Layal (9/5): We had a lovely stay and would happily return in the future! - The location is perfect, and the hotel was very clean. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. We were four people and had originally booked a room with a double bed and sofa bed, but they kindly upgraded us to a larger room with two double beds. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay much more comfortable. We really appreciated it! The beds could be a bit more comfortable, and I wish the walls were more soundproof. We were woken up a few times during the night by people talking outside. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

Frédéric (8/5): Tolles Boutique Hotel in London mit einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis - Sehr gute Lage des Hotels, 5 Minuten von der Station Bond Street. Das Zimmer war modern und gut eingerichtet. Ein eigentliches Restaurant ist nicht vorhanden. Es werden Frühstück und Snacks angeboten.

Lauren (9/5): Enjoyed it and would stay again. - Really nice hotel, modern, warm and fresh and our kids loved the free Photo Booth! The staff were gorgeous couldn’t do enough for you! Thought the room was a little expensive for what we got. It was a nice room but not amazing!
Janda (6/5): The staff managed to make up for a room that wasn’t really up to par. - The location is very central and easily accessible. The rooms weren’t well sound proofed and were could hear our neighbours talking and their TV. The pillows needed replacing- old and lumpy.

Elisabeth (9/5): Well situated comfortable hotel in central London - The hotel is very well situated right in the centre of London, easily accessible by tube and close to shops, restaurants and parks. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean with good amenities. Nothing in particular to fault.
Christopher (1/5): Stayed at this hotel to celebrate our 45th anniversay and left angry and disappointed. - Located within walking distance to a subway and train station. Our request for a room on an upper floor was met. They provide fresh milk for morning drinks in your room and a good selection of teas and coffee. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant staff and food choices for breakfast were excellent 3 minutes into her morning shower, the shower flooded and due to the design of the stall and a plugged drain, she was left unwashed and naked, mopping up the entire bathroom floor with towels. I could not have my shower as a result, as well. The staffs response to this situation was not acceptable at all. Even though apolgetic and an offer to let us use another suite to shower( not possible with a train to catch), it is the hotel's customer service as we checked out and requested that a manager be notified, that completely angered us. After paying over $400.00 for one night, I would fully expect that management/owners would offer compensation but we were told nothing and have not been contacted. Instead, we were given "the bums rush" out the door and a brief "Sorry about that". Is this really the best they can do?

Olive (10/5): - The staff were fantastoc on the phone beforehand. We'd arranged a birthday surprise trip and they accommodated luggage, and instructions! The lady at the bar was also excellent bringing up glasses and drinks super quickly to the room! The room itself (queen + sofa) was gorgeous. Very classy. Modern tasteful and clean bathroom. Aircon and heaitng very responsive. The lounge was lovely too. Buffet breakfast excellent! Didn't have any hot food. Fridge could have been colder. Everything else was just as I'd hoped.

Cristiano (9/5): A great place that I’d happily return to - Phenomenal hotel in a location convenient to everything. The neighborhood is quiet, yet there are plenty of places to eat and drink, as well as many shops. It's very quick to reach from Heathrow; taking the Elizabeth Line, it takes just 50 minutes from passport control to the hotel. I recommend using the Marylebone-Oxford St. exit/entrance, which is just a stone's throw away. The staff is very polite and helpful. A beautiful atmosphere! The bathroom is small, and unfortunately, when showering, the poor drainage slope causes the bathroom to flood, with the risk of water leaking into the bedroom

Ruhig aber doch in einer schönen Einkaufsgegend, auch mit vielen Lokalen. Schöne Lobby. Sehr gutes Frühstück zu einem super Preis. Zimmer ausreichend groß und sehr gutes Bett. Schönes, etwas kleines Bad. Im Zimmer alles da, was man braucht. Gute Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite MitarbeiterInnen. Insgesamt guter Service. Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer im EG. War sehr dunkel. Wir haben reklamiert und sofort am zweiten Tag ein schönes helles Zimmer im 4 Stock bekommen. Das war dann sehr angenehm.

MOMOKO (8/5): - 早朝にロンドンに到着し、荷物を預かってもらおうとホテルに向かうと部屋の準備ができていると言ってチェックインさせてくれました。長距離フライトで疲れていたのでとても助かりました。ロンドンのホテルは狭いところが多いと思いますが、このホテルのお部屋は広かったです。2階だったからかもしれませんが、シャワーの水圧も充分でした。駅やバス停からは少し歩きますが、メイン通りから離れているので静かですし、治安も良いと感じました。空港から駅までエリザベスラインで行けるのも良かったです。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらいましたが、タグを付けてスタッフルーム？で保管してくださっていたので安心して預けられました。部屋にテーブルがあると尚良かったです。エントランスは階段だけなのでスーツケースの持ち運びが大変でした。

Julia (9/5): Pleasant hotel in good location - My single room was actually quite spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything I needed, including a small bottle of milk in the fridge. Location was close to Oxford Street (Bond Street underground station). Staff were polite and helpful. It was more expensive than I usually pay, and considering the rate didn’t include breakfast I feel I didn’t really get value for money. No coffee machine in room.

They helped make a fantastic weekend eve better That I could stay another night

Elizabeth (10/5): Perfect for a tourist weekend with friends or family - The location is amazing and the facilities what you would expect from a 4 star central London hotel. What we were extremely impressed about though was the staff. The service was exceptional including a bottle of wine as we were celebrating an important birthday. Would like to mention Phyu who was particularly helpful and friendly when we had some guests join us for breakfast. Thank you Phyu. The standard bedrooms are on the small side but what you would expect for price and location.

Patti (10/5): Would love to stay there again next time in London. - Fabulous neighborhood to stay in, close to terrific restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. But not overwhelming masses of people. Felt easy to be there, like home. The staff was extremely helpful, needed more coffee in the room? Done. Taxi at departure? Done. Very smooth. Bathroom was a little small, but certainly provided everything we needed. Loved having the bathrobes.

Michael (8/5): excellent, will book again when we next visit London. - Location was excellent , only a few stops from Kings Cross and just off Oxford Street. Room was clean and comfortable, refreshments in the room were free . Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were on the 2nd floor at the rear of the hotel which was ok. Wondered if we had been on the 1st floor whether the slight noise from the air con systems on the ground floor would have been loud at night.? we didn't have an issue though.

Simon (9/5): Birthday Break - spot on - Room comfortable, pity we couldn't open windows, location was spot on for a city break and breakfast was very good staff were. All staff encountered were very helpful, professional and always had a smile. Reception staff amongst the best we have encountered within the IHG group, forgot my phone after checking out and came back to collect and the girls on reception could not have enough to find my phone. Windows not able to be open in room, lighting in room for make-up application (wife not me)
