- Mona (2/5): AOverall, very poor service and hygiene. Not recommended. - Location The front desk staff were unfriendly, aggressive, and uncooperative from day one. I called about a delivered package and was told it hadn’t arrived, but when I went down in person and asked again, they suddenly found it. Housekeeping was poor — used towels were folded and put back instead of being replaced, they smelled bad, and the room was not properly cleaned daily. We were also told complimentary water is only provided on the first day, which was not clearly communicated. To make matters worse, we were charged for receiving a package, paid the fee, but it was not recorded. When we followed up, staff were dismissive and unhelpful.

- XUEQIAN EN ERWIN (7/5): It was a nice stay after our cruise to be able to visit the city in all it's aspects. - Our first time in Orlando and did not know what to expect. the hotel is situated uptown but downtown easily accescible with bus 102 (just outside hotel on left is a bus stop) and at Lynx Station (10 min by bus) you have all kind of connections. There is a nice breakfast but for a bit on the expensive side.

- Muriel (3/5): If it hadn’t been the conference venue, I likely would not have chosen to stay there. - The front desk staff was friendly, although they were not able to fully resolve issues, such as the lack of bath soap in the room. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The room was not properly cleaned, and housekeeping did not make the bed for two nights. The room was also quite dark and would benefit from better lighting. It would be helpful to offer filtered water near the ice machines on each floor. Charging $6 for bottled water feels excessive, especially given the lack of basic housekeeping service.

- lkZ1425RM (4/5): Disappointing - Checked in the late afternoon, around dinner time. We had a suite, king bed with separate living area (not even separate, just around a corner) When you walk into the room, only one light switch worked for the light near the entrance (which is definitely not enough light to see the entire room ) I had to walk in the dark with my phones flash light to find all the lamps and turn them on separately. (Yes I ran into the coffee table. Ouch). Bathroom was moderately clean… besides the tissue box with a giant wad of tissues that looked like they were trying to shove them back into the box. As well as the dirty tissues left into the garbage bin. Clearly wasn’t cleaned well. In addition, our tv was not plugged in and the refrigerator door wouldn’t close fully. I kindly asked the concierge if there were other rooms available as ours was not cleaned. She said no. When I mentioned the tissue box incident she said ok we can move you. 🤷♀️. I really like double trees but pictures don’t do justice (at least for this specific location). Don’t be fooled. It’s run down and dirty. ( but what do I expect being in downtown Orlando). Cookies are good though :)… I wish I took pictures of that tissue box it was very strange I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Happy travels !

- Vacationer217054 (2/5): Nice Hotel - poor customer service - Paid extra for a corner king room. When I arrived early, my room was not ready but I was told they would send someone to clean the room. I was told it would take an hour. I came back 1.5 hours later and it was still not ready. Ten minutes later, I was told the room cleaned for me was ready. While checking in, the room was suddenly unavailable because someone had claimed it through virtual check in within the two minutes it had become available. This room had been specifically cleaned for us but not held for us. We were informed no other King corner rooms were available, but we would be placed in another large room and our rate adjusted. Several things went wrong with this: 1) the room we were moved to was LOUD! It had a mechanical hum from some piece of equipment that prevented a quiet, restful experience, and 2) the rate was never adjusted. When I checked out the next morning, the manager at the front desk did not seem overly concerned. She offered 10,000 points for my trouble and that seemed very low for all the inconveniences we encountered. When I did not want the minimal points, she said she would adjust the charges - that did not happen! I DO NOT recommend this hotel. When I book and pay extra in advance I should be assured the room I request. No real effort was made to correct the issues which leads me to believe that the staff is not concerned with providing quality customer service. That is truly a shame because it is a very nice hotel.

One young lady who was very helpful and went above her job was Dania. Her hope her manager recognize her as a valuable employee.Universal Studios approximately 15 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I forgot to mention the food was delicious. I ordered take out in addition, they prepared the food for the buisness conference I attended.

- Peggy (9/5): I would stay there again. - The room and facilities were very nice. The room was clean and the pillows were very soft. The AC in the room didn’t seem to get cool but it is comfortable for sleeping. The bath tub seem to not drain efficiently while taking showers.

- DaCheez (4/5): Incredibly Noisy - Get a Room Away From I-4 !!! - An otherwise adequate stay at this otherwise adequate business hotel in downtown Orlando was ruined by the location of our room. We did not realize until we retired for the evening how incredibly noisy a 10th floor room facing the nearly twelve lanes of traffic on Interstate 4 would be !!! Never experienced anything like it in decades of experiences at major hotels in every large urban area in the U.S. and Canada! Had we discovered this earlier, we would have demanded a room on the opposite side of the building! Even then, that may not have made a lot of difference. We literally plugged our ears with cotton and turned the A/C system fan on full blast and still had major issues. Other things were on our list of negatives - price of food and drinks were painful and not a freebie coffee or bottle of water to be found! There are no non-hotel restaurants within block and blocks! Also mandatory parking fee is stupid high. I guess they thought a cookie or two at check-in was sufficient compensation. One more thing: what they call pillows are logs of foam stuff basically unsuitable for comfort. Find Someplace Else!!!!!!!
