- Middlebrough (9/5): Hotel was clean and tidy , staff were great , the location was ideal and transport links were super - It was a last minute booking , and the staff were really helpful; breakfast was excellent Nothing
- Tim (1/5): Never stayed 🤷♂️😡😡😡 - We never even went because the hotel was taken over by asylum seekers by the home office . I was very angry by all this as it ruined all my wedding plans . As I was getting married on the Saturday
Such short notice. 😡😡😡
- Anthony (5/5): Average - Location Rude restaurant staff
- Michael (4/5): Won't be staying again! - The receptionist was extremely pleasant, made me feel welcome. Ordered a drink at the bar, was presented with the contactless payment machine, paid with my card. Sat down and then bar staff started demanding money as he had charged me the wrong amount. Very rude!
- Chris (1/5): Couldn't thanks to immigrants - Nothing We had everything paid and set to stay with you then on a Friday late afternoon you inform us that you can no longer honour the reservation and will refund the money. The reason being that the hotel is being used for migrants.
In the last couple of years I have sent a lot of business your way. When the situation resolves itself and your back as a hotel that custom will not return.

- Cork (9/5): Superb -
- Kayode (9/5): Superb -
- Ella (1/5): Awful, don’t stay there - Good location Uncomfortable pillows, felt like bricks. The hallways were dirty. There was a green light above our bed which didn’t turn off, therefore the room never got dark and we were unable to sleep. We complained about this to reception and the only thing they offered us was a free breakfast, no room replacement or partial refund. They gave us an email to send our complaint to, we did this and no one responded.
- Anonymous (9/5): Nice,comfortable,pleassnt! -

- Anonymous (1/5): It was not a good experience and I will NEVER stay there again. - Our reservation was for 4 nights and on the third day we were told they canceled the last day because they had an event and we had to leave by 11am. They would not event hold our luggage since the next hotel we were forced to get had a 3pm check in time. How unaccommodating the staff was. The room had no AC and no windows it was a 90 degree day. After a long argument I was moved to a new room and with that the window didn’t open.
- Anas (1/5): Very bad experience - Location Requested staff several times to clean the room with no luck. Also the room was leaking when it was raining.
The first night they put my in the basement without AC it was around 30+ degrees
- Eukkatech (1/5): Bad -
- Manfred (8/5): Very good -

- Draczynska (5/5): Passable - Location was ok. Close to metro. Bit outdated. No hot water. Bathroom had broken mouldy tiles

- Alice (10/5): Couldn’t have been happier. Good value for money, modern, beautiful hotel. Couldn’t fault it. Except make sure you don’t - The views were amazing, you could control the temperature in the room and the food was good. Oh, and attentive staff when I needed them. The first room I was put in was incredibly noisy with the train station next door but the staff moved me promptly and then my room was lovely for the whole week.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - I am very happy for the receptionist staff as he gave me upgraded option with good view. Rooms were clean however, there was no AC. During summer time it was very hot and I couldn't have proper sleep at night :( Not sure but fan didnt regulate constant temprature.
Not hotel fault but location wise it was far away from my office which is near adalgate east/whitechapel station.
- Ahmed (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (4/5): Bath and shower not working properly, no clean towels - Not value for money
- Hunt (7/5): Good -
- Arshad (3/5): Poor - The hotel was ok but the staff was very unprofessional and did not help us or provide any details about parking I don't kike staff behaviour amd their way to deal us ,they don't have time and avoid us completely to help and provide any information yo us about car park or room facilities such as breakfast and other leisure

