Ralph (8/5): Sehr gut mit einigen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. - Das Personal war insgesamt sehr gut und freundlich , beim Frühstück allerdings regelmäßig überfordert und sehr wenig um den Gast bemüht. Ein sehr stark geteiltes Gesamtbild, was auf Grund des hervorragenden Empfangs schade ist.

Harun (1/5): Odamı başkasına satmışlar. Beni başka otelde 5 m2 tabut gibi bir odada konaklamaya zorladılar. Tam Bir Rezalet!!! - Konumunu 15-19 Nisan 2026 için 4 gece rezervasyon yaptım. Rezervasyonum onaylandı hatta tesisle mailleştik ve teyit verdiler. 15 Nisan da otele gittiğimde otelimiz müsait değil sizi yolun karşısında Xenia otelde misafir edeceğiz dediler. Ben kabul etmedim ama odamı başkasına sattıklarını bu yüzden boş oda olmadığını başka seçeneğim olmadığını söyleyip beni başka otelde kalmaya zorladılar. Ben 22 m2 King beds exetive oda rezerve etmiştim. Sonra bana 1 gece için karşı otelde sonra Marriott ta kalabileceğimi söylediler. Ben seyahatim kısıtlı neden taşınma ve giriş çıkış zorluğu yaşayım dedim. Başka seçenek yok deyip zorladılar. Ben Polis çağıracağımı dolandırıldığımı düşündüğümü, psikolojimin bozulduğunu, seyahatimin zehir olduğunu bu stresi yaşamak zorunda olmadığımı söyledim. Ancak Polis arayacağım esnada bana telafi edici seçenek sundular. Xenia otelde 1 gece için ücret almayacaklarını, kahvaltı ikram edeceklerini ve sonraki 3 gece için “King Suite” upgride yapacaklarını söylediler. Ben 1 saat kaybettikten, stres ve kaygı yaşadıktan sonra bu teklifi yaptılar. Psikolojim altüst oldu. Mecburen kabul ettim kalan günleri King Suit konaklarım diye düşündüm. Xenia otelde 5m2 tabut gibi bir odada kaldım yatak o kadar kısaydı ki yorgan yere düşüyordu. Ertesi gün geldiğimde bu kez bana standart oda hazırladıklarını söylediler. Ben King Suite söz verdiniz dedim. Hayır King beds dedik dediler. Benim rezervasyonum zaten King bed dedim. Yine 1 saat tartışma yaşadık benim stresim iyice arttı. 1 saat sonra tamam junior Suite verelim dediler. 2 gün büyük stres yaşadıktan sonra kalan günlerim de kötü geçmesin diye mecburen kabullenmek zorunda kaldım. Odamı başkasına sattılar ve beni mağdur ettiler. 2 günüm çok kötü geçti. Telafi edici bir teklifi sunmadılar. Polis arama noktasına kadar işi taşıdılar. 46 yaşındayım Afrika dan Amerika’ya birçok ülkeye onlarca kez seyahat ettim bu kadar kötü niyetli ve standart dışı yönetilen bir otel görmedim.

jamie (6/5): Nice hotel but infuriating bathroom door - Nice shower and beds The bathroom door closes by itself every time and they are not supposed to give door stoppers. (They made the showers open style which gives them steam risk if someone showers with the door open but then they force us to have self-closing door. Wrong choice!) It’s infuriating.!

rogerl783 (2/5): Terrible rude doorman - I was in a taxi and had to stop for a quick bathroom break at the Marriott. Being a long time Marriott member (lifetime Titanium for reference) I’ve always found the staff welcoming. But there was a doorman that was so rude to me and the taxi driver. It publicly displays 10 mins waiting time and we were there for 5 mins. When I came out he berated us. You can always speak nicely but no need to use vulgar words against the driver and myself

Naji (6/5): If you like quiet rooms, that’s not for you. Pictures. - It was dirty. See pictures. Room in not soundproof. The corridor is very narrow, and the rooms are next to each other with old doors that every time opens and close releases loud noise that can heard loud. Every details around the room can be heard inside it Maintenance, vacuuming, and everything happening outside the room. I didn’t have good sleep, especially at mornings.
Olabanke (8/5): Loved staying her for my trip. - Proximity to the tube and the gym facilities are excellent . Sainsburys is also close by so it was easy to buy groceries.

nancyw540 (10/5): Great front desk staff! - Fatima, at the front desk, is a gem! When we checked into the hotel, jetlagged, she welcomed us warmly and acknowledged our Marriott status. She asked if she could take a moment to see if there was an upgrade available. We agreed. And were shocked when she checked us into a presidential suite. Separate living room, dining room, sleeping quarters and a bathroom with a tub and separate shower. What a beautifully designed room. Very spacious! Fatima went above and beyone!

