Very basic, worn out, and not sound proof (through internal doors). Could hear the next room person snore all night and their TV as if they were in my room. Changi beach nearby and cheap hawkers centre food . Quite far from the city if you want to go to Orchard road . Free Shuttle take 25 mins to nearest Pasir Ris MRT station .

• Sindy (10/5): Clean, quiet, family-friendly hotel with great service and an excellent shuttle, would definitely stay again! - We had a great stay! Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and I even received an upgrade to a beautiful ocean view room. The baby crib was prepared in the room as I requested. Everything was very clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet, we couldn’t hear any guests next door at all. There’s also a lovely little island park with a beach only a 2-minute walk away. You can swim there, rent bicycles, and there’s a huge playground as well, perfect for families. The morning shuttle service was very well organized and arrived at the terminal on time. Overall, such a comfortable and stress-free experience. I would definitely stay here again! -

• Laura (6/5): Convenient, comfortable hotel but unfortunate room issues on check in - Hotel was clean and comfortable with convenience of airport shuttle Unfortunately I had some issues on check in. When I went up to my room, guests had just checked in. I arrived late, after a very long flight and this was the last thing I needed. Couple this with the fact that my room was located at the far end of the hallway so had to haul my suitcase back down to reception to complain. Reception were very apologetic and allocated me a new room, here I go again hauling my suitcase back up to my room, only to find it had 2 single beds, rather than a king as requested. Again, room was at quite a distance from lift, so here I go hauling my cause back to reception. Apologies again, new room allocated and this time help offered to take my case to the room. I politely declined, as at this point I was over it and just went on my way. While I understand that mistakes can happen, and reception was very apologetic a small gesture of apology would be appreciated, and the offer should have been made to assist with my luggage after the first room issue, not the last. Perhaps after the 3rd room change, a complimentary drink at the bar or something nice sent to the room would have taken the edge off such a bad check in experience.

Unfortunately the shuttle was 20 minutes late. Nice rooftop pool. Twin beds. Powered milk. No face washers. Late shuttle. Unhelpful reception.

La navette gratuite pour l'aéroport - La déco un peu vieillotte de la chambre - même si c'est proche géographiquement de l'aéroport, ça ne l'est pas tant que ça en réalité car il faut totalement le contourner, donc le trajet en navette est long!

Staff were excellent in their response. Good location for local food galore around the area. Breakfast was nice and not expensive. Current construction of the roads leading to the hotel. A bit messy.

They have a nice roof restaurant I personally thought it was close to the airport, they are close to the runway but its still a 30+ minute drive to the airport. I thought it was better to just stay in the city, because there are no activities around the area except the Hawkers market which is full of unfriendly locals.

• Megan (7/5): - Just stayed 1 night inbetween flights. Comfortable rooms for the price. Hawker centres and restaurants right across the road for quick cheap meals if needed. Airport shuttle in the morning needs to be booked in advance. Airport shuttle times aren't that frequent - convenient option but I wouldn't rely on it.

• Julie (8/5): Lovely staff, unfair decision on breakfast. - The room was great, excellent breakfast. We had a club room and the lounge was good to go to, and we were well looked after by Ben. We enquired about a late check out to 10.30pm before arriving and we were advised we needed to book an additional night. We did this so had a booking for 2 nights. We arrived early in the morning and were able to use the pool area for showering. As we were leaving the next night we would not be around for breakfast on the 2nd night of the booking. I asked if we could have that breakfast on the arrival day instead. I wasn't asking for anything in addition to what we had paid for, just switching the days. The duty manager refused the request so we had to pay for breakfast. This was very disappointing and not good customer service. We had paid for something that we would be unable to use and were refused the swap.

• Carlos (9/5): Good price and experience for a hotel close to the hotel. - The room was very clean, with a good bathroom. The hotel is close to the airport, with a free shuttle that was very useful. Breakfast is ok, with good options, but not a very extensive variety of things. Nevertheless, for my objective (one night stay between flights), the hotel presented a very good cost benefit. The only issue I see is that the shuttle doesn't work all day. As my flight arrived at 23:30, I had to get a cab from the airport to the hotel.

• Anne (9/5): Great stay due to relaxing rooftop experience and the pool. - The rooftop pool and the neighbourhood are fabulous, an oasis away from the business of the city. We stayed as a stopover, and valued being close to the airport. The advertised free shuttle was not available for either our arrival or departure to airport. The breakfast buffet was not as good as when I stayed 10 years ago. It certainly looked like funding has been dramatically cut. For a hotel of this size and quality, I would expect to have more than filter coffee (a morning cappuccino). The pastries and waffles were quite stale, and toppings were reduced to honey not maple syrup. It's this corner cutting that reduces the quality. Cutting corners also evident in lack of shampoo / bathroom products. Most hotels these days provide items on view, for collection from the reception at check-in, and you should too.

• Doreen (9/5): - Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr große Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück, toller Pool, viel leckeres Essen in der Umgebung.
• Shelley (6/5): Quiet stay in a rustic area of Singapore - It is located next to Changi Beach with easy access to food & a trip to Ubin. So if you enjoy the outdoors but not so much shopping, this hotel would be suitable. Facilities had potential but not maximised. For instance Club Lounge had limited snacks, and opened only from 11am - 11pm. I hoped to sit in the lounge after breakfast to read & write, but did not have access. Cafe downstairs, and various eateries had limited selections of beverage & food. If the offerings were a notch better, I believe the hotel could be more attractive to guests & visitors.
