- Leslie (10/5): - We were so happy with our choice of this hotel in Tokyo. It was perfect - not too close to all the crazy spots but still PLENTY of things to do in the immediate area. The staff were amazing, the hotel was so clean and the smell....was perfect. There is a smoking room dedicated in the resort which was good for one of us that is a smoker. For us non-smokers, you could not even smell it. We ate one night at the restaruant and it was good. Super easy to get around the city using public transportation. There is a 7-11 literally around the corner which we went to every single day to get our coffee. If I go back, I will stay here again.

- Julie (7/5): This is a stylish, decently-priced (for Tokyo) hotel that is conveniently located. - Loved the library style, friendly staff, nice toiletries, decent price for Tokyo This isn’t really a criticism because you get what you pay for in terms of size, but I just wanted to alert people that the triple is smaller than it looks in the photos. We are a family of 3 and when we first walked in, I felt a bit claustrophobic, but I got used to it. You just have to be strategic about where you put your luggage. Also one other thing: The fountain in the lobby is SO loud. It’s not very relaxing.

В номере множество одноразовых принадлежностей. Можно оставить багаж до чек ина и после чек аута. Уборка номера раз в 2 дня, об этом сразу предупреждают на ресепшене. Не смотря на множество одноразовых принадлежностей нет ни прокладок ни тампонов в номерах. Очевидно отель не ожидает, что у них останавливаются женщины тоже.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer gegen den Innenhof, da schaut man nur an eine Betonwand, sieht nicht einmal den Himmel. U-Bahn Station in 5-7 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar.

- 宏一 (9/5): 清々しい空気とやわらかな朝日に包まれた静かな東京の一日のはじまり - ホテル周囲が静かで、天気が良かったせいか、朝気持ちが良かった。外国人が多かったのにはびっくりしましたが、フリーのジュース、コーヒーやおつまみ整っていました。ホテルが本をコンセプトにしてあり、落ち着いた雰囲気でゆったりできました。

The walking tour that was offered. All of that for no extra costs! This hotel definitely made an impression on us. - nickw593 (10/5): Fabulous Hotel - Cannot Fault - From the greeting we received at check-in, through to the room quality and bathroom amenities and the great selection at breakfast this is a stand out hotel. The room size was good for Japan standards and the king size bed was very comfortable. There is a very wide range of complimentary amenities in the bathroom- including a hairbrush, shaving kit, face towel etc. There is a small in room safe and fridge plus tea and coffee making facilities). There were also some hangers but the storage space for clothing is limited. Breakfast starts at 7am and includes a wide selection of hot and cold choices. Very close to Shiba Park and Tokyo Tower and a 7-10 minute walk from the metro or 15 minutes from the monorail.

- Bonnie (10/5): My favorite Hotel EVER! - Shiba Park Hotel may be the best hotel I've ever stayed at, and I'm 61 years old and pretty "well travelled". Firstly, it is surrounded with books. I booked the room on one photo of bookshelves, and found out they have a library along with chairs to sit and read or contemplate the art they have displayed. The staff was beyond excellent - they were ready to help with anything we needed. There were tasty drinks and snacks at the reception that you could take advantage of upon returning from a day out in Tokyo in a comfortable seating area. Just an amazing hotel that I seriously can't say enough great things about! Oh! The breakfast buffet was amazing!!!
- GlosBumble (10/5): Amazing staff - A quiet, well situated hotel, very clean with lots of beautifully displayed books The food is excellent-a huge choice for breakfast much of it organic and locally sourced. I have a gluten intolerance ( which isn’t easily catered for in Japan) but the Chef adapted beautiful meals for me which I really appreciated The staff really do provide an amazing service. We were leaving Japan from Narita airport which would have been a very expensive taxi trip as it is 1-2 hours away from the city centre but the staff suggested using an airport bus and booked it for us which took almost an hour and they were unfailing polite and cheerful.

The Shiba Park Hotel was recommended to us by a retired corporate travel agent and it didn’t disappoint. Location excellent also for several of the metro and JR lines.

- Cynthia (10/5): Beautiful Hotel in Excellent Tokyo Location - Shiba Park Hotel was a wonderful way to end our travels throughout Japan. It is located in an excellent part of Tokyo with great access to the metro and JR Train Station. There are many restaurants in the area to choose from. The hotel interior in library theme is beautiful. Our room was spacious. Breakfast was very good with many Japanese and Western choices. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tokyo. We stayed here for 4 days. All was excellent.

- IrishTravel1892 (4/5): Don’t stay here . Way overpriced for what you get - For anyone thinking of staying here , don’t . The price is extremely high for what you get. The walls and floors are so thin you can hear footsteps above you . The bathrooms are smaller than airplane toilets, so small and poorly put together . Overall keep your money and put it towards a better hotel .

- Barbara (9/5): Uitstekend hotel voor verblijf in Tokio - Mooi hotel, rustige ligging met perfecte verbindingen naar alle delen van Tokyo én naar beide luchthavens. Mogelijkheid om iets te drinken in de lounge. Vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel. Comfortabele bedden. De kamers zijn niet al te ruim, maar wel van alle gemakken voorzien.

- Gerty (10/5): Rustig gelegen hotel in een residentiële wijk dichtbij Tokyo Tower - We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Shiba park hotel is heel rustig gelegen maar op loopafstand van Tokyo Tower en meerdere metro stations. We vonden de locatie perfect, met name vanwege de rust. De kamers en bedden zijn prima. Vooral ook heel fijn dat er een bank in de kamer is. De service met gratis thee, koffie en snacks in de lobby is een groot pluspunt. En de vele zitjes en mooie collectie boeken geven het hotel een huiselijke sfeer. De service van het personeel is fantastisch. Al met al een dikke 10!
