I can always come back to.

I6328PVsueb (10/5): Exceeded my expectations - I really enjoyed my stay here, lovely quiet area, with a 5-10 minute walk you will be at central mall and embassy central, which has great food options, shopping and tops food supermarket. The hotel also provides an hourly shuttle but it can be quicker just to walk along the canal at the back of the hotel. There are also some coffee shops along the way. You can keep walking along the sky bridge and reach central and Siam paragon malls. Pool area is great and never had an issue getting a sun lounge or day bed. Enjoyed the promo ritual detox massage and took part in the daily yoga/stretch class, teacher was lovely and majority of the time I was the only one there so got a private class. Breakfast was good, with juice and eggs done to order. Free chocolate hour between 2-3pm daily for chocolate treats.

The property is attached to a well-known wellness resort operated by Bangkok Dusit Medical Services but is open to other guests as well. The hotel is unique for a central Bangkok property in being low rise with very generously proportioned rooms. The swimming pool area is fantastic and surrounded by luscious tropical gardens with resident songbirds. The value proposition in terms of what you get for what you pay is astonishing, which is why I return multiple times each year. If you are at all interested in healthy eating, the breakfast spread here is far and away the best you can get in Bangkok. For anyone with Accor/ALL elite status, staying here is a no brainer!

Every staff is very friendly and helpful The room and the entire hotel just renovated years ago, very modern and stylish. Just one point needs to be taking care is the cleanliness, especially the shower room has molds due to very high humidity, suggest better ventilation system and cleaning the molds with bleach. In addition, the ceiling and air con vent area is a bit dusty. Looking forward to see your improvements. In broef, Highly recommend this hidden gem in Bangkok!

Caroline (8/5): Seit es kein Swissotel mehr ist, ist es schlechter geworden. - Es gibt altmodische und moderne Zimmer. Ich hatte erst ein grosses altmodisches im oberen Stock, in dem ich mich nicht wohlfühlte. Ich konnte wechseln, aber das moderne Zimmer war viel kleiner. Ein Downgrade. Da sich das Hotel sich Wellness-Resort bezeichnet. Habe ich mich auf ruhige Tage am Pool gefreut. Leider hatte es sehr viele sehr laute Kleinkinder, die den Pool als Spassbad genutzt haben. Nur der Fischteich war schön.

Pool Areal kleiner als auf den Fotos und leider bis mittags um 14 h alle Liegen besetzt, danach ist fast der komplette Liegebereich im Schatten. Wir saßen in Bangkok fest, sowie einige andere auch, somit haben einige schlecht gelaunte und unhöfliche Menschen den Pool bevölkert.

Mega Frühstücksbuffet, guter Kraftraum und schöne Pool-Anlage mit Garten. Der Saphan Wittayu Pier (Wasser-Taxi) liegt unmittelbar neben dem Hotelkomplex. Central Embassy (Einkaufszentrum) ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Lumphini Park dauert es mit dem Tuk Tuk/Taxi auch nicht lange… Die Preise im Hotel und in der Umgebung sind eher gehoben. Den „klassischen Thailand-Urlauber“ könnt das etwas abschrecken.

Roman (10/5): I would return again - I booked this hotel because of swimming pool and it was really worth it. Water was clean, pool was big and there were always available sunbeds. Room was big, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really nice, good choice of food. Cozy place in the heart of Bangkok, relaxing atmosphere. Bathroom was a bit tired, some facilities clearly needed renovation. Wardrobe as well, some parts were broken. Balcony could at least have a chair or two to sit there. Without chairs its strange, should I just stand there? Air conditioning was a bit noisy. Overall nothing too bad, all acceptable and impression is still very good.

Adrien (3/5): - Clean. The buildings look nice. Rooms are big. AC was malfunctioning, only on or off. Very cold especially at night. Pressing destroyed my wife's dress, "the dress was already destroyed when given to us" was the reply of the hotel staff. Breakfast is very expressive considering the quality. The swimming pool was not clean, there were a lot of particles in the water, we felt very itchy afterwards. Because of the architecture, you can hear cutlery noises, around midnight and 6am. No water pressure in the shower.
