- Victoria (6/5): Excellent and friendly staff. Not a fan of closet or bathroom. Wish amenity fees just went into total cost instead of se - Easy walk to coconut grove area, with CVS and Fresh Market across the street. Plenty of restaurant choices also. Balcony was nice. Pool was nice and deep, but majority of it in shade after a certain time of day. If you want to tan, may not be your top choice. Ice water kept filled and available at front desk, nice to fill up water bottles in Miami heat. Forced valet parking, plus an amenity fee, causing stay to be almost $80 more a day. $30 fee for on site Tesla shuttle, within 2 mile dropoff… and forced $15 to spend at food/bar, so basically one drink with the forced 18% tip added on. Closet was useless, as 3/4 of the hang bar was blocked by a wall. Made it difficult to hang clothes. Door for bathroom does not provide total privacy… like a barn slide door that you still have a crack in when closed. Shower was also sliding, which causes water to drip out onto floor under the sliding door. Also, there was no vent fan in the bathroom and the sink is very small.

This is unacceptable because it was barely enough for one expresso in the machine! This is false information and certainly not an honest way to sell the facility of a presumed breakfast for three persons which should be served a real meal!!

- Margaux (10/5): Super expérience ! - Nous avons réservé cet hôtel à la dernière minute suite à une très mauvaise expérience Airbnb, et quelle excellente surprise ! La personne qui nous a accueillis a été absolument formidable, très chaleureuse et rassurante. Les chambres sont superbes, très propres et confortables. L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier très prisé, calme et agréable, à seulement 15 minutes du centre-ville. Nous sommes ravis d’avoir trouvé cet établissement et le recommandons sans hésiter !

Alguns funcionários são extremamente cordiais e proativos, demonstrando preocupação com o bem estar das pessoas. Checkin e checkout bem rápidos também. Já fiquei no hotel pelo menos 4x e todas as estadias são exatamente assim. Ao passo que alguns funcionários são ótimos, outros deixam bastante a desejar, especialmente na capacidade de resolver problemas. Além disso, tive duas situações ruins de talheres não lavados no café e toalhas sujas no quarto.

Ho aspettato un mese prima di scrivere la mia recensione proprio per evitare di lasciare un punteggio basso, dato che ci eravamo trovati bene. Siamo rimasti solo una notte e , al momento del check in , ci hanno chiesto di lasciare una caparra di 250 dollari che entro 3/4 giorni sarebbero tornati. Questi soldi ovviamente spariti, ho provato a contattare la struttura tramite quest app ma non rispondono mentre le mail non riescono ad essere recapitate… mi spiace ma devo lasciare una recensione negativa

- Amarnath (6/5): - Suit has a micro bathroom. A bigger size person would have a hard time using both toilet and shower. Fridge can barely hold anything. No microwave. 22% tax on Valet Parking and 13% tax on DESTINATION FEE which significantly increases the initial price quoted for a room. Must walk outside for restaurants. No bottled water in room. No coffee mugs; just disposable cups.

- Tonya (10/5): - When I arrived, it is a beautiful hotel! Housekeeping needs to be more watchful on how they are cleaning the rooms. They cleaned my bathroom but not the bathroom floor. Left hair all over the floor. But beautiful property with fantastic swimming pool. Just it to be more of a fragrance hotel like the renaissance hotel brand.

- Renee (10/5): - There was a mix-up with my reservation, and when I arrived at 8am, after traveling more than 12hrs, was told I had no room until 4pm, despite having booked the previous night and called to insure the early check-in. There were literally no rooms available, and I had an event at 5pm. I was desperate. The staff promised to do the best they could, with guest check-outs imminent. I took a nap in a pool-side cabana (comfortable, if hot and humid), and a couple of hours later was gently awakened with the news that they had a room for me. Yay! They gave me a beautiful upgrade and took wonderful care of me!!! Too bad it was only 2 nights. The entire staff, from front desk, to Bistro, bar, valet/driver, and housekeeping were marvelous!!! Thank you all!!!

- Torree (1/5): Tiny bathrooms, crappy view, pool closed. - The lobby was nice We had a room with a “view” … the view? A tennis court that no longer has nets and is in ROUGH shape. A massive window to look out and see that dirty nasty tennis court. The balcony overlooked the parking garage. The bathroom was TINY. You couldn’t even pee without touching the side of the sink because it was up against the toilet. If you leaned forward you would touch the shower … the photos advertised for the rooms is definitely not what we got. We would never come back to this hotel again. OH and we got dressed to use the pool and they said it was closed… at 6pm. For the rest of the night, on a Saturday night!

- Angela (9/5): I loved the hotel and hope to stay there every time I visit Miami. - We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard. Since we stayed for several days, we received a room upgrade, which was a highlight — a spacious suite with a beautiful ocean view, comfortable beds, and excellent cleanliness. The staff was always attentive and helpful, providing quick and efficient service for any request. The breakfast included in the daily rate was very simple — a banana, a yogurt, a muffin, and a tea. My expectation was a breakfast buffet, as I’ve experienced in other hotels I’ve stayed at in the U.S.

- Chanell (4/5): - It is a nice hotel, but there is a lot of hidden charges. I booked a hotel with breakfast however we received a daily credit of a total 15 $ instead for all 3 of us and 1 coffee cost about 7 $ so this is nowhere near what we booked plus a daily 30 $ Fac fee and parking almost 40 $ a day. The water nearby has a bad snell and traffic going by the hotel is constantly honking. Not worth to spent all this money.

- Debora (4/5): - The front desk staff was very nice, no conditioner in room, no coffe cups, no water etc, just two bath towels…more than we were quoted 279.00 and then hit with 55.00porking fee and then a 30.00 fee with a credit if we used it that day(5pm we checked in) we get a credit beside all the taxes.. I wish they would give a total price and stop nickel and diming us!! It’s very misleading when looking for a place to stay bait and switch!!

- Susan (10/5): - Our stay at the Marriott Courtyard in Cocnut Grove was excellent. We were there for a wedding and were pleasantly surprised that a transports included in our stay within a 2 mile radius. The other impressive part about our stay there was the amazing and friendly staff. They never missed a beat and were truly “at our service”.
- Anton (3/5): Not Marriott level at all - Location was good, the room was clean. I didn’t try gym or pool, but it looks nice. The shower was too tiny and there was only towels and shampoo, the iron wasn’t working properly as well as telephone. Only valet parking for 38USD per night. So it is very basic and quite pricy.
