SHERADENE (9/5): Had a great stay and its a perfect location to explore on foot into soho, Broadway , Nolita etc - Lovely room and super comfy beds, spacious and great location for downtown. The bar has quite noisy parties which can be a little bit too intense when you arrive from a long journey

Ayrıca bell boylar da çok yardımcı oldu, hepsi çok iyi. Kesinlikle resepsiyon görevlisi. Fazla snob, cevap vermeye bile imtina ediyorlar. Warm ve wellcoming olmaları gerekir

Jubayli (10/5): Fantastic hotel - Amazing staff. I had a little problem during check-in, the staff was so acommodating. The real definition of boutique hotel. The bar is very vibey and i went there every evening. Everything was perfect really. The lobby floor can be a bit overly crowded on weekends

Sonia (7/5): Pleasant stay in great neighbourhood if you like Soho. - It was our second time in the hotel. The location is very good and the hotel is quite nice. I also find it is good value for money. It is usually where we like to stay with the kids. They also kindly upgraded the room for our sons so they would have a bed and a sofa bed and don't have to sleep together. We very much appreciated the gesture.

Zoi (8/5): Cool SoHo in Manhattan - The staff is very lovely and friendly! Very busy on the weekend! It has a club and it is a very popular lounge. That is not a bad thing, it’s just that if you want a quiet place to hang and have a meal you won’t find it there.

Torsten (9/5): Ich kann dieses Hotel uneiengeschränkt weiterempfehlen, - Die Bitte um ein ruhiges Zimmer mit einem schönen Ausblick wurde in der 15. Etage mit Blick auf Midtown absolut erfüllt. Das Hotel besitzt eine Toplage in Soho - vieles war fußläufig erreichbar. Subway und Bus direkt befinden sich um die Ecke. Wir sind jeden Tag mit einem Lächeln aufgestanden. Die Zimmer wurden perfekt gesäubert und aufgeräumt. Die Zimmer auf der Nordseite liegen ruhiger als auf der Südseite, denn der West Broadway und die Grand Street sind hier nicht so stark befahren. nichts

Can use soho diner which was ok and small dining space in lobby bar area . The entrance is very dark as is the corridors but might be the vibe . More welcoming lobby on the ground would of been nice

Iris (8/5): Die Lage ist toll, die Atmoshäre leider etwas düster - Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig. Das Zimmer (621) war trotz der zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Insgesamt wirken alle Bereiche ziemlich düster und dunkel.

You have everything you need: good bar at night with great music and atmosphere, clean room with comfortable bed, no noise. Location is perfect! Great restaurants and great shopping all around the hotel. It was flawless experience.

ALENA (10/5): Great atmosphere! - I really liked the design of the room and the overall style of the hotel. It has a cool retro-chic vibe and lots of character. It was also very convenient that you can have breakfast anytime, since the restaurant on the ground floor is open 24/7. The bars and clubs were great too: good music, tasty cocktails, and a fun atmosphere (though they do get quite crowded). The room itself was fairly quiet. I could hear a bit of street noise, but nothing too disturbing. The personnell was polite and helpful. The room was standard size, not small. Good size of the bathroom and bed. I didn’t like that when I stepped out of one of the bars to take a call, it was difficult to get back in. I really didn’t expect that. But in the end they let me in, so it turned out fine
Tomas (10/5): - We went to breakfast at the Soho Diner each and every morning and I am still thinking about it. I cannot recommend enough. Like stepping back into the 70's. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was awesome. Service was brilliant. The only thing I can think of is the light controls in the room. They were maybe not as intuitive as I would have liked. Other than that I have no issues at all.
Clare (10/5): Our party had a fabulous stay for our friends birthday. We were met with a glass of Prosecco. Everyone was so helpful wh - I love the location. The staff are fabulous. The bar area extremely comfortable and great service. Love the 24hr diner next door. And the doormen…every time you enter or leave they are super friendly and great knowledge of the area. Nothing.

Cynthia (8/5): Cool classy vibe in a hotel that is chic and welcoming. - Location. Staff: from the doormen to check-in, to drinks and dinner in the lounge - we felt welcome and well taken care of. In our king room: one bath robe (we played rock-paper-scissors to see who would get to wear the robe) Also, in the “one person per room” vibe: side of the bed nearest to the window had no side table or even a shelf on which to set a book, or a phone, or whatever my beloved over on the other side of the bed was using his table for. I had to plug in my phone/charger right beside the bed, and place phone on the window/heating casement (beyond my reach while in bed). If there is a reading light on both sides of the bed, there should be a shelf if not a side table there as well.

M (8/5): I would stay again! - I stayed for 10 days and I thought the hotel offered a good balance of trendy Soho vibes - easy access to great coffee, food, shopping - and a price that is not astronomical vs other nearby hotels. Train stations nearby. Good Italian restaurants a stone's throw away at Cipriani and Il Mulino. Coffee at Ground Support Cafe. Hairdressers across the road. During the snowstorm bummer, it was still a comfortable stay . The doormen were always delightful, with a big smile, reminding you to wear your gloves etc. Hotel has a small gym which was useful during the blizzard. I extended by an extra night with the flight delay but the price had moved up quite a lot. Obviously demand supply situation. Lights in the bedroom needed some getting used to with the dimmers and on/off switched. No biggie. Club room only opens Wed to Saturday or Sunday. If it opens the whole week, it would be a nice lounge to chill and do some work or reading, in addition to room.

Prof Dr Britta (7/5): Good but not great. - The bed was comfortable and the room was fine. We had a nice view as we had a room on an upper floor. The lobby is nice and a good place to sit and enjoy a coffee or a drink. The staff in the restaurant, except for one exceptionally good female chief waiter, as well as at the reception was unprofessional, not client-oriented. Unfortunately, we weren't told that there was a jazz concert in the hotel every evening, we found out by chance.

Lisa (10/5): Fabulous hotel.. perfect location for few days in the Big Apple! - Great location - close to the subway station and on top on the shops and sights around SoHo. Easy to get uptown or downtown on foot or subway. My room was a good size and extremely comfortable with plenty of storage! Not always available in accommodation in NYC. The lounge and bar areas were both comfortable and welcoming (families and dogs welcome!). with a great buzz without being hectic. I was travelling alone and felt welcome whether enjoying a drink or just relaxing with a good book. Being British I naively showed up without a physical credit card which was required to check in. (Apple Pay is accepted elsewhere in the hotel). Entirely my error and, thankfully, my son lives in NYC and was sent back to his apartment to bring a card back. The very kind concierge gave me vouchers for 2 complimentary cocktails which were gratefully accepted after a long haul flight! The following morning a second concierge suggested that I complete a pre-authorisation form for the required amount which was emailed to me and my sons’s card details were deleted. My only suggestion is that this option could have been made available to me at check in the night before avoiding the unwelcome delay in settling into my lovely room. That said, I will make a note to bring my card with me next time!
