Fabian (8/5): - Schönes,kleines, gemütliches Apartment mit Balkon und nahe zu den Öffis Es befand sich noch Kaffee in der Kanne
Karsli (2/5): Memnun kalmadık - Konum Ev eski ve bakımsızdı. Ayrıca temizliği iyi değildi. Ev sahibi zamanında anahtar şifresi göndermediği için 2 küçük çocuğumuzla 2 saate yakın kapıda bekledik. Bulaşık makinesi bozuk ve mutfak eşyaları yetersizdi. Banyoda özellikle duşakabinde siyah küflenme mevcuttu. Sağlık açısından riskli bir durum.

Clara (6/5): - Gemütliche Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. (sehr gute Anbindung an die Öffis) Auch nach mehrmaliger Anfrage (sowohl über booking.com als auch über die hinterlegte Nummer) habe ich von der Unterkunft keine Rechnung bekommen
Herbst (7/5): - Tolle ,wirklich ruhige Lage und trotzdem sehr gute Anbindung .Bett war super und nicht zu weich .Super netter Ansprechpartner ,sofortige schnelle Hilfe . Kein gemütliches Licht ,weder im Wohnzimmer, noch im Schlafzimmer gab es eine kleine Lampe nur die sehr helle Deckenbeleuchtung . Vorhänge ,bzw Jalousien waren nicht vorhanden bzw defekt . Herd und Couch waren nicht gereinigt . Im Herd lagen sogar noch Chips. Die Knöpfe am Herd waren so abgenutzt ,daß keine Schrift zu sehen war ,weder für Ofen noch die Herdplatten. . Ich habe mich Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage trotzdem wohl gefühlt .

Christian (2/5): wohnung nicht vermietbar - nachdem wir uns telefonisch beschwert haben, war der Vermieter sehr konstruktiv und hat und sofort die fehlende Grundausstattung wie Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher und Geschirr, Besteck zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung war kalt, das Bettzeug zu dünn, Dusche hatte Schimmel, der Geschirrspüler nicht funktionsfähig. der Vermieter hat Bettzeug und zusätzlich ausreichend Handtücher bereit gestellt, heizung in gang gesetzt, danach wieder Kalt. wenn die Heizung an war war die Dusche Kalt. keine Garderobenhaken und keine Ablagen, wie Kleiderschrank. Wohnung unsauber, dafür hat der Vermieter uns dann einen Staubausauger zur Verfügung gestellt. der Preis für die Wohnung voll überzogen von 540 € für 5 Tage nicht angemessen.

Dennis (4/5): - Dreckiges Geschirr und Besteck, TV ohne Kabel oder Sat Funktion. Geschirrspüler kaputt und dreckig, E Herd ohne Beschriftung, Fehlender wasserkocher sowie Schüsseln. Die ganze Wohnung müsste mal gemacht werden
Jiaqing (4/5): Disappointing - You need push the property many times for the same questions and then they gave your an irrelevant answer, the cleansing lady spent more than 3 hours, even the microwave not clean up at all and still died mosquito on the wall and door, still long hair as you can see from the picture,I paid money for 3 whole nights, guess what I was just allowed to check in on 24/Oct/2024 at 15:00, for more than one day, who is responsible for this money?

Gustav (7/5): Pretty good place, but next time we’ll pick something else - Pretty close to the Lichtenberg S- and U-bahn station. Clean place. Light. Balcony was nice. Bathroom was clean and pretty big with both a bath tub and a separate shower. Oven and stove control dials didn’t have any markings. You’ll have to wing it. When we arrived in the evening the keys were not in the lockbox and the host wasn’t answering calls or messages. But he did get back to us within half an hour or so and did solve it for us. If you have a hard time with stairs consider this was on the top floor with no elevator/lift.

Rameez (5/5): Passable - Free parking on the street. Always easy to find. Decent enough accommodation in a small place. Good for 1 night stay. Mattresses were horrible. Soap and Shampoo in the bath would be nice. The apartment is on 5th floor with more than 100 stairs. This was thw biggest problem for us as we travelled with two kids.
Jakub (8/5): We had a great time there - Its a realy nice apartment near metro tram and bus stations. Its at the top floor so a little walking up the stairs ;)