Jason (10/5): Love this hotel. - The staff were extremely helpful with the carparking situation. As I am disabled.we were allowed to park on the hill outside the hotel. There isn't enough carpark spaces but with the location of the hotel it cannot be helped. The breakfast had some faults like tbe lack of tables because they were taking people fron outside the hotel.

Stephen (8/5): A useful place to stay, very close to heart of London - Good location, equidistant (800yds) between two tubes. Very warm welcome. Good bar/restaurant. Parking. Clean. Room was too small. Exec lounge was poor in terms of comfort, food offerings and disinterested staff. Floor 3 picks up the noise from the tube lines.

However, it soon became clear that a rooftop generator runs continuously and produces significant noise. Additionally, although there are two elevators, one was out of service for the duration of my stay.

sandrafZ5462DY (10/5): Excellent location for London and clean and comfy. - Super location for London visit with very close proximity to tube (underground). If you have Marriott status - congrats as the Lounge serves terrific food from 5pm to 7pm - it was enough for dinner plus complimentary wine and beer. Although Lounge doesn't serve breakfast - the coffee is open 24/7. Rooms are large and very clean. Quiet and restful sleep.

Hasaida Kamaruddin (8/5): I’m a marriot bonvoy member, It was great , until the day I lost my money in the room. - It’s near to Gloucester Road, shops, restaurants, Gloucester Road tube station, and walking distance to High Street Kensington near to m&s & boots. The room is clean, and they provide a nespresso machine. I like that they provide free coffee and cookies in the room and at the lobby. The staffs were friendly, but the main door was locked after 12am. I think most hotel WiFi cybersecurity hacked my phone when I am staying at the hotel. The room next door 502 could be trespassing I think a stalker might have stolen my money.

959jelenag (10/5): A Memorable Stay in London - We had a fantastic stay at London Marriott Kensington. Staff was very friendly and professional. A shout out to Diana at the reception, Kadi at the concierge, Charlie in the restaurant and lovely gentleman at the omelette station. Their positive attitude and courteous service truly stood out. Housekeeping staff was very efficient as well. Location is superb, close to lots of the attractions. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend the hotel!

kittymaxer (2/5): Avoid at all costs - Bang average hotel that downgrades Marriot Bonvoy members. In the app it showed I’d been upgraded to a suite with executive lounge access. Then I showed up and they downgraded me to a small and rather drab room. All the staff and manager then lied about both the app being faulty, and that they were fully sold out (which wasn’t true given the dozen of rooms available on sale). The staff are rude and condescending. The hotel itself is very tired, on a busy main road, and probably the worst Marriott I’ve stayed in.

Parking only had 15 spaces was a night mare to get into spaces as almost a fight to park The mattress and pillows woke with bad shoulder and neck pains. Mattress had no support and pillows where like wind bags. The staff where great except the dinning room 1 staff member silly little thing but did next to us dropped a knife on the floor and still added to the table cutlery set instead of putting in the wash

Harald (9/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in einem sehr gut gelegenen Hotel. - Lage sehr gut, da nahe an der U-Bahn gelegen. Auch die Buslinie 74 direkt vor der Türe, mit welcher man direkt bis Oxford Street kommt. Das Hotel schön, die Zimmer sauber und komfortabwl Könnte ich nichts negatives sagen

andrewq410 (8/5): Perfectly OK Hotel - This is a perfectly OK hotel. My room was clean and comfortable but a little dark. I was at the back of the property and looked over the rooves of adjoining properties, but the window was not really large enough to let in much light. The location is good, close to Natural History Museum and V&A. Easy walk to Earls Court Underground which is on the Picadilly and District lines. Queensway on the Central line is also close in the other direction. Sainsbury's across the road. The service was generally good. Reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. The concierge was unnecessarily abrupt with us at one point. If he was having a bad day, he shouldn't let the customers know. The only complaint I had was that twice I put the privacy card on my bedroom door and twice the maid came in and made up the room. The second time they left the air conditioning on full blast and the window open. Also the refrigerator was not cold. The light came on but it was always at room temperature.

Alia (3/5): Very bad - Receptionists staff not friendly at all, rarely eye contacting us, very late responses, i asked about the view the reception guy asked me what do you mean city view, the house keeping very loud and knocking doors early morning when you dont answer they open the door!!! I have to ask for water, they have delivery charge though i ordered coffee from my room, I used to order from delivero or uber and the ladies at the reception, they keep the food until I come down and take it and they keep laughing and asking me about the food content, last time she asked me this is kebab right? I told her you should look for the room number, not the food content to confirm, and she laughed, so not professional and not friendly The concierge guys asking many questions when we were about to leave (how much you pay for uber to the airport? We can give the same price for hotel car) which car you are leaving with! Then he had some chit chat with the uber driver, though no one bothered or smiled the whole time we were staying at the hotel, btw its the first time I stay at a hotel where they dont put name tags, Everything, reception staff need trainings not professional The atmosphere, the house keeping service quality, I asked for non smoking area, and there were ppl smoking weed all the time
