Ottima, abbondante e varia la scelta per la colazione. Nel complesso bene. La camera assegnata al sesto piano grande, bella doccia, ma con la TV che ha necessitato intervento dello staff perché non funzionava. Manca la presa per il phon in bagno. Silenziosa, letto grande e comodo. Grande doccia.

Breakfast was amazing, especially for the very reasonable price. Appreciated staff arranging transport from airport and later to Civitavecchia cruise port. Hotel was near central city, but had to hike a bit to get to nearest Metro station.

- Laura (7/5): Im Grossen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. - Gut gelegen, unweit einer Metrostation. Sehr freundliches Personal beim Frühstück, immer hilfsbereit. Vorallem Giiusi war sehr freundlich. Haben uns gute Tips zu einem guten Restaurant gemacht. Am 2. Tag hatten wir darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass die Balkontüre sich nicht schliessen lässt und dass der Badventilator (Lüftung) nicht funktionierte. Bis zu unserer Abreise wurde nichts geändert. An einem Tag wurde ebenfalls die Dusche nicht geputzt. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden.

Плюс еще налог туристический 7 евро за ночь с каждого человека. Нас было 4-ро, дорого. Очень плохие подушки, мебель, все достаточно старое. В общем, пару дней сойдет.

Appena consegnate le chiavi e giunto in camera ho notato che la camera era occupata con effetti personali di altre persone. Organizzazione da rivedere

Al principio pensaba que la ubicación no era buena pero la estación de metro está a 7 u 8 minutos andando y en cuatro paradas estás en el Coliseo. Al ser una zona cercana a un hospital se escuchan muchas ambulancias, pero está tranquilo de turistas.

- Federica (6/5): Mi aspettavo di piu da un best western - Stanza grande e pulita, provvista di asciugacapelli “vero”, acqua e infusi offerti, presente piccola cabina armadio e cassaforte. Pulizie ottime. Colazione varia. Convenzione con autorimessa vicino per parcheggiare. Terrazzino privato della camera. Lavandino otturato, non scendeva l’acqua. Struttura non accessibile con passeggini/carrozzine (c’è una scalinata per entrare). Non ha parcheggio, nemmeno un piccolo parcheggio carico scarico bagagli. Ristorante non molto buono e con pochissima scelta. Metro vicina ma non proprio dietro l’angolo. Mi hanno scalato i soldi tutti in anticipo per il soggiorno e appena arrivati al check in hanno voluto saldate tassa di soggiorno (anche per i bambini piccoli di 1 e 3 anni, cosa che in altri hotel non mi è stata mai chiesta, non so se sia Roma diversa da altre città) e mezza pensione.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel weekend pertanto c'era tranquillità, non saprei gli altri giorni. Eravamo in tre, e poiché mio figlio è alto, ho chiesto che il terzo letto non fosse un divano, perciò ci è stata assegnata un camera con doppio letto matrimoniale, perciò più grande. Ambienti puliti. Colazione ottima, dolce e salata.

- Lynneyvonne (10/5): Great stay - We stayed here for 4 nights, the room was cleaned and serviced every day. We had a great shower and there was a hairdryer in room. The breakfast was lovely with a really nice selection of foods every morning. The metro is a 10 minute walkaway and its only 2 stops To rome termini and 4 stops to collusium. The staff we came in contact with were friendly snd helpful. Would recommend buying the 72 hour metro ticket or longer depending on how long you are there. We visited plenty of tourist attractions and they were all worth the visit.

- J4366GNjamesl (2/5): Miss Selling - Booked a quadruple room on the explicit understanding there would be 4 beds. Instead there were 2 double beds so my family of 4 had to sleep together. This is misselling and very poor. Breakfast was crowded into a tiny restaurant m. One day we had to wait at the door for 15mins to be sat. Breakfast hot options were incredibly limited - rubber scrambled eggs, chicken sausages and bacon. Lobby areas are tiny so there's nowhere to sit and relax. Even the tiny restaurant doubles up as a bar area, and it is uninviting to say the least. Location was good though - if you dont mind the sound of ambulance sirens every 10mins as the hotel is surrounded by hospital buildings.

Really handy for Metro and access to all main areas of the City, a 5-6 minute walk to Metro station. Nice quiet area with some great nearby cafes and shops. For the price I’d highly recommend this hotel.

- lvprecious (10/5): Wonderful stay. - We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Our room was very spacious, in fact we had 2 rooms-one with a double bed and a sitting room which had a single bed. Having booked a 'triple' this was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is near the university and was very quiet when we arrived as it was Easter Monday. When the students returned, the area was livelier and more bars and eateries were open l, giving the area a pleasant vibe, however we were not troubled by any noise at night. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from Termini station and 5 to 10 mins from the metro.

- Allan (6/5): For dyrt i forhold til kvalitet. - Godt værelse. Og hotellet ligger i et roligt kvarter. Der er Metro ikke så langt derfra. Hotellet virker lidt nedslidt. Badeværelset lugtede lidt. Morgenmad var ok, men besværligt at få ordentlig kaffe. Morgenmadslokalet var for lille i forhold til antallet af personer, som ønskede morgenmad.

- AEllis40 (2/5): Cheap but not cheerful sadly ... avoid - Arrived at midday after travelling with 2 young children for several hours and an early wake up to find room not ready for 2hrs, had to leave and come back. At the room, bathroom door handle came off, main door didn't lock (huge chunck of wood in the door frame missing) and lifts not working when on the 5th floor! Broken lock reported and bodged by maintenance, hotel staff just un-reassuringly saying "we have cameras if people try to rob you", hotel packed so changing rooms not an option. Hotel breakfast room way too small for the hotel so unless arrive at start 7am or very end near 9:30am you have to wait for a table. Some families of 4 round a table for 2, breakfast buffet bang average and no real choice for kids unless they only eat corn flakes and toast. Pastries at breakfast were decent but eggs looked like they had been tangoed (very orange) and ranged from ok to inedible across 5 days. Bacon much the same. Wifi is terrible and after 10/11pm when everyone in their rooms it is non-existent. Saving grace for the hotel, its 10 mins walk to Policlinco metro (10 mins to Colosseum) and has a few little family restaurants near-by, one, Gran Sasso was superb and recommended (although wasnt where the hotel recommended). The other saviour for this place is that you are visiting Rome not the hotel, You sleep here and have breakfast if you must, thankfully not much time actually spent in the hotel when the city is incredible ! Wouldn't stay here again, recommend to people to spend the little extra for somewhere better and within the city wall as i will next time, this isnt value for your money. For noise, its near the hospital (which we knew) so great if you like italian ambulanza sirens, ha. Downside is 3 days after coming home i can still hear them.

Sono da sostituire le guarnizioni degli infissi, filtrano spifferi (di aria fredda in questo caso); l'impianto di riscaldamento (centralizzato?) andrebbe tarato meglio; la cucina del ristorante andrebbe curata meglio per dare alle pietanze un minimo di sapore; andrebbe segnalato l'accesso al piano terra tramite rampa di scale.
