The first one came 40 minutes before my requested time, then another call15 min. Later. When I called the front desk they couldn’t understand, because it was still before my request and another call was due. It sounds like I am complaining about a small issue, but when staying at an airport hotel, and am in between flights with a 8 hour layover, I paid to get some sleep. Which did not happen.

- Barry (8/5): - A bit harsh marking this hotel down for location etc. It's a great airport hotel. Our flight was cancelled and we got a room. Not much to do around the area - got a taxi to a local restaurant. Rooms very tired. No safe. But served a purpose and we slept ok.

Since I only had about 8 hours before I needed to be back at the airport, I stayed at the airport hotel. This isn't my first time staying at an airport hotel; I stayed in Dalles last week, and it was great. However, this place looks old, worn out, and dirty. I couldn't even get a toothbrush because they ran out. Stay away from this place. One more thing, stay away from the restaurant!!

- Denise (4/5): not worth the money - got to hotel and room was freezing so lowered temps and then went to eat on 7th floor , food was not very good i had chicken parm and chicken was over cooked and just no taste., let alone waitress never offered anything to drink or anything very poor service . tried to call down to get my 3 bags of luggage downstairs but every time i called they hung up because they could not hear me so i had to trudge 2 large and one small bags across the dirty carpet to lobby . over all stay our of necessity but nothing more for 200 plus a night barely worth motel rates

The place itself is convenient and quiet, but the bathroom seemed from the 1970's and the shower handles were broken. Overall it's too expensive for what it offers.

- rhondi s (10/5): Feels like home - As others have stated, you have to see this place in person to appreciate it. It's definitely a home away from home, with a separate kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. I loved the bed linens, the shower, and having TVs in 2 rooms. The service was excellent and you feel safe staying here. If you prefer to let it all hang out lol, bring a robe because the front door and the bedroom door are clear.