- Stephen (5/5): Passable -
- Martynian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joel (4/5): Disappointing - Good ubication Initially, the reservation was for a room without windows, located in the basement. I had to pay an extra £50 to move to a room on an upper floor.
- Andy (6/5): Satisfactory - Great location Typical Britannia. Consistently UKs worst chain and you can tell the cleanliness just isn’t important to them.
- Jenni (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (1/5): Bad -
- Eileen (5/5): Passable - The price was fair. We had trouble finding it especially as the Britannia part of the hotel name wasn't clearly visible to strangers. The reception staff could be more personable in my opinion.. no greetings for clients. The girl who was behind the bar clearly had no training, she had no clue what I asked for or how to make it
- Hasan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Josh (6/5): Ok - The location is amazing - on the water at the heart of Canary Wharf with all the facilities. It has parking too and is cheap. Check in is a disaster. They insist everyone must have a passport even Brits, which they say is the law but is not. They have this argument repeatedly so the long queue took and eon to move forward. It’s a bit dusty and dated but for the price quite the find.
- Anonymous (7/5): My stay could have been better but overall was a nice place to stay so it was good - The hotel over all is nice and looked better than I was expecting but... the room I got had no windows so no fresh air for me I got stuffy due to high heat left in rooms, only to see he was there talking to my husband and eaton h the
I was not that comfortable due to hieat of the room it must be that same day eating the chorus and they were many no a/c in room and it took awhile from the heated room to cbut they ciyld hadc as si want dit uo minnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnto
- Parry (8/5): Very good - Clean and cozy. Staff where lovely and the location is nice. Parking available at reasonable price Bed was super uncomfortable and decor is a little outdated
- Rauf (10/5): Exceptional -
- Edward (8/5): Very good -
- Viacheslav (1/5): Awful experience - Hotel cancelled third night out of three on 12 hours notice before without any suggestions or options of resolutions. Everything is very badly
- Catherine (8/5): Comfortable quiet room but smelled of cigarette smoke - Location, easy from tube, quite room nice view Room smelled of smoke on arrival and lingered the whole time
There was no mirror next to the hairdryer. Absolutely no way to view any mirror even on full extension of cord. This was strange
- Clinton (8/5): Very good -
- Boluwatife (1/5): Bad -
- Hadi (1/5): Bad - They charged me £5 to bring food from their kitchen
- Sharon (9/5): Our stay - Not far from the station, I have stayed at this hotel many times now, you pay for what you get, you can upgrade your room, if you wish, station is a straight walk to the hotel, uber boats 10 minute walk, a lot of shops in the centre The iron in the room was slow to heat up, mushrooms on the breakfast weren't very nice
- O (3/5): location good but the rest very poor overall standard of hotels compared to Ireland is really poor. - the location is the key part to this hotel nothing else. When you walk around the hotel you wouldnt eat here top be honest when you walk into the restaurant and cant even see if its raining due to the dirt on the windows. Walked through Canary Wharf and it was like amazing then once we got closer to the hotel you could visible deuteriation in the area and the grounds. The hotel reception looked OK. Staff were not one bit helpful and I asked about tourist information and he didn't want to help or interact. I then asked if there was an app for travel etc and he said no. The smell coming out of the lifts is shocking obviously hiding a smell of damp or something the smell is vile. The hotel needs a good paint and the doors and furniture is all scratched etc. surely a full time maintenance man would sort alot of these issues on a yearly basis. the rooms were not the cleanest to be honest and a lovely view out into the water and you cant even tell if its raining or not due to the amount of dirt on the windows. also handles removed from windows so no way of getting out in case of emergency. Shocking.
- Johnson (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (2/5): Not impressive - Chulled location. Nice staff Window was broken and couldn’t close it. No toilet brush.
- Iveta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wonder29 (7/5): Good - Location and size of the room, bed was clean and comfy Carpets need to be replaced, furniture is old but that doesn't matter that much.
- Sharon (10/5): Will stay again - Beautiful hotel All good
- Emad (7/5): Good -
- Larisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nieva (8/5): Very good -
- Alastair (1/5): Disgraceful treatment - Group booking was cancelled 2 hours before check in leaving me to find an emergency replacement at exorbitant prices. I have been making bookings for 40 years and never been so badly treated. Central reservations was closed , it being. Sunday. Staff were unhelpful and ignorant
- Lee (9/5): Clean, friendly, great location. - Location, great staff, my go to hotel. Nothing bad to say, all good.
- Jessy (8/5): Very good -
- Jobin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mills (9/5): Superb -
