• Norbert (7/5): - Közel volt a metróállomás Volt két ajtó a szobában, ami be volt zárva. Feltehetőleg a szomszédhoz nyílt. Ezek a képen nem látszódtak. A falak vékonyak voltak, minden beszélgetést hallani lehetett. A földszinten volt a mi szobánk, amiben nagyon csatorna-, és dohos szag volt.

• Petar (8/5): - The location was really good, safe, quite and really close to metro station. The room is big enough for two and clean. We didn’t have a window in the room, the walls are thin so we were hearing the people next door.

A taky moci zdarma uložit své zavazadla, než nadejde čas odletu Klimatizace byla občas hlučná, v koupelně občas začalo kapat voda a kousek u ledničky furt něco praskalo

• jeferson (10/5): Voltaria e recomendo🤌 - Localização perfeita, com muitas opções de restaurantes, lojas e bares pra todos os bolsos. Acesso fácil ao metrô, muito próximo da estação. O anfitrião Davide muito gentil, nos permitiu deixar deixar as malas em armários que a acomodação possui para quem faz o checkin e ainda vai ficar na cidades antes de partir. Isso foi maravilhoso pra gente porque fomos uns dias pra Florença e Milão e depois retornamos para a acomodação pra mais uma noite e deixamos as malas ali em segurança e sem o trabalho de levar elas pra todo lado passando trabalho em trem e metrô. Isso pra nós foi espetacular!!! Gostei de tudo
• Fanny (8/5): Agréable et calme - Très bon hôtel, lieux sympa et bonne communication avec le personnel via what’sapp. Arrivée autonome pratique et lieux sécurisé (codes, accès avec carte de la chambre). Calme, confortable, propre. C’était appréciable d’avoir un petit frigo avec de l’eau fraîche à notre arrivée. Dommage qu’un petit déjeuner ne soit pas compris.

• Sergiobcn84 (10/5): - La verdad que nos sorprendió y para bien, habitación nueva, muy limpia, en una calle tranquila y muy cerca del metro, llegas en nada a cualquier destino de interés. El mismo día de llegada te dan todas las instrucciones para que no tengas perdida y el staff de limpieza nos ayudó guardando las maletas el último día, no sé puede pedir más la verdad. Todo estuvo perfecto.

Die Betten waren sehr bequem und auch die Kissen haben zu einem angenehmen Schlaf beigetragen. Besonders praktisch war die Lage: In unmittelbarer Nähe befand sich ein Park, die Metro war nur wenige Schritte entfernt, und auch ein Parkhaus stand zur Verfügung.

• Otilia (4/5): Very disappointing stay – misleading photos - The only positive is the location, close to the metro. The room looked spacious and bright in the photos, but in reality it had no window at all and no natural light. It felt like a small box, with almost no storage space. The shower is literally in the room, while the toilet is separate. Ventilation is extremely noisy and runs constantly until around 7 PM, making it impossible to rest during the day. After it stops, the room only then starts to heat up. None of this is communicated. Cleanliness was questionable – we found torn bed sheets and sand on the floor (likely from ongoing construction works). Every morning at 7 AM we were woken up by loud workers. The walls are extremely thin – you can hear everything from neighboring rooms. The only reason we managed to sleep was thanks to earplugs. Overall, this place is not as advertised and not worth the price.

The room was quiet, so we slept really well, and it was nice and warm—we could even adjust the temperature ourselves. The staff were also really friendly and helpful with everything we needed. I also appreciated having a kettle in the room, plus tea and sugar. The bathroom was spacious and had a big mirror, which was great. Overall, we had a really nice stay and I’d definitely recommend this hotel! The only thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t a trash bin in the room—just a small one in the bathroom, which wasn’t big enough for larger packaging.

• Erjon (7/5): Good location, but room for improvement in amenities and service - The location in San Giovanni was really good and convenient. First, although the bathroom was clean, it had a very strong and unpleasant smell. Second, there was no iron in the room. The ironing setup was down in the ground floor courtyard, which was very inconvenient and lacked privacy since people were constantly walking by. Lastly, the staff wasn't very responsive. I sent them a message asking if I could briefly bring the iron and ironing board into my room just to iron, but they replied several hours late. Overall, an average stay.

• Mousset Rochard (9/5): Logement très agréable et confortable - L'accès à la guest house se fait par l'arrière d'une cour joliment décorée où l'on peut profiter d'une terrasse en extérieur très sympathique. La chambre est confortable, la literie également. Le logement est propre, sobrement décoré mais très soigné. L'accueil et le service sont très bien. Nous retournerons avec plaisir loger ici lors d'une prochaine visite à Rennes.

Direi proprio nulla, perché anche se nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato stavano facendo dei lavori intorno alle stanze, sono stati discreti e non hanno dato assolutamente fastidio.

• Robert (1/5): - The room on the website is presented with a nice exterior terrace, but our room was actually in the basement. The room itself was spacious and clean, but there was terrible noise every early morning coming from what seemed to be a warehouse next to the apartment. The bed was also a disaster. I’m sorry to say this, but I would never come back or recommend this place to someone else. Of course, the experience may depend on which room you get, but you really don’t want to play that kind of a game.
